13.56 ㎒를 사용하는 r.f. PACVD(plasma assisted chemical vapor deposition) 방법으로 다층 다이아몬드상 카본(DLC) 필름을 Si wafer 기판 위에 합성하였다. 다층 DLC 필름은 2.5 ㎛ 두께의 순수한 DLC 필름과 0.2 ㎛ 두께의 Si이 함유된 Si-DLC 필름으로 구성되었으며, ball on disk type의 tribometer를 이용하여 대기 중에서 다층 DLC 필름의 마모거동을 고찰하였다. 표면층으로 합성된 Si-DLC 필름내의 Si 함량이 증가함에 따라 다층 DLC 필름과 AISI 52100 steel ball 사이에 0.1 이하의 낮은 마찰계수를 유지하는 기간이 증가하였다. 44,000 cycle과 158,400 cycle의 마모실험 후 측정된 다층 DLC 필름의 마모율은 각각 2.5×10^(-8)~1.8×10^(-7) ㎣/rev.과 7.1×10^(-9)~1.8×10^(-8) ㎣/rev. 로 나타났다. 158,400 cycle의 마모실험 후 측정된 마모율은 내마모 특성이 우수한 DLC 필름보다도 2배 정도 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 마모시험에 의해 형성된 debris의 조성을 분석한 결과, 이런 낮은 마찰계수와 우수한 내마모 특성은 steel ball의 wear scar 표면을 덮고 있는 Si oxide debris 층의 형성에 따른 결과로 판단되었다. 또한, 이러한 steel ball의 wear scar 표면에 형성된 debris 층을 제거하여도, 새로운 Si oxide debris 층이 wear scar 표면에 다시 생성되어 낮은 마찰계수를 유지하고 있었다. Multi-layer diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were deposited by 13.56 ㎒ r.f. PACVD method. Multi-layer DLC film was composed of 2.5 ㎛ thick pure DLC film and 0.2 ㎛ thick Si incorporated DLC (Si-DLC) film as a surface layer. Tribological behaviors of the multi-layer DLC film were investigated with a ball-on-disk type tribometer in ambient atmosphere using AISI 52100 steel ball. Low friction coefficient (<0.1) period increased with increasing the Si content in the surface Si-DLC film. The wear rate after 44,000 cycles and 158,400 cycles were the 2.5×10^(-8)~1.8×10^(-7) ㎣/rev. and 7.1×10^(-9)~1.8×10^(-8) ㎣/rev., respectively. The wear rate of the multi-layer DLC film after 158,400 cycles was about 2 times smaller than that of pure DLC films of 2.7 ㎛ thickness. This high wear resistance and low friction coefficient was caused by the formation of Si oxide layer on the wear scar surface, as confirmed by the debris composition analysis. It was further shown that this Si oxide debris layer on the wear scar surface is formed again even after removing the debris of the steel ball, which maintain the low friction coefficient between multi-layer DLC films and steel ball.
리튬이차전지용 다공성 Si-Ge-Al계 음극활물질의 전기화학적 특성

Silicon alloys are considered promising anode active materials to replace Li-ion batteries by graphite powder, because they have a relatively high capacity of up to 4200 mAh/g, and are environmentally friendly and inexpensive ECO-materials. However, its poor charge/discharge properties, induced by cracking during cycles, constitute their most serious problem as anode electrode. In order to solve these problems, Si-Ge-Al alloys with porous structure are designed as anode alloy powders, to improve cycling stability. The alloys are melt-spun to obtain the rapidly solidified ribbons, and then ball-milled to make fine powders. The powders are etched using 1 M HCl solution, which gives the powders a porous structure by removing the element Al. Subsequently, in this study, the microstructures and the characteristics of the etched powders are evaluated for application as anode materials. As a result, the etched porous powder shows better electrochemical properties than as-milled Si-Ge-Al powder.
체질특성과 화병의 상관관계에 대한 연구 -화병역학연구 자료에 기반하여-

Objectives: The aim of this study was to find correlations between characteristics of Four constitution and Hwa-byung. Methods: Clinical data were collected from Hwa-byung Epidemiologic study data. we selected 130 self-labelled Hwa-byung patients data and 83 of them were diagnosed as Hwa-byung by SCID. We used Hwa-byung SCID, Hwa-byung scale, CES-D, STAI, STAXI and Personality and Physiological Symptom Questionnaire(PPSQ) as evaluation tools. We performed statistical analysis of each 2 groups, self-labelled Hwa-byung group(N=130) and diagnosed Hwa-byung group(N=83). Results: 1. In self-labelled Hwa-byung group, Greater yin score showed significant negative correlation with 3 indices of Hwa-byung scale and significant positive correlation with 1 index. Lesser yin score showed significant positive correlation with 6 indices. In diagnosed Hwa-byung group, Greater yin score showed significant negaitive correlation with 5 indices. In both groups, Lesser yang score showed no significant correlation with any indices of Hwa-byung scale. 2. In self-labelled Hwa-byung group, Greater yin score showed significant negative correlation with both trait anger score and state anger score of STAXI. Lesser yin score showed significant positive correlation with trait anxiety score, state anxiety score and CES-D score self-labelled Hwa-byung group. Lesser yang score showed significant positive correlation with anger-out score of STAXI. But Lesser yin score showed significant negative correlation with same index diagnosed Hwa-byung group. Conclusions: 1. The higher Greater yin score, suppression or denial, psychological defense mechanism, become more stronger. 2. The higher Lesser yin score, anger-out tendency become more weakened and increased prevalence of Hwa-byung symptoms. 3. The higher Lesser yang score, anger-out tendency become more stronger.
