The purpose of this study was to analyze the soil environment of urban neighborhood parks and to use them as basic data for evaluating the ecological functions of urban parks such as groundwater regeneration, flood control, microclimate regulation, adsorption and purification. The landscape design criteria were generally evaluated as advanced, and further monitoring and studies are needed to evaluate the various ecological functions. It is also necessary to improve the phosphoric acid and nitrogen contents, which tended to be low. In addition, continuous monitoring is needed to assess the proper soil environment according to the biological species, and to evaluate the ecological functions. The results of this study can be used to evaluate the groundwater recharge of urban parks. In particular, when the land of the neighboring park is used for various purposes, the level of access of the user may be increased. Therefore, factors that may adversely affect the user's health, such as heavy metals and organic matters, should be selected and selected as management criteria. In addition, follow-up studies considering fertilization standards suitable for trees and growth of introduced vegetation, etc. are needed urgently to improve the soil environment.

An autoinjector allows a single use medical device serving for automatic intramuscular injection to deliver a dose of a particular emergency drug through an intuitive activation mechanism. By design and structure, autoinjectors are easy to use and are intended for self-administration by patients or untrained personnel. Depending on the number of drugs filled in the cartridge, autoinjectors are divided by one-chamber type and multi-chamber type. Most autoinjectors may have a special structure including spring-loading syringes and needle which is specially designed to ensure strength due to the necessity of penetration through layers of clothing. The purpose of this study was to introduce the design technology of autoinjector of multi-chamber type that could be released into the two drugs sequentially. Additionally, we verified performance of the prototype developed by applying the design.

The integrated protection unit of CHEONGUNG is composed of chemical-biological equipment and air conditioner equiped heating element. The protection capabilities against chemical-biological agent were measured by using simulant agents such as n-Hexane, KM5 Screening Smokes and CS agent. The experimental test results with simulant agents verify the protective performance of the integrated protection unit.
아트로핀 및 팜 함유 다중챔버 단일주사기 및 KMARK-1: 비글개를 이용한 단회 근육투여 비교 생체이용률 연구

In this study, multi-chambered single autoinjector(2in1) and KMARK-1 containing atropine and 2-PAM(pyridine-2-aldoxime methylchloride) were administered to the beagle's muscle, and blood samples were taken for a certain period of time to compare and evaluate the pharmacokinetic profiles of the two drugs. Male beagles were used and classified into two test groups(G1, G2), and crossover pharmacokinetic studies were performed in two test groups. Blood samples were collected from the jugular vein for analysis after administration. The 90 % confidence interval(CI) for log transformed data indicated that the Cmax for both atropine(log 0.9683 ~ log 1.113) and 2-PAM(log 0.9453 ~ log 1.214) was within the limits of bioequivalence criteria, but the AUC for atropine(log 1.1786 ~ log 1.3238) failed to meet this criteria. This is expected as the amount of atropine dose is 25 % higher for the test as compared to the reference formulation. In summary, in view of the ATNAA(antidote for nerve agent of US) authorization, the Cmax equivalence was more important than AUC equivalence, so in this study, we also focused on verifying the equality of Cmax between the two autoinjectors.

We make several membranes with multilayer structure and characterize protective performance in various ways. Multilayer membrane is composed of shell fabric, support membrane, functional polymer membrane and liner fabric. In this research, we apply cellulose acetate derivatives as base polymer in functional polymer membrane and characterize water resistance, water vapor permeation, protective performance against DMMP and aerosol. Test results show that cellulose based polymer with polyethyleneimine possess performance with good water vapor permeation and excellent protective capability against DMMP equivalent to Saratoga type's protective suits. Also, these materials possess aerosol protective performance and water resistance.

포장재료에 따른 물수지를 평가하는 것은 제안된 유출계수를 동일하게 적용하는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포장재료 별 지하수 침투량을 측정하였다. 그리고 이를 개선 할 수 있는 방안을 찾아 보았다. 식생지반의 유출계수는 0.245로 설정할 수 있으며, 투수포장은 0.583로 설정할 수 있다. 반투수포장의 유출계수는 0.963로 설정할 수 있고 불투수포장의 유출계수는 1.000로 설정할 수 있다. 수로 및 습지와 자갈포장을 적용, 침투량과 증발산량을 알아보고자 하였다. 습지와 자갈포장의 유출계수는 0이다. 침투량 회귀식을 바탕으로 연구대상지의 평균 강우자료에 대입해 보면 강우량 1094.4mm 때 습지는 329.9mm 침투, 864.5mm 증발이 이루어지며, 자갈포장은 578.8mm침투 615.6mm 증발로 계산할 수 있다. 이 자료는 도시 및 농촌지역 지하수함양 개선사항 제시에 활용하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 농업생태계의 다양한 생태계서비스 가치가 저하되지 않고 보전, 향상되는데 기여하고자 한다. In this study, the degree of impact on groundwater charging of land-use materials in urban and rural areas was analyzed to identify avenues of improvement. The outflow coefficient of vegetation ground can be set to 0.245, and that of the pitcher"s block can be set to 0.583. The outflow coefficient of the half pitcher block can be set to 0.963, and the outflow coefficient of non-pitch asphalt can be set to 1.000. Waterways, wetlands, and gravel trunks were studied to determine penetration and evaporation. The outflow coefficient for wetlands and gravel is zero. Based on the penetration regression formula, the average rainfall data at the study site can be calculated as 329.9mm penetration and 864.5mm, evaporation of wetlands at 1094.4mm of rainfall, and gravel can be calculated as 578.8mm penetration, 615.6mm evaporation. This data was intended to be used to present matters to improve the cultivation of groundwater in urban and rural areas. Through these studies, we want to contribute to the preservation and improvement of the value of various ecosystem services in agricultural ecosystems while halting deterioration.
한국인에서 Iohexol의 혈장 청소율을 이용한 사구체 여과율의 측정

