Battery HILS를 활용한 LiPB System 개발

Recently, Plug-in HEV and electric vehicle development as well as a hybrid car are increasingly activated. Battery system research and development is one of the most technology in achieving HEV, PHEV and EV. For accelerating battery business, we produced many developing facilities and tried to precede so many test items of battery system for a few years. Our Battery HILS (Hardware In the Loop System) is the most attractive equipment for performance, durability test in a battery system including algorithm development of BMS. By using this equipment, we can suggest optimal specification of battery system to vehicle company by its simulation result in initial developing stage. Also we can do trouble shooting about problem of battery system possible to field. Here, we will be explained about systematic structure of HILS and test result of battery system using B-HILS.

외인성 아토피피부염과 내인성 아토피피부염 환자의 말초혈액 단핵세포와 피부 병변에서 IL-3와 FcεRI 발현의 차이

Background: A small subgroup of atopic dermatitis (AD) patients show low total and allergen-specific immunoglobulin (IgE) levels. This subgroup has been termed ``intrinsic`` AD (IAD) as compared to its counterpart ``extrinsic`` AD (EAD). However, the difference of cytokine expression between IAD and EAD has not been fully understood. Objective: To compare the expression of various inflammatory cytokines in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and lesional skin of patients with IAD and EAD, which are known to be associated with AD pathophysiology. Methods: We assessed the protein levels of cytokines in the PBMCs and lesional skin. We evaluated the levels of IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, IL-13, FcεRI and FcεRII from the PBMCs and lesional skin of patients with IAD and EAD. Results: The patients with EAD had elevated levels of the IL-3 expression in their PBMCs and elevated levels of FcεRI in their lesional skin compared to that of the patients with IAD. The expression of other cytokines did not differ in the PBMCs and lesional skin from the two subgroups. Conclusion: This study suggests that IL-3 could be associated with the pathophysiology of EAD as compared to that of IAD, along with FcεRI which was previously shown to be highly expressed in EAD patients. 본고는 이의를 도식화하는 적절한 방식을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 우선 ‘다의어’, ‘이의’, ‘파생 관계’ 등 개념을 되짚고, 다음으로 기존의 이의 기술 방식을 검토한다. 기존의 이의 기술 방식은 크게 이의를 일정한 순서에 따라 나열하여 제시하는 ‘나열식’ 기술과 이의들의 계층적인 파생 관계를 밝혀주는 ‘파생식’ 기술로 나눌 수 있는데, 전자는 실용적이고 후자, 그중에서도 특히 ‘분포 파생식’ 기술이 이론적 연구에 보다 적합한 것으로 보인다. 4장에서는 ‘오르다’를 예로 이의 평정, 실현 조건 추출, 파생 관계 추정 등 작업을 거쳐 그 이의의 도식화의 실제를 보인다. 이 과정에서 기존의 ‘오르다’에 대한 의미 분석과 ‘분포 파생식’ 기술에 대해서도 보완한다. The purpose of this study is to seek to find a method of semantic diagramming. To this end, we examine the concept of “polysemous word”, “alloseme”, “derivational relation” first, and then the existing semantic description styles: the “listing style” in which allosemes are listed in some order and the “derivative style” in which the hierarchical derivational relations among allosemes are shown in a diagram. While the “listing style” is practical for the general public, the “derivative style”, especially the “distributive derivative style”, seems more appropriate for theoretical research. In chapter 4, we define allosemes, rank the abstraction degree of conditions of allosemes, and estimate derivative relations among the allosemes, taking Korean verb ‘oreuda’ as an example. Finally, based on all this, a semantic diagram in the “distributive derivative style” is shown. Modifications of the “distributive derivative style” and existing semantic analyses of ‘oreuda’ are also made in the process.
