We consider design factors for a SQUID sensor array to construct a 52-channel magnetocardiogram (MCG) system that can be used to measure tangential components of the cardiac magnetic fields. Nowadays, full-size multichannel MCG systems, which cover the whole signal area of a heart, are developed to improve the clinical analysis with high accuracy and to provide patients with comfort in the course of measurement. To design the full-size MCG system, we have to make a compromise between cost and performance. The cost is involved with the number of sensors, the number of the electronics, the size of a cooling dewar, the consumption of refrigerants for maintenance, and etc. The performance is the capability of covering the whole heart volume at once and of localizing current sources with a small error. In this study, we design the cost-effective arrangement of sensors for MCG by considering an adequate sensor interval and the confidence region of a tolerable localization error, which covers the heart. In order to fit the detector array on the cylindrical dewar economically, we removed the detectors that were located at the corners of the array square. Through simulations using the confidence region method, we verified that our design of the detector array was good enough to obtain whole information from the heart at a time. A result of the simulation also suggested that tangential-component MCG measurement could localize deeper current dipoles than normal-component MCG measurement with the same confidence volume; therefore, we conclude that measurement of the tangential component is more suitable to an MCG system than measurement of the normal component.

The aviation industry is expected to grow faster and the role of it is expected to be bigger as time goes by. Airport operating company is a major part of the aviation industry. For an airport operating company to be successful, strong relationship with customers is essential. One of the methods to acquire the customer loyalty is establishing a brand. For KAC, `Skycity` should be chosen as the main brand. And along with it, harmonious modeling of CI of KAC and BI of Skycity should be devised. By doing this, KAC can gain customers` affection and loyalty.

Recently industries have started to recognize the importance of word-of-mouth marketing and human resource management especially for airline industries who suffer from pilot shortage. Pilots are very important component of airline company and require a lot of money and time to assession, training and maintaining certified license validity. This study is to test the effect of airline pilot`s organizational identification, emotional exhaustion and perceived justice on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth on airline union pilots returned from the strike. This study used both literary method and empirical method. The researcher did literary study based on the previous study, designed the research model and hypothesis, did questionnaire survey to the Union member pilot from year 2005 strike for the subject of study to verify hypothesis and analysed empirically the finding using SPSS12.0 program. The major findings of this study may be summarized as follows, (1) organizational identification has a negative effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth, (2) emotional exhaustion has a positive effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth, (3) perceived justice has a negative effect on turnover intention and negative word-of-mouth.

We have developed control electronics to operate flux-locked loop (FLL), and analog signal filters to process FLL outputs for 64-channel Double Relaxation Oscillation SQUID (DROS) magnetocardiography (MCG) system. Control electronics consisting of a preamplifier, an integrator, and a feedback, is compact and low-cost due to larger swing voltage and flux-to-voltage transfer coefficients of DROS than those of dc SQUIDs. Analog signal filter (ASF) serially chained with a high-pass filter having a cut-off frequency of 0.1 Hz, an amplifier having a gain of 100, a low-pass filter of 100 Hz, and a notch filter of 60 Hz makes FLL output suitable for MCG. The noise of a preamplifier in FLL control electronics is $7\;nV/{\surd}\;Hz$ at 1 Hz, $1.5\;nV/{\surd}\;Hz$ at 100 Hz that contributes $6\;fT/{\surd}\;Hz$ at 1 Hz, $1.3\;fT/{\surd}\;Hz$ at 100 Hz in readout electronics, and the noise of ASF electronics is $150\;{\mu}V/{\surd}\;Hz$ equivalent to $0.13\;fT/{\surd}\;Hz$ within the range of $1{\sim}100\;Hz$. When DROSs are connected to readout electronics inside a magnetically shielded room, the noise of 64-channel DROS system is $10\;fT/{\surd}\;Hz$ at 1 Hz, $5\;fT/{\surd}\;Hz$ at 100 Hz on the average, low enough to measure human MCG.
