        이러닝학습에서 실재감, 학습만족도, 학업성취도의 관계에서 학습몰입의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of learners" learning flow in the effect of presence on academic achievement in web-based e-learning. For this purpose, this study analyzed the influencing relationship between the each factor based on the structural model with the learning flow as a mediator variable. Based on existing theoretical studies, learning satisfaction and academic achievement, which represent learning outcomes, are set as dependent variables, and teaching presence, cognitive presence, and social presence are set as independent variables. Data collected from a total of 256 e-learning learners were used in the analysis of this study. According to the results of the analysis, teaching presence, cognitive presence, and social presence were found to have a significant effect on academic achievement when a learning flow is a mediator variable. Concretely, teaching presence, cognitive presence, and social presence have a positive effect on the learning flow, while learning flow has a positive effect on learning satisfaction. On the other hand, learning flow has a negative effect on academic achievement. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of learning flow on the relationship between presence, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement, there was meditating effect in the aggregate. This study implies that in order to increase the level of learning satisfaction and academic achievement, it is necessary to make the teaching-learning design in the provision of contents and materials for e-learning so that the learner can feel the presence. The results of this study can be used as a basic data for seeking support and promotion strategies for enhancement of future learning flow and presence.

      • 설문조사를 바탕으로 부서 간 만족도 향상을 위한 개선 안

        Purpose Recently, there has been increasing demands for clinical departments at Asan Medical center in Seoul. They want to see the results of lab tests about blood samples as soon as possible and to be reported to them on the day. As the main contents of the survey, we explained the goodness of Asan medical center's in vitro and the points to be improved. Based on this, it became an opportunity to create a positive image of In vitro laboratory. In addition, we could identify their specific requirements through the surveys. Materials and Methods In September 2016, a total of 14 questionnaire surveys were conducted for 49 clinical departments and outpatient nurses at Asan Medical center in Seoul. The survey consists of description questions to be able to express the intention of the individual and the questions made on the Likert 4 point scale. The main contents of 14 questions are composed of goodness of In Vitro laboratory and points to be improved. Results 62% answered that the best service in In Vitro laboratory was "good accuracy and reproducibility". On the other hand, as an inconvenience when requesting blood tests, 73% pointed out that "the result report time was long", which was recognized as a part to be improved. There are many contents that "The result of all tests is reported within 2 hours" on the day of the examination. In the question - 'Are there some examination results which do not coincide well with clinical observations?', 55 of 56 people answered "no". Above all, the majority answered that waiting for re-examination results is too long. This problem must be causing discomfort to the patients. Conclusion In order to improve these problems, the first thing is to increase the number of blood tests by using the current personnel, equipments and reagents to the fullest by item in Asan Medical Center's Nuclear medicine in vitro part. Secondly, in case of re-examinations, we use the "AMIS message" to show other clinical departments the reporting time. This methode improves the efficiency of work with nurses and increases satisfaction of custom service. Thirdly, the correlation was evaluated by selecting the test species that can be carried out by the shortening method. Currently, C-peptide and insulin are implemented in the reaction process to shorten 2 hours into 1 hour. Finally, we are considering purchasing new equipments for quick test results.

        중심시야 결손 여부에 따른 녹내장시야지표의 유용성

        Purpose: To evaluate the glaucoma discrimination ability of visual field index (VFI), a new perimetric index of Humphrey field analyzer II, in glaucoma patients with central and peripheral visual field defects (VFD). Methods: Humphrey visual field test and OCT were performed in 204 glaucomatous eyes and 70 healthy eyes. The associations of VFI with mean deviation (MD), pattern standard deviation (PSD), and average retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT) were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation. The diagnostic abilities of the parameters were analyzed using the areas under the receiver operating characteristic curves (AUROC). The AUROC were compared between MD-matched patients with central VFD (at least one point with p < 1% within the central most 16 points of 30-2 SITA standard automated visual field) and peripheral VFD (VFD beyond the central most 16 points of 30-2 SITA standard automated visual field). Results: The associations between analyzed parameters and VFI were statistically significant. The MD, RNFLT, age, intraocular pressure, and central cornea thickness were not different between the two groups (p > 0.05). The AUROC value of VFI was greater than those of the MD and average RNFLT but was not different from that of PSD (p = 0.332) in the central VFD group. However, there were no significant differences between AUROC value of VFI and those of other parameters in the peripheral VFD group (all, p > 0.05). Conclusions: The results from the present study suggest that VFI may be more useful than MD in diagnosing glaucoma, especially in patients with central VFD.         Mg 첨가에 따른 수성가스전이반응용 Cu/ZnO/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 촉매의 활성 연구

