This research simulated static state estimations by modelling the practical electric power system u korea. The static state estimator was designed by using the admittance and shunt capacitance of each bus. Voltage of each bus and its phase angle in the model network were estimated using the decoupling method based on the weighted least squares theory. After selecting bus 1 for the basis bus, average error of voltage estimation in each bus is 6.76(%)and that of phase angle is 2.95(%). Since average error is very small, this research can provide useful information to perform on-line control and economic load dispatching for the interconnected electric power system.

Mobile robot systems can be powered by batteries and photovoltaic cells and require simpler, cost-effective and higher performance power conversion schemes. In this paper, a novel power conversion system for mobile robot systems is proposed. The proposed power conversion system simplifies power conversion circuits and reduces its cost while preserving same functionality. The proposed power conversion system boosts the voltage generated from photovoltaic cells and batteries to supply power to motors and actuators. At the same time, it can store energy to the batteries. In this paper, all operational principles of the proposed conversion system are explained in two modes and verified by PSIM simulation, and its feasibility is discussed at the results.