배 경 : Iohexol (Omnipaque^(?))은 혈장 청소율이 GFR과 일치하는 물질로, 서구에서는 iohexol의 배설단계의 혈장 농도와 그 반감기를 이용하여 혈장 청소율을 계산하고 이를 보정하여 GFR을 추정하고 있다 [Bro¨chner-Mortensen (B-M)법]. 그러나 아직 한국인을 대상으로 그 방법이 정립된 바 없으며 또 가장 적절하고도 편리한 혈장 농도 측정 시간 및 횟수에 대해서는 논란이 있는 실정이다. 이에 저자들은 iohexol외 혈장반감기를 이용한 위와 같은 측정법을 검체 횟수 및 시간 간격을 달리하여 한국인에 적용하였을 때 GFR 측정의 정확도 및 크레아티닌 청소율을 비롯한 여러 GFR 계측 공적들의 정확도를 다음과 같이 검증하였다. 방 법 : 신장질병이 없는 한국인을 대상으로 (n=19) iohexol 정주 후 HPLC로 측정한 14시점의 혈장 농도들을 이용하여 2구획 모델에 의한 iohexol의 혈장 청소율 (CL-T)을 구하였다. 이를 기준으로 첫째 배설단계의 8시점의 농도를 이용하여 B-M법으로 계산된 청소율 (CL-M8), 둘째 그 중 각각 3, 2시점의 농도를 가지고 같은 방법으로 계산된 청소율 (CL-M3, CL-M2), 셋째 CCr를 비롯한 여러 계측 공식들을 이용한 GFR 예측치를 비교하였다. 각 측정치의 정확도는 CL-T를 기준으로 하여 -0.1≤(측정값-CL-T)/CL-T≤0.1를 만족하는 정도 (%)로 평가하였다 (DOQI guideline). 결 과 : CL-T, CL-M8, CL-M3와 CL-M2는 각각 101.9±24.0, 101±18.7, 101.7±18.6,101.9±곤19.5 mL/min/1.73 ㎡로서 서로 차이가 없었으며 CL-M8의 정확도는 74%이었고, CL-M3, CL-M2의 정확도는 각각 84%, 79%로 상호간에 차이가 없었다. GFR 계측 공식 중에서는 MDRD 공식이 비교적 정확하였다 (47%). 결 론 : 이상에서 저자들은 신장질환이 없는 우리나라 사람을 대상으로 iohexol을 이용하여 B-M 보정법으로 사구체 여과율 측정하였을 때 2회의 검체 채취로도 정확하게 사구체 여과율을 측정할 수 있음을 확인하였으나 향후 GFR 값이 다양한 보다 많은 환자를 대상으로 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각한다. Background : Plasma clearance of iohexol (Omnipaque^(?)) which used widely in radiologic procedure is considered as useful method for estimation of GFR because iohexol is neither reabsorbed nor secreted from tubule after filtered as inulin and its extrarenal clearance is negligible. Plasma clearance of iohexol can be calculated from two compartment model or one compartment model with Bro¨chner Mortensen (B-M) modification which convenient and reliable. But there were controversies about sufficient sampling numbers and times for B-M modification of iohexol clearance. Methods : Nineteen healthy Korean without renal disease underwent measurement of iohexol clearance. Iohexol was given as a single iv dose, and 14 blood sample were drawn up to 300 min. A reference GFR was iohexol clearance calculated from two-compartment model using 14 samples (CL-T). From 8, 3 and 2 samples clearances were calculated by B-M modification (CL-M8, 3 and 2 respectively). The accuracy of estimates was evaluated as percent of estimates falling within 10% above or below the reference GFR. Accuracy of CCr and equations for GFR estimation were also compared. Results : CL-T, CL-M8, CL-M3 and CL-M2 were not different (101.9±24.0, 101.9±18.7, 101.7±18.6, 101.9±19.5 mL/min/1.73 m² respectively). Accuracy of CL-M8, 3 and 2 were not different (74%, 84% and 79% respectively, p>0.05). MDRD equation had higher accuracy (47%) compared with other equations. Conclusion : These results indicate that sampling simplified method might be reduced to only two without accuracy loss in Korean without renal disease.
