      • 규칙적인 신체활동이 청소년의 생활 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 규칙적인 신체활동이 청소년의 생활 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 규명하여, 청소년의 생활 스트레스 관리에 규칙적인 신체활동의 긍정적인 효과를 인식시키려는 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구대상은 유층집락 무선표집방법(stratified cluster random sampling method)을 이용하여 운동참여 집단(중학생 120명, 고등학생 93명) 213명과 비참여 집단(중학생 139명, 고등학생 95명) 234명, 총 447명을 표집하였다. 청소년의 생활 스트레스를 측정하기 위한 검사지로는 최해림(1986)의 생활 스트레스 척도를 이용하였고, 생활 스트레스의 영역은 학교생활, 가정생활, 대인관계의 3가지 영역으로 구분하였다. 수집된 자료는 신체활동 참여여부와 학교급별로 평균과 표준편차를 산출한 후 도표화하고, 평균차 검증을 위하여 이원변량분석과 상호작용효과 검증을 실시하여 분석해 본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 규칙적으로 신체활동에 참여하는 학생들은 신체활동을 실시하지 않는 학생들보다 생활 스트레스의 전 영역(학교생활, 가정생활, 대인관계 스트레스)에서 더 긍정적인 반응을 나타내었다. 둘째, 규칙적으로 신체활동에 참여하지 않는 학생들의 경우 가정생활 스트레스는 중학생이 고등학생보다 더 높은 수준이었고, 반면에 대인관계 스트레스는 고등학생이 중학생보다 더 높은 수준이었다.

        성인 남자의 슬관절 등속성 근기능 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the isokinetic muscular function of knee joint with cybex in twenties, thirties and forties in males. Subjects were composed of 350 people - male students of the regular exercise for more than three times a week for more than 5 years. The following conclusions are from the analysis of changes according to ages and its verification. 1. The flexion of knee joint in peak torque in 60˚/sec of nondominant was significantly higher in 20s and 30s than that of 40s. The extension of knee joint in 60˚/sec and 180˚/sec of nondominant was significantly higher in 20s and 30s than that of 40s. 2. The flexion of knee joint in peak torque%BW in 180˚/sec of dominant was significantly higher in 20s and 30s than that of 40s and the extension of knee joint in 60˚/sec of nondominant was significantly higher in 20s than that of 30s and 40s, and in 30s than that of 40s. The extension of knee joint in peak torque% BW in 60˚/sec of nondominant was significantly higher in 30s than that of 20s and 40s and in 20s than that of 40s. 3. The flexion of knee joint in total work made no difference between in dominant and in nondominant and the extension of knee joint in 60˚/sec of nondominant was significantly higher in 30s than that of 20s and 40s and in 20s than that of 40s, was higher 30s than that of 40s in 180˚/sec. 4. The total work %B.W made significant difference only in the flexion of knee joint and the flexion of knee joint in total work %B.W of 60˚/sec of dominant and nondominant was significantly higher in 20s than that of 30s and 40s. 5. The H/Q ratio made significant difference only in nondominant. THE H/Q ratio of 60°/sec of nondominant was significantly the highest in 20s, higher in 30s than that of 40s, in 20s and 30s than that of 180°/sec in 40s.

