농촌중심지의 공공디자인 개선에 관한 연구 - 영천시 금호읍 농촌중심지 활성화 사업을 중심으로 -

대도시를 중심으로 한 발전으로 지역사회의 인구가 감소하고 고령화가 진행되고 있으며, 지역 문화 콘텐츠와 지역의 역사도 소외되고 있다. 이에 따라 농촌중심지 도시정비사업 개발이 필수적이다. 경북 영천시 금호읍의 경우 다른 지역과 차별화된 지역적 특성과 역사, 문화적 토대를 바탕으로 콘텐츠 개발이 중요하다. 경관, 가로경관, 공공공간경관, 주거경관, 상업경관, 가로시설 등 금호읍의 물리적 현황을 파악하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 지역 공공디자인 개선을 위해서는 각종 볼거리 제공, 주차시설, 역세권, 간판 등의 정비, 간선도로의 공공디자인 개선이 필요하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 금호읍의 공공디자인은 아름다운 마을 경관을 구현하기 위해 친환경적이고 개방적 공간으로 조성해야 한다. 개방성을 높이기 위해서는 산책로와의 연계성을 극대화하고 지나치게 장식적 상징조형물의 설치는 지양하여야 한다. 주민의 지속가능성과 건강을 보장하기 위해 적절한 녹지공간과 빗물을 흡수하는 구역도 필요하다. 자연환경과 어울리는 마을의 정체성과 색채 디자인을 고려해 장기적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 새로운 건축물과 인공 구조물의 색상은 인공적인 색채보다는 건축자재의 자연스러운 색채를 유지하는 것이 효과적일 것이다. 농촌중심지의 금호읍 공공디자인 개선사업을 통하여 다른 도농복합 지역의 대표적인 사례가 될 것으로 기대한다. Due to the development centered on large cities, the population of the community is decreasing and aging. Besides, local cultural contents and the history of the region are being disregarded. As a result, the development of urban improvement projects in rural centers is vital. For Kumho-eup, Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, it is crucial to develop content based on its distinct regional characteristics, history, and cultural foundation, which is differentiated from other regions. We identified and analysed the residents’ views on Kumho-eup's physical status, including scenery, street landscape, public space landscape, residential landscape, commercial landscape, and street facilities. As a result, we discovered that providing attractions, maintaining parking facilities, station areas, and signboards, and improving public design on main streets are required to improve the public design of the region, respectively. Kumho-eup's public design requires the creation of an eco-friendly and open space to achieve a beautiful village landscape. In order to increase openness, it is necessary to maximize connectivity with walking paths and to avoid the installation of overly decorative symbolic sculptures. In order to ensure sustainability and health of residents, adequate green space and areas that absorb rainwater are suggested. It is important to ensure that it can be managed in the long term considering the village's identity and color design that matches the natural environment. Color of new architecture and artificial structures is advised to be a natural color of building materials rather than artificial coloring. The development of the public design of Kumho-eup, the farming area, could be a leading example for other rural areas and urban-rural complex areas.

It is intended to present examples of improvement of urban landscape design through the landscape color strategy of Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, a city centered on rural areas. This study would like to propose improvements to the underdeveloped urban facilities and the old street scenery, which are common problems of rural cities. It is hoped that the image brought by the change in color will give vitality to the region, and that the lives of residents will be greatly improved in quality. First of all, prior to the study, a survey and analysis of the color status of Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, were preceded. In addition, a opinion survey was conducted on the unique color of Yeongcheon-si, and through it, i tried to understand how the city image was formed. In earnest, the color strategy was formed and the representative colors of the landscape reflecting the regional characteristics of Yeongcheon were extracted. Then, keynote colors and guidelines for color display were presented and regional concepts and processes were constructed. This study also attempted to consider color planning, color management, and subsequent management, including systems for each element. It is expected that urban landscape colors reflecting citizens’ emotions on the basis of the humanities environment will be able to more effectively represent regional characteristics. In particular, color images suitable for spatial characteristics were applied to each region, such as the northern Bohyeon Forest area, the eastern Nakdongjeongmaek area, the central urban area, and the western Palgongjimaek area. While forming such a unique color space, it is expected that a unified image of Yeongcheon-si can be obtained by giving continuity to the basic colors. It is expected that more beautiful urban regeneration will be possible by setting detailed guidelines to create an attractive street by giving Yeongcheon-si a pleasant urban image. Through this study, I hope that the appropriate use of urban landscape colors reflecting regional characteristics will be achieved along with the understanding of humanities and natural environments, not indiscriminate application of urban landscape.

