        외식프랜차이즈 기업의 사회공헌활동에 대한 기업이미 지, 관계품질, 재구매의도와의 관계연구

        The purpose of this research thesis is to put the focal point on corporate social responsibility activity of food service franchise industry, and to establish marketing strategies necessary for corporate steadfast management activity, through a substantive study and gathering basic research data. To conduct a substantive study, this thesis presented three hypothesis. The analytic research outcomes drew the three conclusions as follows. First, it is revealed that for customers of food service franchise industry, the higher corporate image on social responsibility activity becomes, the higher relationship quality becomes. Second, it is indicated that the higher relationship quality between corporation and customers is, the higher repurchase intention becomes. Through these outcomes, it is expected that having the awareness of management mind that social responsibility activity is future-oriented, the corporation could secure its solid position of management strategies to change the trend of recently gradually short-spanned food service markets.

        외식기업 리더의 정치적 기술과 직무만족간의 관계에서 LMX와 TMX의 매개효과연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out if the political skill of a food service industry leader and the mediating effect of LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) & TMX(Team-Member Exchange) have a meaningful effect on the job satisfaction of members, and to provide a basic data of the human resources management plan for the food service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, literature study and empirical study were progressed in parallel. The total of 4 hypotheses were set-up, and investigation on them revealed that:First, the political skill of the leader was shown to have a positive effect on LMX and TMX of the organization, and second, the political skill of the leader was shown to have a positive effect on the job satisfaction of members. Finally, investigating if LMX and TMX play a meaningful mediating role on the relation of the political skill of the leader and job satisfaction of members showed a partial mediating effect. This result indicates that the relation between the leader and members in the food service industry that is highly human-dependent is escaping from the past vertical relation to develop to a mutually dependent relation, and in particular the leader's role to support members is being strengthened.

        This 22 years old female has been suffering from dizziness and exertional dyspnea since 2 years ago. She had a massive splenomegaly and one of her brother received splenectomy at 11 years of age. Peripheral blood showed marked pancytopenia and bone marrow smear revealed normocellularity. She received splenectomy, and her clinical features and hematologic findings were progressively improved toward normal.

        Consumption culture pattern in night centered around life zone of residence place has influence on tourism activity pattern, thereby increasing tourists` desire to enjoy night tour in tour sites. Therefore, night tour is a cultural phenomenon with resources such as a local area`s cultural attraction, service facility, night view image of infrastructure targeting for the local residents and visitors. Accordingly, it is urgent that we establish a measure to transfer increase rate of number of visitor per day to lodging tourist, thereby increasing the need to develop night tour products. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to cope with recent sharp changing of tour environment and 24 hours social activities for promoting new means for tour activity. And this study examines added value of tourism attractiveness for night tour and suggests a development principle for night tour program and a promotion method for night tour program based on conceptual overview of night tour and foreigners` visiting pattern, pattern of night tour and analysis of success stories in foreign night tour.

        호텔 직원의 복리후생에 대한 인식이 조직충성도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        The objectives of this study is to investigate the effects of employees`` perception of fringe benefit on employee``s organizational loyalty and turnover intention in the hotel industry, and the mediating effect of organizational loyalty in the relationship between perception of fringe benefit and turnover intention. Data were collected from the five star hotel employees in South Korea. Hypotheses were examined by using structural equation model analysis. The results are as follows. First, perception of facility operation in fringe benefit had a significantly positive impact on organizational loyalty. Second, perception of fringe benefit had not impact statistically turnover intention. Third, organizational loyalty had a significantly negative impact on turnover intention. Fourth, mediating effects of organizational loyalty in the relationship between perception of facility operation in fringe benefit and turnover intention was confirmed.

        This study tried to examine the factors that determine the co-branding on food and beverage in a hotel in Korea. This paper suggests to factors what the co-branding on food and beverage in a hotel. From the review of the literature a research hypotheses were formulated. The research model consists of two independent variables such as professional group in college and hotel industry and dependent variable as expectancy of co-branding of between the hotel and food and beverage and factors that choose the brand. To analyze the survey, factor analysis were conducted. As a result, the survey showed several findings that expectancy effects of co-branding of between the hotel and food and beverage have meaningful each other.

