영국의 직업교육훈련에 대한 분석 - Further Education Colleges와 New Universities를 중심으로-

On the basis of this study we have identified some positive aspects of the British vocational education system that could be exploited to strengthen the college system in Korea. 1) The FE colleges and the new universities in the UK not only provide the vocational courses for young people but also a variety of other courses for adults. 2) The British government is taking a central role to ensure the proper running of these vocational training courses through the department of education and skills. 3) Many of the vocational courses offered by the FE colleges and the new universities would lead onto students being awarded relevant nationally recognized certificates at the end. Hence the course curriculums are designed and taught for the attainment of these certificates. It is also worth noting that many students will have opportunities to gain real hands-on experience out in industry through these courses.

The conjunctive ending ``-neurago`` and idiomatic phrase ``-neun barame`` which show cause and reason have different grammatical function but in meaning they have similarities. They are common grammaratical items which are presented and taught in most of Korean textbooks for intermediate learner. As Korean conjunctive endings which have the meaning of cause or reason are subject to have many syntax constraints, many researches are focused on them. But ``-neurago`` and ``-neun barame`` have been less concerned compared with the other cause or reason expressing endings of basic levels, ``-a/eoseo``, ``-nigga``, and ``-gi ddaemune``. Therefore, this study aims to look into the background of ``-neun barame`` and ``-neurago`` appearance and their grammaticalization processes. And it is also intended to examine the differences between them based on meanings and discourse functions which are used in modern Korean language.

스마트폰 녹음 데이터베이스의 법과학적 활용에 대한 연구

스마트폰을 이용한 녹음이 대중화되면서 최근 법과학의 오디오 포렌식 분야에서는 스마트폰 녹음 파일이 주요 증거로 제출되면서 파일의 편집 여부가 쟁점이 되는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 스마트폰은 제조사, 기종 및 운영 체제에 따라 녹음 방법과 녹음 설정이 다양하고, 이에 따라 스마트폰 녹음 파일의 파일 정보 등 메타데이터도 상이할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 삼성 갤럭시 스마트폰 12대의 음성녹음 앱을 이용하여 각각 원본 녹음 파일과 편집 파일을 작성한 후, 기종별, 운영 체제별 녹음 방법과 편집 기능을 조사하고, 원본 파일과 편집 파일의 파일 특징을 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 제조사가 동일하더라도 기종과 안드로이드 버전 등에 따라 녹음 모드와 녹음 음질 등의 녹음 방법과 편집 기능이 다르고, 편집 파일의 파일정보와 파일 구조가 원본 파일과 상이함을 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 다양한 제조사 및 기종의 스마트폰 녹음 데이터베이스 구축의 필요성과 녹음 파일 편집 여부 분석 등 오디오 포렌식 분야의 활용 방안을 제시하였다. With the popularization of smartphone recording, smartphone recording files are recently submitted as major evidence in the field of audio forensics, and the case of forgery or authentication of recording has become an issue. Recording methods and recording settings may be different for each smartphone manufacturer, model, and operating system, and accordingly, metadata such as file information of a smartphone recording file may be different. In this study, we collected original recordings and edited recordings using 12 Samsung Galaxy smartphones, and the recording method, editing function and characteristics of edited recordings were analyzed by model and operating system. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the recording method and editing function such as recording mode and recording quality are different depending on the model and operating system (Android version) of the same manufacturer, and the file information and file structure of edited recordings are different from those of original recordings. Based on this, the necessity of building a recording database of various smartphones and an analysis of forgery or authentication of recordings were suggested.

의료기관의 의료 외 수익에 관한 연구

본 연구는 의료기관이 내·외적 의료 환경으로 인하여 경영성과가 악화하고 있는 시점에 의료기관의 경영성과 증대를 위해 의료수익 중 의료 외 수익의 다변화를 모색하며 의료기관의 의료 외 수익(부대사업)을 통한 경영성과의 효율을 높이기 위함이다. 한국보건 산업진흥원 회계 공시자료를 이용하여 2018~2020년의 3년간 의료기관의 COVID-19이전· 이후의 의료 외 수익에 관한 전반적인 분석을 하였다. 의료기관의 의료수익, 의료이익, 의료비용, 총수익, 의료 외 수익, 의료수익경상이익률, 의료수익의료이익률, 총수익대비 의료 외 수익 비율의 변화와 종별, 설립 형태별, 병상 규모별, 소재지별, 경영성과에 따른 의료 외 수익의 차이 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 제시하면 의료기관의 의료 외 수익은 2018~2020년 3년간 지속해서 증가하였다. 특히, 의료 외 수익은 COVID-19 발생 연도에 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. 의료 환경의 변화로 인한 의료기관은 경영성과를 높이기 위해 의료수익 및 의료 외 수익을 다변화하고 있다. 의료 외 수익의 증가는 감염병 COVID-19 이후 관련 기업들이 기부금과 바이오 분야 연구사업, 임상 연구비, 진료·교육연구비, COVID-19 손실 보상금 등의 증가로 보인다. 의료 외 수익의 수익성 지표인 의료수익경상이익률에 요인을 다중회귀분석 결과 경영성과가 유의한 영향을 미치는 결과가 나타났다. 흑자 병원이든 적자 병원이든 의료 외 수익이 경영성과에 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있었다. 시사점은 의료기관의 주요 수입원인 진료수익도 중요하지만, 의료 외 수익 구조의 다각화를 통한 경영성과 증대에 노력해야 할 것이다. This study conducted an overall analysis of non-medical income before and after COVID-19 of medical institutions in 2018-2020 using publicly available data from the Korea Health Industry Development Institute. The purpose of this study is to increase the efficiency of management performance through non-medical profit of medical institutions. Annual changes in medical income, medical profit, medical cost, total revenue, non-medical income, medical income recurring profit margin, medical profit margin, non-medical income to total revenue ratio and business performance, type, establishment type, size of hospital beds , a differential analysis of non-medical income by location and multiple regression analysis were performed. Presenting the results of this study, non-medical income of medical institutions increased continuously during 2018-2020. In particular, the year of occurrence of COVID-19 has increased significantly. Medical institutions due to changes in the medical environment are diversifying their medical and non-medical income to improve their business performance. As a result of multiple regression analysis of factors on the medical income recurring profit rate, which is a profitability indicator of non-medical income, it was found that business performance had a significant effect. Whether it is a positive (+) hospital or a negative (-) hospital, it was found that non-medical income is an important variable in business performance.

