Recently, Plug-in HEV and electric vehicle development as well as a hybrid car are increasingly activated. Battery system research and development is one of the most technology in achieving HEV, PHEV and EV. For accelerating battery business, we produced many developing facilities and tried to precede so many test items of battery system for a few years. Our Battery HILS (Hardware In the Loop System) is the most attractive equipment for performance, durability test in a battery system including algorithm development of BMS. By using this equipment, we can suggest optimal specification of battery system to vehicle company by its simulation result in initial developing stage. Also we can do trouble shooting about problem of battery system possible to field. Here, we will be explained about systematic structure of HILS and test result of battery system using B-HILS.
