한지원사로 제조된 직물원단의 역학적 특성 분석에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 기계한지를 2 mm로 슬리팅한 후, 투포원 연사기로 최적의 꼬임을 부여하여 친환경적인 한지원사를 제조하였다. 그리고 섬도 20 Nec의 한지원사를 이용하여 직물원단을 제조하였고, 물리적 특성과 직물 의 촉감인 태 특성에 대하여 분석하였다. 직물의 역학적 특성인 태의 평가는 KES FB 시스템을 사용하여 인장특 성, 전단특성, 굽힘특성, 압축특성 그리고 표면특성으로부터 전체적인 태 값을 구하였다. 한지직물의 THV(total hand value)는 3.67로 의류용에 적합한 특성을 보였고, 일부 표면의 거친 특성은 염색과 세탁을 통하여 유연성이 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. In this work, environmental-friendly Hanji(Korean paper) yarns were manufactured with machinery Hanji paper, which was slitted in width 2 mm and was twisted by using two-for-one spinning machine to explore the effect of the number of turns per meter. The woven fabric was manufactured by Hanji yarn with fineness of 20 Nec. The handle and mechanical properties of Hanji fabric were investigated with handle values evaluated from tensile, shear, bending, compression and surface properties using KES FB system. The total hand value(THV) of Hanji woven fabric was 3.67. Also, the roughness of Hanji woven fabric was significant due to high stiffness of Hanji yarn. The stiffness of Hanji fabric was decreased after dyeing and 5 cycle washing. However, the softness of Hanji woven fabric was increased.
극세번수 면사와 기능성 PET 원사를 활용한 편성물의 물리적 특성

Recently, interest on wellness of consumers have increased and the market of eco-friendly fashion products in daily life is expanding. Therefore, it is necessary to develop knitwear materials for the textile fashion industries. A fine count cotton is used for knitted fabrics such as sweaters and jerseys because of its excellent stretchability, absorption and high sensitivity, etc. In this paper, mechanical properties of composite yarns made of a fine cotton yarn(210 Nec) and functional PET(hollow PET 65 De, antibacterial PET 75 De) manufactured by two-for-one machine were investigated. Also, the physical properties of the knit fabric specimens were analyzed using composite yarns. On the evaluation of fineness, tensile strength and strain, the composite yarns showed outstanding tensile strength and strain with increasing the functional PET yarn content. The tensile strength of knitted fabrics was excellent with increasing contents of hollow and antibacterial PET yarns. On the other hand, strain of knitted fabrics showed tend of decrease. The dimensional stabilities of knitted fabrics were appeared to good results with increasing the hollow and antibacterial PET yarn content. The color fastness of washing, abrasion and sweat of knitted fabrics after dyeing showed 4.5 grade, but light fastness was appeared 3-4 grade. It is expected that a fine cotton/functional PET composite yarns and their knitwear will contribute to consumer satisfaction and expansion of knitwear market.

Thermal behaviour of polyglycolic acid in melt polymerization of glycolide was investigated as a function of lauryl alcohol content. There were showed three endothermic peaks such as glycolide melting peak, lower molecular weight melting (oligomer) peak and higher molecular weight melting peak at early stage on glycolide melt polymerization under lauryl alcohol. But there were showed only two peaks, glycoside melting peak and lower molecular weight melting peak without laurel alcohol. Conversion increased slowly with the reaction time up to 50 minutes, and then gave a sudden increase above that. The reaction time to disappear in glycolide melting peak during polymerization was shortened with the increase of lauryl alcohol content. Zero-shear viscosity of polyglycolic acid decreased with the increase of free acid content in glycolide.

The effects of surfactant on electrospinnability and wettability of electrospun PLGA nonwoven mats were investigated. For PLGA, a mixtured solvent of tetrahydrofuran (THF) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was used to dissolve the polymer. Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS), a surfactant, was added to PLGA solution for electrospinning. The water absorption capacity of resulting fibers increased as the content of surfactant increased.

To improve spinnability of in-situ polymerized solution dope, a low temperature ulitiator Brazobis(2, Ldimethyl valeronitrile)(ADMVN) was utilized in preparing acrylic polymers, and the kinetics of polymerization was described. On the wholes the experimental results well corresponded to the theoretically predicted tendencies. The rate of conversion is generally increased either with increasing initiator and monomer concentrations or with raising polymerization temperature. The inherent viscosity of polymer was decreased with increasing polymerization temperature or initiator concentration but increased with increasing monomer content. In comparison with polyulerization of AN by 25-azobis(isobutyronitrile), the autoacceleration reaction was not so noticeable in the low-temperature polymerization process even at monomer concentrations as high as 30wt%.