        브랜드 컨셉 일치성 및 지각된 품질이 브랜드 확장 평가에 미치는 영향 : 외식업체를 대상으로

        The major objective of this study is to find out the ways to transfer favorable attitude on the original brand to the extended brand. Specifically, the effect of brand concept consistency on consumers' attitude for extended products was analyzed to uncover effective brand extension strategies. Also, perceived quality of original brand on the relationship between brand concept consistency and consumer attitude toward the brand extension were analyzed. To accomplish the objectives, an empirical analysis was conducted, using BBQ chicken and Dorimaru as an original brand and an extended brand concepts respectively and 226 samples of food-service customer who acknowledge the brands were chosen. The major findings of this study are as follows; First, the consistency between the original and extended brand concepts has a positive effect on the consumer attitude toward the extended brand. Second, the perceived quality of original brand has a positive effect on the consumer attitude toward the extended brand. Third, the perceived quality of original brand has a moderating effect on the relationship between brand concept consistency and consumer attitude.

      • Aldosterone 분비에 대한 Dopaminergic Activity에 관한 연구

        To evaluate the effect of dopaminergic activity on the secretion of aldosterone, the plasma renin activity, serum cortisol and aldosterone levels were measured before and after (15, 30 and 60 min.) the administration of dopamine antagonist, metoclopramide (MC), 15mg i.v. and L-dopa, 500mg p.o., in 6 normal controls and 12 patients who had hyponatremia and generalized edema or ascites with possible secondary aldosteronism, respectively. On the other hand, to confirm the ACTH mediated effect of MC on the aldosterone secretion, the authors measured the same hormones in those subjects who were administered MC after 2mg of dexamthasone administration p.o. to suppress ACTH secretion. The result were as follows: 1. The basal level of PRA was higher in patients rather than control group but PRA was not influenced by MC before and after ACTH suppression or L-dopa adminstration on both control and patient groups. 2. The serum cortisol level was significantly elevated at 30 min after MC injection compared with basal level in control group but no significant change was noted in patient group. After L-dopa admininistration, the serum cortisol level was not changed in both control and patient groups. 3. The serum aldosterone level was significantly elevated in 15, 30 and 60 min. after MC injection in control group and there also same tendency of aldosterone was noticed in patient group. On the other hand, there as no changes in aldosterone level in both control and patient groups with L-dopa administration. 4. After administration of dexamethasone, the serum aldosterone level were noted significant elevation compared with basal level after MC injection in control group and same tendency was noted in patient group. Above result means that MC stimulate aldosterone secretion by dopaminergic antagonist with partially ACTH mediated effect and aldosterone secretion in normal subjects is under the condition of maximal tonic dopaminergic inhibition.

        SNS관광정보 특성이 관광자 만족도 및 신뢰도 그리고 재이 용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study is to examine the research that SNS tourism Information directly affect destination search or choice behavior of tourists. For the purpose of the study, firstly, the previous studies are reviewed. Second, the results of previous studies are carried out for the purposes of this study. Third, the study findsout how SNS tourism information characteristics affect satisfaction, reliability and revisit intention of tourist through an empirical analysis. Finally, the needs of tourists in the future is identified through the empirical results, then, the study aims to derive the marketing strategy and implications that can provide more efficient information through SNS. In the result of the study, the factors such as rapidity, accuracy, diversity, interactivity, convenience of access of SNS tourist information positively affected the tourist``s satisfaction. And whether the satisfaction and reliability have a significant impact on revisit intention is as in the following. Satisfaction of SNS tourism information have had a significant result in revisit intention but reliability haven``t had.

        The purpose of this study is, by summarizing the major policies and departments of tourism industry by Korean regimes, to contribute to maintaining political consistency and development in the future, and to analyze changes of the use and sales of hotel industry based on the data of the last 10 years. In the early regime, policies focused on reconstruction of the country damaged by the Korean War, but as regimes changed, tourism industry started to be emphasized to attract foreign tourists. Since then, institutions have been made to increase the inflow of foreigners by drawing the world’s attention through the Asian Games, the Olympics, etc. The characteristics of the use of hotel industry were analyzed by using data gained from the National Statistical Office, Seoul City Hall, and Korea Hotel Association, and as a result, it turned out that tourism industry in our country has weak price competitiveness due to high lodging expenses. And it was also found that it is hard to hold international festivals for foreign tourists due to lack of cheap lodging facilities in the capital area, and the use of subsidiary facilities is constantly decreasing compared to that of hotel rooms. It is possible to prepare for the future by analyzing the present through data of the past. Because firm analyses on the present make the foundation of tourism industry in the future, this kind of study should be continuously performed.