        운동생리학 : 운동전 흡연과 단기간 흡연 중단이 심폐기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 운동전 흡연과 단기간 흡연 중단이 심폐기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 동일 피험자를 운동전 흡연, 3일 금연, 5일 금연을 시킨 후 측정하였다. 평소 흡연을 하고 있는 17세 남자 6명을 대상으로 안정시, 운동중, 최대운동 직후 그리고 운동후 회복시 동일시간대별 심폐기능을 조사하였다.측정된 자료는 반복측정에 의한 일원변량분석을 통하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1. 처치에 따른 동일시간대별 심박수는 안정시, 운동 3분, 운동 9분, 최대운동에서 차이가 있었고, 운동 6분, 회복 3분, 회복 6분에서는 차이가 없었다.2. 처치에 따른 동일시간대별 체중당 산소섭취량은 운동 6분, 운동 9분, 회복 3분에서 차이가 있었고, 안정시, 운동 3분, 최대운동, 회복 6분에서는 차이가 없었다.3. 처치에 따른 동일시간대별 환기량은 운동 9분과 최대운동에서 차이가 있었고, 안정시, 운동 3분, 운동 6분, 회복 3분, 회복 6분에서는 차이가 없었다.4. 처치에 따른 동일시간대별 수축기혈압은 안정시, 운동 3분, 운동 6분, 운동 9분, 최대운동, 회복 3분, 회복 6분 모두 차이가 없었다.5. 처치에 따른 운동지속시간은 차이가 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a before-exercise smoking and a short-term prohibition of smoking on the cardiopulmonary functions by allowing the subjects to smoke before exercising and prohibiting the same subjects from smoking for three days and five days for measurement of the cardiopulmonary functions.The measurement was taken among the same time for six males aged 17 who were usual smokers while they were at rest, in the midst of exercise, right after the maximum exercise and during recovery from exercise.The measured variables was completed through the one-way ANOVA by repeated-measures as follows;1. On each research into the heart rate among the same time during rest, three-minute exercise, nine-minute exercise and maximum exercise, there were differences and during six-minute excercise, three-minute recovery, six-minute recovery there was no difference.2. On each research into the VO₂ /㎏ among the same time excercise, nine-minute excercise and three-minute, there were differences and during rest, three minute excercise, maximum excercise, six-minute excercise and six-minute recovery, there was no difference.3. On each research into the VE(ℓ/min) among the same time nine-minute excercise and maximum excercise, there were differences and during rest, three-minute excercise, six-minute excercise, three-minute recovery and six-minute recovery, there was no difference.4. On each research into the Systolic Blood Pressure among the same time during rest, three-minute excercise, six-minute excercise, nine-minute maximum excercise, three-minute recovery and six-minute, recovery there were differences.5. On each research into exercise duration among the same time there were differences.

        고교 컬링선수들의 동계훈련 및 훈련중지가 호흡순환기능 및 등속성 근·관절 기능에 미치는 영향

        The study aims to minimize the athletic performances of the athletes in case of suspension of training by investigating the change of physical fitness appeared after having the suggestion of training method required for improving athletic performances of curling athletes and training suspension for 12 weeks through 12 weeks of physical fitness and technical training focusing on improving physical fitness and skill of excellent high school curling athletes. 7 male high school curling athletes who are preparing for National Sports Festival were selected as the subjects of study, and cardiorespiratory functions and isokinetic articular muscle functions were measured by having training frequency with 6 times of a week, physical fitness training and technical training for total 6 hours 30 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday as the training hours and physical fitness training 3 hours 30 minutes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Regarding data processing, one-way ANOVA with repeated measure was performed using SPSS 18.0 Program. V02max did not show the significant difference and FVC and total training nours increased significantly after training comparing with before training in the results of the study. Peak torque of both extensor & flexor muscles of knee increased significantly before and after training and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training. Muscle endurance increased significantly at both extensor & flexor muscles and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training. Regarding elbow, it increased significantly at both extensor & flexor muscles and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training and it kept increasing with significant difference after suspension of training comparing with before training. Muscle endurance increased significantly at both extensor & flexor muscles before and after training and decreased significantly after training and suspension of training and it kept increasing with significant difference after suspension of training comparing with before training.

        12주간의 태권도, 해동검도, 택견수련이 남자초등학생의 신체구성과 체력에 미치는 영향

        This study compared and analyzed the impact of studying taekwondo, Haedong keumdo and Taekkyon the twelve week`s on the body composition and physical fitness of elementary school students. The elementary school students worked out 5 time a week for 60 minutes over a twelve week period. They were divided into Taekwondo(n=9), Haedong keumdo(n=9), and Taekkyon(n=9) for a total of 27 male students. The measured material is based on data by two-way ANOVA by repeated measurements. The conclusions are as follows : 1. The change of body composition Taekwondo, Haedong keumdo and Taekkyon all worked to increase muscle mass and lean body mass, decrease body fat mass quantity. 2. The change of physical fitness Taekwondo, Haedong keumdo and Taekkyon practice of the twelve week`s all worked to increase muscle strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, and balance. Taekkyon practice of the twelve week`s worked to increase agility, but taekwondo, Haedong keumdo and Taekkyon practice of the twelve week`s all worked to decrease power.
