KTO(Korea Traditional Ostheopathy)가 동결견 환자의 통증에 미치는 효과

이 연구는 동결견 진단을 받은 환자 14명을 대상으로 하였으며, 이들에게 한국전통 정골요법(이하 KTO)을 적용하여 병증의 완화가 실제로 이루어 졌는지에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 자발적으로 방문을 한 환자로 구성이 되었고, 또한 약 6개월 이상의 통증을 호소하는 만성질환자를 대상으로 연구되었다. 대상자는 7명의 실험군과 7명의 대조군으로 총 14명으로 구성되었으며, 두 개의 그룹으로 나누어 연구를 진행하였다. 7명은 KTO를 총 10회 시술하고, 7명은 시술하지 않은 채로 하여 10회의 측정을 하였다. KTO를 적용하는 실험군의 경우 다른 치료 및 투약을 하지 않기를 권고 하였다. 14명 모두에게 사전 연구에 대한 방향과 제한되는 것들을 권고하였으며, 최대한 객관성이 확보될 수 있도록 인지시켰다. 최초 방문 시 관절가동범위검사와 통증강도검사를 실시하였으며, 매 일주일마다 1번씩 총10회의 검사를 하였다. 10회의 결과를 매주 기록하며 KTO가 관절가동범위의 변화와 통증완화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과 KTO를 적용한 그룹의 경우 통증 수치가 감소됐으며, KTO를 적용하지 않은 그룹의 경우 통증수치가의 변화는 없었다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 동결견 환자에게 한국전통정골요법이 미치는 효과는 유효하다라고 사료되며 정확한 적용을 위한 통일적 모델링과 효과가 증대 될 수 있는 다른 치료 및 요법과의 병행이 필요 하다고 판단된다. 동결견 환자에게 한국전통정골요법을 적용하면 견관절의 운동범위 증가와 통증의 감소를 가져 올 수 있습니다. 그것은 발병의 원인이 너무 광범위하고 치료 방법도 정확하지 않은 현재의 상황에 많은 도움이 될 것입니다. Frozen shoulder to patients based on these results the effect of KTO treatment is a diet that is valid for a unified model and the exact effect can be enhanced, be combined with other treatments and therapies are deemed necessary. When applied to patients with Frozen shoulder KTO with an increased range of motion of the shoulder can result in a reduction of pain.

Energy conservation is becoming more important for global environmental protection to ease Global Warming. New simple methods of more efficiently using the waste heat of gas co-generation systems for refrigeration are required. In this paper we proposed a effective method by high temperature waste heat below 500℃ for refrigeration in the LiBr-H₂O absorption heater/chiller using Aspen-Plus simulation analysis. The high temperature waste heat is fed into the weak solution line of the LiBr-H₂O absorption heater/chiller directly via an auxiliary heat exchanger. The purpose of this study is to save energy and make high COP of refrigerator in heating the solution by waste heat exchanger connect with the pipe to high-temperature generator(HTG) at the pipe to high-temperature exchanger(HHX).