        저온 수성가스전이반응에서 $Cu/ZnO/MgO/Al_2O_3$ (CZMA) 촉매의 마그네슘의 영향을 조사하기 위하여 Cu/Zn/Mg/Al의 비율을 45/45/5/5 mol%로 공침법을 사용하여 제조하였다. 제조된 촉매들은 BET, $N_2O$ 화학흡착, XRD, $H_2-TPR$ and $NH_3-TPD$를 사용하여 분석되었다. 촉매 활성 테스트는 GHSV $28,000h^{-1}$와 온도 범위 $200{\sim}320^{\circ}C$에서 수행되었다. 동일한 조건에서 마그네슘이 첨가된 촉매(CZMA 400)는 가장 낮은 환원 온도를 나타내며 활성종인 $Cu^+$가 안정적으로 존재하고 또한 많은 약산점을 보유하였다. 또한 마그네슘이 첨가된 촉매(CZMA)는 마그네슘이 첨가되지 않은 촉매(CZA)와 비교하였을 때 240 이상의 높은 온도에서 촉매 활성이 증가하였다. CZMA 400 촉매는 최적의 촉매로서 $240^{\circ}C$, GHSV $28,000h^{-1}$에서 75 h 동안 활성의 저하없이 평균 CO 전환율 77.59%를 나타내었다. To investigate the effect of magnesium oxide addition, $Cu/ZnO/MgO/Al_2O_3$ (CZMA) catalysts were prepared using co-precipitation method with fixed molar ratio of Cu/Zn/Mg/Al as 45/45/5/5 mol% for low-temperature water gas shift reaction. Synthesized catalysts were characterized by using BET, $N_2O$ chemisorption, XRD, $H_2-TPR$ and $NH_3-TPD$ analysis. The catalytic activity tests were carried out at a GHSV of $28,000h^{-1}$ and a temperature range of $200{\sim}320^{\circ}C$. At the same condition, magnesium oxide added catalyst (CZMA 400) showed that the lowest reduction temperature and stable presence of $Cu^+$, that is active species and abundant weak acid site. Also magnesium oxide added catalysts (CZMA) showed higher catalytic activity at temperature range above $240^{\circ}C$ than the catalyst without magnesium oxide (CZA). Consequently, CZMA 400 catalyst is considered to be excellent catalyst showing CO conversion of 77.59% without deactivation for about 75 hours at $240^{\circ}C$, GHSV $28,000h^{-1}$.

        항암화학요법 유발 말초신경병증 변증평가도구 개발을 위한 기초연구

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop a standard instrument of pattern identification and evaluation for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).Methods: The advisory committee for this study was organized by 12 professors of traditional Korean medicine from the Korean Association of Traditional Oncology. The items and structure of the instrument were designed based on a review of previous publications. We revised the instrument in consultation with the advisory committee and received additional advice via email.Results: We divided the symptoms and signs of CIPN into four pattern identifications: wind arthralgia (風痺), cold arthralgia (寒痺), dampness arthralgia (濕痺), and arthralgia of the deficiency type (虛痺). We obtained the mean weights to reflect the standard deviations from each symptom of the four pattern identifications, which were scored on a 5-point scale by the advisor committee. After we obtained the answers to discrimination between variable symptoms (變症) and ordinary symptoms (素症) from the 12 experts, we gained the final weight from the combination of the ratio of pattern identification to the number of total answers of the advisory committee and the mean weight.Conclusions: The Instrument on Pattern Identification and Evaluation for CIPN was developed through a discussion between 12 experts. There was a limitation that the validity and reliability of this instrument have not been proven. However, the significance of this study was that it is the first Instrument on Pattern Identification and Evaluation aimed at assessing CIPN in traditional Korean medicine.

        악안면부 충격시 치아와 악골의 응력 분포에 대한 구강보호장치의 역할에 관한 유한요소분석 - 상악 중절치에 가해진 충격에 대하여

        Statement of problem : The use of mouthguard is important as the leisure life is popular today. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of a mouthguard on stress distribution in teeth, maxilla and mandible for maxilla impact. Material and methods: The 3-dimensional finite element model was based on a CT scan film of an average korean adult when the subject is using a customized mouthguard which was made with the Signature Mouthguard system of Dreve. The load was applied to the upper central incisor cervical area parellel impact force for 0.1sec(L1). The Von-mises stress analysis with a mouthguard and without a mouthguard was compared. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1. Without the mouthguard, stress was concentrated on teeth and alveolar bone in all load conditions. 2. With the mouthguard. maximum stress value was decreased and stress was dispersed in all load conditions. 3. Stress extinction with the mouthguard was faster than without the mouthguard in all load conditions. Conclusion: We acknowledged that the mouthguard has a stress buffer effect as the maximum stress value was decreased and stress was dispersed when impact force was applied.
