풍지혈(風池穴)(GB20)과 중저혈(中渚穴)(TE3)이 경항통(頸項痛)에 미치는 효과(效果)

This study was conducted to find out the effect of GB20, TB3 on the neck pain from 2009 July1-September 30 by carrying out pre test for the adults residing in Sungnam city and then selected the subjects who complained of neck pain as the sampling. The total subjects were 29 who were divided into Group A(15) and group B(14) and the detailed purpose and methods were explained for them for joining the test with their voluntary agreement to the clinical trial. Group A acupunctured with the needle tip placed tilted at 30~60 degree on TB3, and group B acupunctured with the needle tip straight up at 90 degree on CB20 as the experimental treatment. The needles used for both A, B groups was 0.25mm in its diameter, 30mm in height injecting 0.5~1 chi excluding tonification and sedation method and the changes in VAS and ROM were observed after the experiment. The study was carried out in the way of measuring of the changes in VAS & ROM pre. post experiment of the both A, B groups The results of the study are as follow, 1.The change in VAS of the both Groups was seen a significant difference pre, post tests[experiment] (p<.001) 2.The change in VAS between the both groups was seen insignificant difference.(p>.05) 3.The change in ROM of the both groups was seen a significant difference pre, post tests[experiment] (p<.001) 4.The change in ROM between the both Groups A, B was seen insignificant difference (p>.05) As the results of the study showed the GB20, TB3 being influential on pain relief, I suggest that the GB20, TB3 are effective acupuncture points for the neck pain.

Studying physical constitution is a common feature of Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Constitutions of T.C.M. There were no precedent studies about this theme. Although the concept between Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Constitutions of T.C.M. is quite different, we were able to find the same features. 1. In viscera and entrails diagnosis, both of them include physiological phenomenon and anatomy contents, they consider a heart controls mental condition and regard Three Burning Space and Four Burning Space as food and drink`s passway. 2. When divides them with psychological contents, Qixuzhi, Yangxuxzhi, Qiyuzhi show a tendency of So-eumin, Tanshizhi shows a tendency of Taeumin, Yinxuzhi shows a tendency of Soyangin or Taeumin, Yinxuzhi and Shirezhi show a tendency of Soyangin. 3. We conducted a pathological comparision study but we could not find any similar features of them. 4. To achieve objectification of physical constitution, both of them make questionnaires to classify constitution. 5. With the view of oriental medicine, the medicine of Qixuzhi, Tanshizhi, Yuxuezhi, Qiyuzhi mostly contains So-eumin`s medicine and Yangxuxzhi, Yinxuzhi, Shirezhi`s medicine largely includes Soyangin`s medicine comparatively. 6. Bojungikki-tang is a general prescribtion for Qixuzhi and So-eumin, and prescribtion of Yangxuxzhi is regarded as Soyangin`s prescribtion. 7. Yangxuxzhi, and Qixuzhi need to intake as So-eumin`s nutrition, Yinxuzhi should intake as Soyangin`s nutrition, and Tanshizhi has to intake Taeumin`s nutrition. Through this study, we could find some similar tendency between Qixuzhi and So-eumin, and Yangxuxzhi, Shirezhi with Soyangin.
