In modern society, managements are required to have higher level of moral responsibility and at the same time, an ethical management is the one of important facts to evaluate the organization``s value. Thus, it cannot be emphasized that the ethical leadership is significant to hotel managements. Especially, the ethical leadership is highlighted in the hotel industry because the human resource is an initial recourse of hotel business as well as an organizational effectiveness. Therefore, this research will study relationship among the demographic characteristics and an employees job satisfaction, an organizational committment, and a job performance through demographic analysis.
