Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM) has gained an increasing popularity in recent years for Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) and Electric Vehicle(EV), because of their high power density and high efficiency. This paper proposes a current reference generation method based on electric machine flux model, and compares the performance of the proposed method with those of a conventional method. Experimental results showing the superiority of the proposed method are provided in this paper.

2차납 제련공정에서 발생한 주성분이 황산납인 연진으로부터 고부가가치제품인 정제 질산납을 생산하는 습식공정을 개발하였다. 본 공정은 탄산염에 의한 탄산화 공정과 저농도 질산용액을 이용한 침출공정 및 정제 공정으로 구성되어 있으며 본 공정을 통하여 99%이상의 순도를 가진 질산납을 제조할 수 있었다. Hydrometallugical process was developed to produce the purified lead nitrate from lead dust mainly composed of lead s sulfate generated from lead-acid battery smelter as by-product. This process consisLed of carbonation process with carbonate s salts, leaching and purification processes. FmaJJy crude lead nitrate purified to produce high-purity product with over 99% Pb $(NO_3)_2$.

A micro-injection mold for ultra-thin-walled plate was considered in this work. The proposed mold system is for the fabrication of ultra-thin walled plastic plate with micro features by injection molding. As the injection molding of thin-walled plastic, which has the thickness under $400{\mu}m$, itself is not easy, the injection molding of the micro-features in the thin-walled structure is more complicated and difficult. To investigate the basic phenomenon of the ultra-thin walled part during the injection molding process, design of the part and mold system were performed in the present study. The injection molding and structural analysis of the suggested part and mold system were also performed. Consequently, injection molding system for ultra-thin walled plate with micro features were manufactured and presented.