FPGA를 이용한 Cdma2000 EV-DO 시큐리티 지원 하드웨어 설계 및 구현

Cdma2000 1x EV-DO 에서의 보안 계층은 현재 3GPP2를 통해 표준화 규격(C.S0024-A v2.0)을 완성해 나가고 있는 중이며, 이에 따라 cdma2000 1x EV-DO 환경의 AT와 AN 간 전송되는 데이터에 대한 보안 기능을 적용하기 위하여 표준 문서에 명시된 보안 계층 구현요구에 맞는 하드웨어 보안 장치가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FPGA 플랫폼을 통해 EV-DO 시큐리티 계층 프로토콜을 시뮬레이션 하여 EV-DO 시큐리티 지원 하드웨어장치를 설계 하였으며, 패킷 데이터에 대한 인증 및 서비스를 위하여 SHA-1 해쉬 알고리즘과 데이터 암호화를 위한 AES, SEED, ARIA 알고리즘을 탑재했으며, 키교환 프로토콜을 이용한 키 교환을 수행 한 후 데이터에 대한 인증 및 암호화 기능을 선택적으로 적용한 하드웨어를 구현 하였다. Security layer of the Cdma2000 1x EV-DO is currently completing standard (C.S0024-A v2.0). Accordingly, a hardware security devices, that allows to implementation requirement of the security layer described in standard document, is required to apply security function about data transferred between AT and AN of then Cdma2000 1x EV-DO environment. This paper represents design of hardware device providing EV-DO security with simulation of the security layer protocol via the FPGA platform. The SHA-1 hash algorithm for certification and service of packet data, and the AES, SEED, ARIA algorithms for data encryption are equip in this device. And paper represents implementation of hardware that applies optionally certification and encryption function after executing key-switch using key-switching algorithm.

Genexol-PM(R) 항암치료 중 발생한 지연성 중증 과민성반응

Although Taxol(R) is one of the most successful drugs in current cancer chemotherapy against solid tumors, a major problem is hypersensitivity reactions that arises as a consequence of activation of the complement (C) system, C activation-related pseudo-allergy. Most severe hypersenstivity reactions occur within the first few minutes of Taxol(R) administration, usually after the first or second dose. Here we report a case of a severe hypersensitivity reaction in a 72-year-old man undergoing Genexol-PM(R) infusion. Hypotension and polymorphic pruritic skin rash appeared 2 hours after the start of Genexol-PM(R) infusion (with an appropriate premedication). Treating with methylprednisolone, epinephrine and inotropic agents, reduced the hypotension and the skin rash disappeared. We report this case with a review of the Literature.

도시경관디자인 개선을 통한 지방자치단체의 도시브랜드 구축

City branding has become one of the most powerful tool in city marketing strategy. There has been a general agreement among academics and practitioners that cities can be branded in the same way as consumer goods and services can. This paper reviewed the published articles regarding "city marketing, city brand and city Landscape design", "The role of city brand in Regional government", "city renovation", city marketing through Community business". And this paper also reviewed the success case of city Landscape improvement design which was executed in Sangdong-myen, Milyang city. That is to say, many academical and practical things were discussed such as "background of city renewal plan", "problems which should be solved", "solution alternatives", "the guidelines of city renovation design", "things that community should cooperate with regional government", "governmental support for sustainable development". A major contribution of this paper is to influence to other cities which are planning to improve city landscape in terms of the guidelines of city brand design and city marketing.

This thesis is to examine the new changes of the circumstances around the assets revaluation system carried out in accordance with the Assets Revaluation Law. First of all, in this paper discuss the basic goal and the necessity of this law, secondly analyzes the influence of the assets revaluation on accounting information, business administration, and national economic, and then detect the real conditions involving the operation of the assets revaluation system caused by changing of new circumstances around this system. And it finally intends to suggest and idea to improve the system.
