대학의 지식조직이다. 지식경영을 통해 지식자원을 가장 효율적이고 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 조직임에도 불구하고 이를 적절히 전략화하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 학생, 교수, 직원 그리고 대학관계인을 중심으로 한 지식그룹을 지식커뮤니티로 통합하여 지식이전 및 공유 나아가서 지식창출이 활성화될 수 있는 대학환경이 필요하다. 이를 위해 지식사용자의 개인별 정보맞춤서비스와 다양한 자료를 효과적으로 접근하고 관리할 수 있는 지식포털기술을 이용하여 대학의 “지식” 자원을 극대화할 수 있는 시스템을 구축할 필요성이 있다. 이러한 시스템의 구축은 새로운 지식공유 및 유통환경, 지식창출문화 그리고 대학커뮤니티의 활성화에 기여할 수 있으며 대학의 이미지제고와 경쟁우위의 대학발전을 이룩할 수 있을 것이다.

In high education, knowledge is the very important resource and output. Knowledge management is the art of creating additional value from academic knowledge assets. The e-community is the network community, newly created by information communication technology, and the critical place that share and transfer people's the various knowledge and thinking and the effective space that can apply knowledge management. If we construct a convenient and useful e-community in our university, we will be able to increase the student's intellectual needs, and create new knowledge. Web-portal will promote the activity of e-community providing easy to access and personalized web circumstance. The emergence of Internet and Web access to all university services will force institutions to rethik everything. We should reconfigure our academic environment in order to adapt information technology and educational change, and must do change management based on their structure and culture.

Enterprise portal(EP) is the emerging service and technologies in recent business area. We divided the three subportal of EP - IPP(Information Processing Porta), DPP(Decisino Processing Portal) and EKP(Enterprise Knowledge Portal). IPP include the information processing area that conduct the general business field. DPP is the area that can support the employee's decision processing and making according to their roles. The function of EKP assist the tacit knowledge management and the collaboration job among knowledge workers. If we efficiently integrate and aggregate their subportal, our business information system can achieve more efficient and effective business performance. Also we can anticipate this model that serve the system environment, supporting the user friendly circumstance, enforcing e-business activity, connecting between customer and supplier, positioning more competitive advantage.

This paper presents the evolutionary approach relating to the collaboration of logistics industry. Using the mechanism of variation-selection-retention, we discuss the critical elements and characteristics of the logistics collaboration system intertwined with a vertical, horizontal, and mixed relation. First of all, we premise that logistics collaboration system consists of the good-will, trust-based organization, and its property has endogenous needs for relational maintenance through the interdependence of relation-specific assets and knowledge sharing routines. The collaboration systems interacts with its environment like an interactor. The conceptual model was applied to the multilevel selection theory and gene-culture coevolution theory, for example, touching on conformity transmission, fairness and punishment, and reputation system. This framework promotes understanding of the logistics cooperation system as the unit of analysis for cultural evolution, and is able to retain the stable collaboration relation under the condition that can coordinate with firms which have self-interest preferences.

The environment of logistics management and supply chain is essentially the collaboration based on trust and partnership. The goal of business is not only profit maximization but also continuous survival. As like any biological organization, the business environment includes typical characteristics of competition and cooperation. Our aim in this study is to suggest strategies and their application to logistics systems including supply chain management, through various evolutionary studies about cooperation and altruism such as, TFT(Tit for Tat), indirect reciprocity, gene-culture coevolution theory, and handicap principle etc. New strategies pertaining to logistical management include: (i) encouraging collaboration, (ii) changing the mind of conformists, (iii) showing a generous attitude, (iv) managing business reputation, and (v) providing a proper signal transmission about business potential abilities.

This papers studies the time series analysis about Ginseng prices. The source data is Goksam (4 year, 300g) and Susam(4 year, 750g) which collected in Gumsan Ginseng market during 1981-1994. The forecasting method estimated is the weighted moving averages, exponential smoothing model with trend, Holt's two-parameter liner exponential smoothing method, exponential smoothing adjusted for trend and seasonal variation(Winter's model) and ARIMA analysis etc. Using a QSB and a Box-Jenkins computer program, we found below. 1. Susam prices moves seasonally more than Goksam prices. 2. Goksam forecasting model deemed ARIMA(1 1 0) process. 3. Susam forecasting model deemed ARIMA(0 1 0)(0 1 1)12 process. For a more detailed analysis, we can propose another quantitative methodology, for example transfer function analysis, multivariable analysis.
