        기내배양시 몇가지 생장조절물질이 감자의 생장점 및 경엽조직편으로부터의 Callus 및 기관분화에 미치는 영향

        감자의 생장점배양시 기본배지의 종류 및 기본배지에 첨가되는 2,4-D, NAA 및 Benzyladenine이 감자의 생장점으로부터의 기관의 분화 및 생장과 Callus의 유기에 미치는 영향을 구명하고져 본실험을 준행하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 기본배지중에 Benzyladenine (BA)의 농도를 증가시킬수록 감자 생장점에서 유기된 경의 신장은 현저히 촉진되었으나 BA를 첨가함 배지상에서는 근 및 Callus는 전혀 유기되지 않았다. 2. NAA를 0.5ppm 이상 함유하고 있는 배지상에서는 경의 분화가 완전히 억제되었고 모두 Callus가 유기되었으며 NAA의 농도를 증가시킬수록 Callus의 생장은 촉진되었다. 3. 2.4-D 1.0ppm 이하 함유하는 배지상에서 경의 분화가 완전히 억제되었고 Callus가 유기되었으며 Callus 생장율은 2.4-D 농도가 높을수록 많았는데 2,4-D보다는 NAA 첨가배지사에서 Callus의 생장율은 현저한 증가를 보였다. 4. NAA만을 첨가한 배지상에서는 경의 분화 및 생장이 억제되었으나 BA와 NAA를 조합처리하였을 때는 NAA 0.01ppm에서보다 0.1ppm에서 경의 분화 및 생장이 현저히 증가되었으며 2,4-D와 BA의 조합처리에서도 같은 경향이었던 바 BA와 NAA 혹은 2,4-D의 조합처리시에는 경의 분화 및 신장이 촉진되는 방향으로의 교호작용이 현저하였다. 5. 엽편보다는 경편에서 Callus의 유기 및 생장이 양호하였으며 이들 경엽조직편으로부터의 Callus 유기 및 생장에는 NAA보다는 2,4-D가 더욱 효과적이 었다. 6. MS 표준배지보다는 MS배지의 농도를 12 로 희석하여 배지중의 무기성분 농도를 저하시킨 배지상에서 거의 경의 분화 및 신장이 현저히 촉진되었다. 7. 감자 생장점배양시 경의 유기 및 생장에는 MS 12 배지에 BA 1.0ppm 및 NAA 혹은 2,4-D 0.1ppm을 첨가한 배지가 가장 효과적이었다. This study was conducted to define the effect of 2.4-D, NAA, Benzyladenine, and basic mediums on the callus induction and the organ differentiation from the meristem tips and the stem and leaf segments of the potato. Benzyladenine promoted the induction and growth of shoot from the meristem tip of potato but inhibited initiation of roots and induction of callus. At higher concentration of NAA than 0.5 ppm and of 2.4-D than 1.0 ppm the shoots were not initiated but the callus was induced from the meristem. The callus growth was significantly promoted on the medium containing NAA than 2.4-0. The initiation and growth of the shoots from the potato meristem was significantly increased in the medium containing 2.4-D and BA, or NAA and BA, compared with those containing BA, NAA or 2.4-D alone. The callus was more easily induced from the stem segments than the leaf segments of potato. And the 2.4-D was more effective for the induction and growth of the callus than the NAA. MS medium diluted its concentration to 1/2 was more suitable for the initiation and growth of the shoots from the potato meristem than the MS standard medium. For the initiation and growth of the shoots from the potato meristem, the most desirable medium was the diluted MS medium containing 1.0 ppm BA and 0.1 ppm NAA or 0.1 ppm 2.4-D.

      • 大豆省力栽培에 關한 硏究 : Ⅰ. 大豆撒播에 있어서 栽植密度가 大豆의 生育과 收量에 미치는 影響 Ⅰ. The Effects of Planting Density on Growth and Yield of Soybean Seeded on Scatter.

        As a link in the chain of the study on the labour saving culture of soybean, this experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of the planting density on the growth and yield of soybean, and the results obtained are summarized as follows ; 1. The planting density did not effected on the emergency date, the blooming date and the harvesting date. On the other hand, the stem length of rather densely planted soybean was significantly elongated, but the stem diameter of that was significantly thinned. And the node number of main-stem showed no significant difference among treatments. 2. The number of branches was significantly decreased at densely planted soybean, but no difference was shown between varieties. And also, the densely planted soybean was showed a significant decrease in the number of pods per hill. The number of pods from main-stem was not varied to the different planting density, on the other hand, that from branches was significantly decreased at the more densely planted soybeans. 3. Highly significant correlation were detected between the number of pods per hill and the number of branches, and also between the number of pods per hill and that from branches, while the correlation between the number of pods per hill and that from main-stem are not significant at all. Accordingly, the number of branches and the number of pods from branches were shown to exert a great influence upon the variation of the number of pods per hill, while the number of pods from main-stem exert no influence upon the number of pods per hill. 4. Jangdanbaekmok showed a significant increase in the number of pods per 10a compared to Choongbukbaek, and highly increased number of pods per 10a was detected at the plots of higher planting density, but on the 1,000 grains weight, Choongbukbaek was heavier than Jangdanbaekmok, and 1,000 grains weight was also significantly heavier according to the decrease of planting density. 5. Jangdanbaekmok showed a significant increase in soybean yield per 10a compared to Choongbukbaek. Among the treatments of planting density, the plot of 40,000 plants par 10a showed the highest yield and the plot of 30,000 plants and 50,000 plants per 10a showed next, on the other hand, a significant decrease in yield per 10a was shown at the plot of control and 20,000 plants per 10a. Consequently, considering the growth and the yielding capacity of soybean the best planting density for broadeasting seeding culture of soybean is to be considerd as 40,000 plants per 10a.
