고령화 사회로 진입하고 있는 시점에 고령인구에 대한 복지정책 및 사회전반적인 대응 방안이 모색 되어져야할 시기이다. 특히, 고령인구 특성상 의료문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과적인 방법들의 연구가 시급하다. 그러한 문제를 해결하는 방안으로 U-헬스분야와 IT 분야 및 건설분야의 융합을 통한 효율적인 헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 융합모델의 성공적인 결과 도출을 위한 모델의 구성과 추진 전략 등을 제안하였다.
C57 BL Mouse를 이용한 이식피부의 색소침착에 관한 실험적 연구(제1보)

New melanogenesis in skin graft was experimentally studied in 20 adult C57 BL mice by histochemistry. Full-thickness autoplastic skin grafts were applied on the wounds sized 1.5 × 2 cm, which were made on the back of the mice by excision through the panniculus carnosus. On the 3rd, 7th, 30th, and 60th day after skin grafting, the grafts were processed for histochemistry of dihydroxyphenylalanine (dopa) and examined by Fontana-Masson silver staining. Normal dorsal skin of the trunk of black mouse was pale and amelanotic. Vertical preparations with dopa did not reveal any dopa-positive melanocytes in either the pidermis or the dermis. On the 30th, and 60th day after grafting, the grafts were brownish black pigmented. Dopa-preparations and Fontana-Masson silver staining indicated that the brownish black pigmentation of the grafts was related to the presence of melanin pigments produced by functioning melanocytes in the basal layer of the epidermis. The dorsal skin of the trunk of the adult C57 Black mouse may provide an ideal model for elucidating the hyperpigmentation of the skin graft.

We made an attempt to clarify the plasmacytogenesis in the thymus of rats injected cortisone, adrenalectomized, or adrenalectomized and injected cortisone. The cells in a, portion of area of proliferation of pyroninophilic cells observed by light microscopy were observed by electron microscopy a series of transformed cells from the original cells to mature plasma cells. The results were as follows: In the area of proliferation of pyroninophilic cells by light microscopy in the thymus, mature reticular cells, intermediate forms between reticular cell and transitional cell, transitional cells, proplasmacytes and mature plasmacytes were observed in electron microscopic examination. The series of transformed cells was more prominent in the cortisone-injected group.
