As demand for drone test flight is rapidly increasing, it is difficult for Goheung Aviation Center alone to meet the test flight demand. Newly developed drones or modified existing aircraft carry potential flight risks due to unpredictable flight performance or poor pilot skill when performing test flights outside the test site. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure sufficient test flight space for the safety verification of manned and unmanned aircraft. Therefore, this study analyzed the status of domestic flight test site and chapter 5 of ICAO DOC 9184-AN / 902 Part 1 (Airport Planning Manual). And to build a comprehensive flight test infrastructure, the methodology for preliminary evaluation of candidate sites for flight test sites and a method for evaluating infrastructure test sites was presented. 드론 산업이 최근 4차 산업 혁명을 주도하는 분야로 발표되면서 드론 시장을 창출하기 위해 많은 투자와 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 드론 시험비행에 대한 수요가 급격히 증가함에 따라 고흥 항공센터만으로는 시험비행 요구를 충족시키기가 어려우며, 드론과 같이 신규 개발하였거나 기존 형상을 개조한 비행체가 비행시험장이 아닌 곳에서 시험비행을 수행할 시 예측할 수 없는 비행성능이나 조종 미숙으로 인한 잠재적 사고 위험성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 유인 및 무인 항공기의 안전 검증을 위해 충분한 시험비행 공간의 확보가 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 비행시험장의 상태와 ICAO DOC 9184-AN / 902 Part 1을 분석 하여, 종합적인 비행 테스트 인프라를 구축하기 위한 비행 테스트 사이트 예비 평가 방법과 인프라 사이트 평가 방법을 제시하였다.

For coastal accidents that occur mainly at beaches, the Coast Guard, the military, and civilian ships and personnel are mobilized to carry out the search task. The coastline of the east coast is wide because of its coastal characteristics, and it is difficult to search for drowned people owing to the influence of swell waves and rip currents. For a more effective search method, a ground control system capable of operating multiple drones was developed, and functions required by consumers such as coastal accident prevention patrol functions were tested and verified. In addition, the necessary functions of the ground control system were identified through a task analysis of a search for a drowning person.
