가게키요(景清) 전설 전개에 관한 소고(小考)― 중세·근세 시대 수필을 중심으로 ―

本稿で取り上げる「景清」は、『平家物語』で平家の侍の一人として登場する。その後景清が主人公として登場する景清物、すなわち謠曲『景清』․『大仏供養』․『籠景清』、幸若舞曲『景清』、古浄瑠璃『かげきよ』、新浄瑠璃近松門左衛門『出世景清』を通して少しずつ景清のイメージが拡大して行く。中でも景清が平家の残党の集約体として、最も英雄らしく描かれている作品は中世劇芸術の幸若舞曲『景清』であると言える。景清はこの作品の中で、平家の復讐․源頼朝暗殺の試み、側近および情人の裏切り、牢破り、観音の身代り、源頼朝の赦免、景清の両眼抉り等、絶滅した平家残党のエピソードを統合した人物として登場している。このように、平家の一人の侍に始まり、後に平家残党の集約体を象徴する人物として登場する景清の描かれ方の変化がなぜ起こったのかという疑問は、景清に関する多くの研究を生み出した。これに関する日本での研究は、大きく二つの流れに分けることができる。民俗学的方法を通した景清の研究と『平家物語』に現れる景清の研究である。またこの他にも、景清伝説の拡大の背景には『三国志演義』と関連があると言及する北村伸明のような研究もある。ただし、ここで注目しなければならない点は景清伝説に関する問題である。景清伝説に対する記述は中世近世時代の書籍に見ることができる。その中でも近世の書籍は、ジャンルが随筆․啓蒙書․地誌․歴史書․戯作文学等と多岐にわたり、その数も膨大だ。しかし近世の書籍に記述された景清に関する日本での研究は、そのほとんどが劇文学に集中しており、仮に地誌․随筆に関して言及したとしても、大体が景清に関連する伝説の目録だけを羅列したり、地誌․随筆のうちの1、2冊を調べて記述するにとどまっている。これに対し論者は近世の随筆․啓蒙書․地誌の中での景清に関する記述を調査し、近世の書籍では景清に関する伝説がどのように描かれているかを調べる。ただし本稿で景清に関するすべてのジャンルを扱うのは難しいため、景清について言及している随筆․啓蒙書を中心に調べる。具体的に景清伝説について書かれている日記․随筆․啓蒙書を内容別に分類して、分類された内容を再び年度順で分類する。本稿で扱う景清伝説についての研究は景清伝説が事実如何の問題に焦点を当てるものではなく、日本全域に広まっている景清伝説が中世近世時代にどのような様相を見せているかを明らかにするものだ。このような研究は景清が平家残党の集約体として登場することになった背景を明らかにする糸口になると考えるとともに、景清の一面をさらに明確にするものであると考える。

경영전략과 현금보유정책의 관계가 기업가치에 미치는 영향

[Purpose]The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of management strategy and holding policy on cash equivalents on corporate value. [Methodology]Cash holdings at home and abroad and its impact on Korea, this study classifies corporate strategies into three categories through the measurement of competitive strategies and examines the relationship with cash holding policies. The effect of the company on the corporate value was examined. [Findings]In the case of the cost advantage strategy, the speed of replenishment of insufficient cash is about 9.4% faster than that of other strategies, and the market positively evaluates this decision-making. On the other hand, in the differentiation strategy, the speed of replenishment of insufficient cash was found to be about 12% slower than that of companies that did not. [Implications]Comprehensive empirical results were provided, including the effect on corporate value through the relationship between a company’s cash holding policy and business strategy. [연구목적]본 연구의 목적은 경영전략과 현금성 자산에 대한 보유정책의 관계가 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. [연구방법]국내외로 기업의 현금보유에 관한 관심 및 우리나라에 미치는 영향이 커진 상황에서 본 연구는 경쟁전략 측정치를 통해 기업의 전략을 3가지로 구분하여 현금보유정책과의 관계를 살펴보고 그 결과가 기업가치에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. [연구결과]원가우위전략의 경우 부족한 현금이 채워지는 속도가 다른 전략에 비해 약 9.4% 빨라지는 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 의사결정에 대해 시장이 긍정적으로 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 차별화전략에서는 부족한 현금이 채워지는 속도가 그렇지 않은 기업에 비해 약 12% 늦어지는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 시장에서는 부정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점]기업의 현금보유정책과 경영전략과의 관계를 통해 기업가치에 미치는 영향까지 포괄적인 실증결과를 제공하였다. 또한, 현금보유수준과 현금조정속도의 관계 및 그 크기와 방향성까지 비교·분석하며 경영전략과 현금보유정책의 관계가 기업가치에 미치는 영향까지 분석하였다는 점에서 공헌점을 가진다.

