In modern society, managements are required to have higher level of moral responsibility and at the same time, an ethical management is the one of important facts to evaluate the organization``s value. Thus, it cannot be emphasized that the ethical leadership is significant to hotel managements. Especially, the ethical leadership is highlighted in the hotel industry because the human resource is an initial recourse of hotel business as well as an organizational effectiveness. Therefore, this research will study relationship among the demographic characteristics and an employees job satisfaction, an organizational committment, and a job performance through demographic analysis. 도시창조성이 도시브랜드 및 도시만족도에 미치는 영향: 부산시를 중심으로

This study implemented an analysis of actual proof through a survey for the causation between city creativeness, city brand and city satisfaction. First, the hypothesis that city creativeness would have a significant positive effect on city residential environment, factor of tourism and local specialty, the sub factor of city brand was not supported. Second, the hypothesis that city creativeness would have a significant positive effect on city satisfaction was not supported. Third, the hypothesis that city residential environment, factor of tourism and local specialty, the sub factor of city brand, would have a significant positive effect on city satisfaction was fully supported. However, the hypothesis that psychological release, the sub factor of stress release, would make a significant positive effect on job vitality and job involvement, the sub factor of job engagement was not supported. In conclusion, the Busan city should take into consideration the city creativeness and city brand when drafting and implementing city brand policies. To further this research, variables of city creativeness, city brand and city satisfaction could be introduced in order to examine the structural relationship among those three main factors in depth.

웰빙음식 또는 건강음식이라고 알려져 있는 사찰음식은 채식이면서 재료 자체가 자연친화적이며, 기본적으로 약성을 가지고 있어 친환경 건강식으로 인지되면서 내국인뿐만 아니라 한류와 더불어 외국인들의 관심도 높아지고 있으나 현재까지 사찰음식의 대중화가 잘 이루어지지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 전통사찰의 조리법과 메뉴가 자연에 가까우며, 고유성을 가지는 사찰음식의 특성을 살려서 대중화시키고 정체성을 심기위한 다양한 사찰음식에 대한 연구를 통하여 세계화 콘텐츠로 활용할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 필요성을 토대로 사찰음식의 정신과 특성을 계승하여 현대인의 건강과 사찰음식에 녹아 있는 불교의 정신을 널리 대중에게 알리며, 사찰음식의 발전방안에 대하여 아래와 같이 제언한다. 첫째, 사찰음식이 대중화 또는 관광 상품화가 될 수 있도록 홍보전략의 강화가 필요하다. 둘째, 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 제공하며, 프로그램에 참여하면서 자연스럽게 사찰음식을 접할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로 사찰음식의 전문가 육성이 필요하다. This study empirically concentrates a relationship among hotel employees` physical well-ness, job satisfaction, job commitment, and job performance upon physical wellness which is a sub-factor of wellness. Also it provides data about hotel employees` job performance and proposes several suggestions related with wellness to managements as well. For this purpose, the research conducted an empirical testing and studied previous studies. That is say to when employees who face moment of truth (MOT) everyday have high level of satisfaction on their physical wellness, their job satisfaction and job commitment would be enhanced, and it could lead to a beneficial influence on the job performance. The reserch conducted a self-administered survey of deluxe Hotel Employees in Seoul, Busan, Ulsan, Kangwondo, Jeju island. The 308 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0