SF6 가스 내 금속이물 존재시 절연특성 및 전계해석

This paper describes the influence of conducting particle in the coaxial cylindrical electrodes under alternating voltage condition investigated using breakdown electric field and electro magnetics simulation method. Simulated particle-location in GIS chamber were the particle on electrode, the particle on enclosure and free moving particle. As results, it was founded that in case of breakdown electric field of the GIS chamber, breakdown electric field of particle on electrode was the lowest, that of free moving particle was middle and that of particle on enclosure was the highest. And in case of the electric field analysis with particle locations, electric field of particle on electrode was the highest, that of lifted particle was middle and that of particle on enclosure was the lowest. This results can offer a practical reference on the insulation design of domestic GIS.

On the basis of this study I have analyzed major issues on educational service sectors in DDA negotiations and positive aspects of examples of internationalization of higher education in Australia that could be exploited to strengthen the globalization in the college system in Korea. The study found that the kind of programs of internationalization being practiced in Australia's universities are international student program, internationalization of teaching, offshore and distance education, international technical assistance & training, and international student support program. The benefits of internationalization are seen in terms of economic growth, labor market demands, international relations, intercultural knowledge, and skills, financial incentives for institutions, and increasingly the impact on quality assurance for all stakeholders. Overall, in response to the emerging global realities, higher educational institutions in Korea will need to improve on quality of education to meet the global standard.

비서실무과목의 실천적 교수방법에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze role playing, which is widely used in the area of training and education. Therefore, Wohlking & Gill's method-centered role playing model has been adapted as a role model. The functional phases of method-centered role playing consist of 1) establishing training objectives, 2) the warm-up, 3) the enactment, and 4) the post-enactment discussion. The distinct characteristic of method-centered role playing is a specific structure and approach to deal with job-related situation. Therefore, the case of handling customer calls in the office has been chosen to describe the role of teacher in the steps of role playing. The objective of this thesis is to describe how the role-playing technique can be used by teachers to assist participants to handle more effectively in interpersonal problems that occur in business situation, and to show how the process of role playing can be implemented in the classroom.

특징 강화 기법과 학습 데이터 길이 조절에 의한 Supervector Linear Kernel SVM 화자식별 개선

본 논문에서는 supervector linear kernel SVM을 사용한 화자식별 시스템의 성능을 개선하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 긴 학습 데이터를 여러 개의 짧은 학습 데이터로 분할하는 것을 기본 아이디어로 하고 있다. 제안한 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 서로 다른 4가지 데이터베이스에 PCA, GKPCA, KMDA를 사용하여 특징 강화를 하고 실험한 뒤 결과를 분석하였다. 실험 결과 제안한 방법이 supervector linear kernel SVM을 사용한 화자 식별 성능을 향상 시키는 것을 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose a new method to improve the performance of supervector linear kernel SVM (Support Vector Machine) for speaker identification. This method is based on splitting one training datum into several pieces of utterances. We use four different databases for evaluating performance and use PCA (Principal Component Analysis), GKPCA (Greedy Kernel PCA) and KMDA (Kernel Multimodal Discriminant Analysis) for feature enhancement. As a result, the proposed method shows improved performance for speaker identification using supervector linear kernel SVM.

법과학적 활용을 위한 삼성 스마트폰 음성 녹음 파일의 메타데이터 구조 및 속성 비교 분석 연구

Due to the popularization of smartphones, most of the recorded speech files submitted as evidence of recent crimes are produced by smartphones, and the integrity (forgery) of the submitted speech files based on smartphones is emerging as a major issue in the investigation and trial process. Samsung smartphones with the highest domestic market share are distributed with built-in speech recording applications that can record calls and voice, and can edit recorded speech. Unlike editing through third-party speech (audio) applications, editing by their own builtin speech applications has a high similarity to the original file in metadata structures and attributes, so more precise analysis techniques need to prove integrity. In this study, we constructed a speech file metadata database for speech files (original files) recorded by 34 Samsung smartphones and edited speech files edited by their built-in speech recording applications. We analyzed by comparing the metadata structures and attributes of the original files to their edited ones. As a result, we found significant metadata differences between the original speech files and the edited ones.