산재근로자의 정신건강 위험군 예측 요인

This research purports to explore the estimated factors and actual conditions of mental health risks of injured workers. The data comes from the Korean Workers Compensation and Welfare Service, where 2,399 injured workers were analyzed, after medical treatment, using a binary logistic regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, 15.3% of injured workers need psychological services. Of all the services, symptom of somatization is higher than any other psychological domain. Psychological services for injured workers are needed to symptom of somatization 28.39%, anxiety 23.43%, depression 15.21%, and anger 11.71%. Secondly, the estimated factors of mental health risks among injured workers are: gender, marital states, medical treatment duration, disability degree, and duration after injury. As a result, this research suggests possible ways to establish mental health and psychological rehabilitation systems for injured workers. 본 연구는 산재근로자의 다차원심리검사와 관련된 행정자료를 활용하여 산재근로자 중에서 심리재활 개입이 필요한 정신건강 위험군의 실태 및 예측요인을 살펴본 것이다. 연구결과, 다차원심리검사를 수행한 분석대상자 중에서 16.17%가 심리재활 개입이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 하위 임상척도별로 보면 신체화 증상 28.39%, 불안 23.43%, 우울 15.21%, 분노 11.71%의 산재근로자가 심리재활 개입이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 산재근로자의 전반적인 심리상태 즉, 정신건강의 위험군을 예측할 수 있는 요인으로는 성별, 결혼상태, 근속기간, 요양기간, 장해등급, 재해이후 경과기간으로 나타났다. 즉, 남성에 비해 여성이, 미혼에 비해 기혼이나 별거․이혼․사별이, 요양기간이 길수록, 장해가 없는 경우에 비하여 장해가 중할수록, 재해이후 경과기간이 길수록 심리재활 개입이 더 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구는 산재근로자의 정신건강 및 심리재활서비스에 대한 실천적 함의를 제시하고 있다.

설치미술과 공간디자인 (도시 이미지창출을 위한 도시공공공간의 설치미술 활용을 중심으로)

The best effective way to create the image of city is to make the best use of installation art as design element of city space. The installation art of city space in modern times is now made by keeping in close contact with city space that the materialism of an installation object, image and conceptions are acting on. And with the development of digital media an installation object is also advanced to the state of digital media. This media element is trying to make the mechanism of speculation, and image of speculation. The image that was made by this installation art is filled with all the signs that could communicate with the person in a faster way. In other words, the signs that installation art has made will make city-dweller and visitor recognize the new city image through the comfortable and fast communication. This will never be forced through the multi-dimensional recognition of city-dweller and visitor. But it will recognize the newly desirable city image that has been intended. It also derives the change of man-power elements that the previously mentioned change was impossible. In this way, the righteous application of installation art of space will be much helpful to the improvement and creation of city image. 도시의 이미지 창출에 가장 효과적인 방안은 도시 공공공간의 디자인적 요소로 설치미술을 활용하는 것이다. 현대에 들어 도시공공공간의 설치미술은 설치오브제의 물질성, 이미지, 개념과 그 물질이 작용하는 도시공간과의 긴밀한 관계로 이루어지지고 있다. 그리고 디지털 미디어의 발달로 설치오브제 또한 디지털 미디어화 되어가고 있으며 이 미디어적 요소는 사유의 이미지, 사고의 메커니즘을 그려내고 한다. 이러한 설치미술이 만들어내는 이미지는 사람과 빠르게 커뮤니케이션할 수 있는 기호들로 가득 차 있다. 즉, 공공공간의 설치미술이 만들어내는 기호들은 그 도시민 또는 방문자와의 쉽고 빠른 커뮤니케이션을 통해 새로운 도시 이미지를 인지하게 만들어 줄 것이다. 이는 도시민과 방문자의 다차원적 인지를 통해 강요되지 않았지만 의도된 새로운 바람직한 도시이미지를 인식시킬 것이다. 이는 이전에 언급한 변화를 강요할 수 없었던 인적요소의 변화 또한 유도할 수 있다. 이처럼 도시공간디자인에 있어 공공공간의 설치미디어의 올바른 활용은 도시의 이미지 창출과 개선에 큰 도움을 줄 것이다.

