도시 지역 유치원의 통일과 민주 시민 교육 실천에서 나타난 교사의 교수 행동

본 연구의 목적은 도시 지역의 유치원 교육현장에서 실천되고 있는 유아 통일과 민주 시민 교육 관련 단위 활동에서 보이는 교사의 교수 행동을 분석하는 것이다. 분석 대상은 도시 지역 소재 K와 H 두 유치원에서 이루어진 주 4회씩 총 8회의 비구조적 관찰에서 얻어진 통일과 민주 시민 교육 관련 수업 내용들이다. 수업 내용에서 추출된 통일과 민주 시민 교육 내용 범주는 인간의 존엄성, 공공 질서와 기본 생활 습관, 합의를 도출하게 하는 과정과 절차, 합리적 의사결정 능력의 4가지로 분석되었다. 교사의 교수 행동은 비지식적인 교수 행동, 중재거인 교수 행동, 지시적인 교수 행동의 3가지 교수 행동 유형에 따라 질적 분석과 해석을 실시하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze current teaching behaviors related to reunification and democratic civic education practices in Korean urban region kindergartens. To achieve this purpose, episodes related to reunification and democratic civic education were observed in 'K' and 'H', two kindergartens, via non-structured fashion, 4 times a week, for a total of 8 sessions. As a result of the study, reunification and democratic civic education categories were revealed as follows: a) dignity of man, b) public order and fundamental habits, c) procedures for reaching agreements, and finally d) rational decision-making. Teacher's teaching behaviors were analyzed by a qualitative method focused on the types of current teaching behaviors of nondirective, mediating and directive teaching behaviors.