장애인거주시설 종사자의 전문성이 이용자중심실천에 미치는 영향 - 시설사회화의 매개효과를 중심으로-

This research purports to examine the level of user-centered practices, the main effect of social work practitioners' professionalism on user-centered practices, and the mediated effect of facility socialization on user-centered practices at residential facilities for people with disabilities. For this research, 274 social work practitioners from 55 residential facilities for people with disabilities were surveyed, and structural equation model was used for analysis. The research findings showed that the level of user-centered practices at residential facilities for people with disabilities scored 3.49 out of a 5-point scale. Professionalism of social work practitioners and facility socialization had a direct influence on user-centered practices, and at the same time, facility socialization was proven to be an important mediator between professionalism of social work practitioners and user-centered practices. As a result, this research suggested possible ways for social work practices to promote user-centered practices at residential facilities for people with disabilities. 이 연구는 장애인거주시설 종사자들이 인식하는 이용자중심실천의 수준을 살펴보고, 종사자의 전문성과 이용자중심실천의 관계를 매개하는 시설사회화의 영향을 살펴보고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 장애인거주시설 종사자를 대상으로 서베이를 실시하였고, 구조방정식을 통해 연구모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 장애인거주시설 종사자의 이용자중심실천 수준은 3.49점(5점 만점)으로 나타났고, 종사자의 전문성과 시설사회화는 이용자중심실천에 직접적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한 종사자의 전문성과 이용자중심실천의 관계에서 시설사회화는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 장애인거주시설에서 이용자중심실천을 향상시킬 수 있는 사회복지적 방안을 논의하였다.

안중근 의거에 대한 일본인의 인식- 1909년부터 1910년까지 아사히신문(朝日新聞)을 중심으로 -

本稿で取り上げる「安重根(アン・ジュングン)」は、大韓帝国時代の朝鮮の独立運動家である。立場が違えば「歴史認識が違って当然」で、正反対の評価が下されるということはしばしばある。日本では安重根への評価は、様々で、時代によって変遷して、人によって大きく異なる。特に韓日の安重根の評価の違いは、韓日両国の永続的な確執の象徴になった。 本稿の「安重根義士に対する日本人の認識-1909年から1910年まで朝日新聞を中心に-』は次のような意味を持っている。 第一、1909年から1910年まで、日帝强占期のうち韓国人に対する弾圧がひどかった時期に、安重根義士に対する日本人の認識がどのような方向に流れているかを把握できる契機になることである。 第二、実証的、具体的資料を通じて日帝强占期のうちの安重根義士に対する日本人の認識を把握できている。 第三、1909年から1910年まで、安重根義挙に関する情報など、最も基礎的な情報が日本内の日本人たちにどのように渡されたかも把握することができる。 第四、日本政府の政策、目的の内容の変遷を把握するのに必要な研究である。これは当時、日本帝国主義の実態や日本人意識に関する客観的資料を提示することができるものであり、このような資料は日本の政策と世論などの派生の研究に役立つことができる。 第五、政治的理由に韓日関係は悪化の一途に立っている。しかし、韓国人、日本人がお互いを理解できる共感を持つようになったら、東アジアの平和が欲しかった安重根義士の意味を引き継いでいく土台を築くことができる。 An Jung-geun was a Korean independence activist, nationalist. On October 26, 1909, he assassinated Itō Hirobumi, a four-time Prime Minister of Japan and former Resident-General of Korea, following the signing of the Eulsa Treaty, with Korea on the verge of annexation by Japan. Ahn was posthumously awarded the Order of Merit for National Foundation in 1962 by the South Korean government, the most prestigious civil decoration in the Republic of Korea, for his efforts for Korean independence. In this study, 『Japanese' Cognition of Ahn Jung-Geun-Focusing on Asahi News, From 1909 to 1910』 is the following meaning. The First, Korea under Japanese rule(from 1909 to 1910), it will serve as an opportunity for the Japanese people to recognize the direction of Ahn Jung-geun. The Second, Korea under Japanese rule(from 1909 to 1910), It will also be able to understand the patriotic deed of An Jung-geun were conveyed to the Japanese. The Third, it can present objective data on Japanese imperialism and Japanese consciousness, and can be helpful in deriving Japanese policies and public opinion.
