근로 시장에서 기혼 직장여성의 출산 계획,임신,출산,육아 경험에 관한 질적 사례연구: -직접,간접차별 경험을 중심으로-

이 연구의 목적은 근로 시장에서 기혼 직장여성의 임신, 출산, 육아 경험을 둘러싼 차별의 이슈들을 분석하고 이해하는 데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 다양한 직군의 기혼 직장여성을 대상으로 심층 면접을 실시하였고 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 질적 다중 사례분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 각 사례에서 공통적으로 발견된 주제들을 5개의 핵심 범주와 16개의 하위 범주로요약하였다. 5개의 핵심 범주는 ``예기치 않은 상황과 맞닥뜨림``, ``직접 차별: 막힘``, ``간접 차별: 밀려 나가기``, ``필요를 빗겨가는 모성 보호 및 지원 정책``, ``생존과 돌봄 사이의 외로운 전투``이었다. 기혼 직장여성들이 임신, 출산, 육아로 인해 근로 시장에서 경험한 직접·간접차별은 임신 중 야근 강요, 비자발적 타부서 이동, 낮은 직무 평가, 진급 누락 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 차별경험은 기혼 직장여성이 출산을 조절하거나 근로 시장 일탈을 가속하는 주요한 요인으로 파악되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 근로 시장에서 임신, 출산, 육아와 관련하여 기혼 직장여성의 차별의 문제를 극복하고 기혼 직장여성의 근로 시장 존속을 증진 시킬 수 있는 사회복지정책적, 실천적 대안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to understand maternal experience of pregnancy, childbirth and child rearing in terms of direct and indirect discrimination in labor market. To attain the purpose, this study conducted in-depth interviews with 10 working mothers from a variety of occupational settings and analyzed the collected data using qualitative case study method. As a result, five core categories and 16 subcategories were identified. The five core categories included ``in the facing of unexpected circumstances``, ``direct discrimination: being blocked``, ``indirect discrimination: getting behind``, ``lack of protective and supportive policy for working mothers at labor market``, ``lonely battle to perform dual roles between a worker and a mother``. We discussed social welfare policy and practice issues based on the findings to reduce such discriminations for working mothers in labor market as well as to support job continuity for them.

본 연구의 목적은 치매와 무용공연, 무용과 치매예방에 관한 사회적 트렌드와 현상을 이해하고 대중의 반응을 알아보는 데 있다. 사회적 트렌드와 현상을 살펴보기 유용한 빅데이터 언론보도 분석을 통해 키워드 분석과 기관, 지역 관계도 분석을 하였고, 무용과 치매예방에 관한 대중의 반응은 SNS 댓글을 활용한 감성분석을 통해 이해하였다. 연구결과 치매와 무용공연에 관한 언론보도의 빈도가 무용, 치매예방 보다 높게 나타났다. 키워드 분석에서는 치매와 무용공연은 ‘어르신’, ‘기념일 행사’와 연관성이 높게 나타났다. 무용과 치매예방은 ‘어르신’, ‘여가지원’, ‘건강체조 및 댄스’ 등과 같은 지역사회 건강관리와 높은 연관성을 보였다. 기관, 장소 관계도 분석에서는 무용공연과 치매예방 모두 지역 정책이나 프로그램 시행에 여부에 따라 보도되는 지역적 차이를 나타냈다. SNS에 나타난 무용과 치매예방에 대한 대중의 인식은 중립적 감성이 높게 나타났다. 치매와 무용공연, 무용과 치매예방에 대한 언론보도를 통해 보여진 사회현상은 무용공연은 기념일 중심의 이벤트성 행사공연에 집중된 특성과 치매예방은 지역사회 건강관리 방법의 한 유형으로 보도되는 특성이 나타났고 치매예방에 대한 SNS의 대중의 반응은 중립적인 특성을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 치매에 대한 사회적 인식 증진과 치매예방을 위한 무용활동 지원이 체계화되어 우리 사회에 안정적으로 정착되길 기대하며 이에 대한 실천적 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand social trends and phenomena related to dementia and dance performances, dance and prevention of dementia, and to investigate public reactions. For this study, keyword analysis and regional relations were also analyzed through big data media report analysis, which is useful to understand social trends and phenomena. And also sentiment analysis using SNS comments was conducted to find out the public's response to dance and dementia prevention. As a result of the study, the frequency of media reports on dementia and dance performances was higher than that of dance and dementia prevention. In keyword analysis, dementia and dance performances were highly related to the elderly and anniversary events. Dance and prevention of dementia showed high correlations with community health care such as leisure support, healthy gymnastics and dance. In the analysis of the relationship between institutions and places, both dementia and dance performances and dementia prevention related to dance showed regional differences reported depending on the implementation of local policies or programs. The public's perception of dance and dementia prevention on social media showed high neutral sensibility. The social phenomena that emerged through press reports on dementia and dance performances are focused on event performances centered on anniversaries, and prevention of dementia is reported as a type of health care method in the community. Based on the results of this study, practical suggestions were made, hoping that the support of dance activities for dementia prevention and improvement of social awareness about dementia will be settled stably in our society.

COVID-19 시대, 통합사례관리 실천에 관한 질적사례연구

통합사례관리는 지역사회 중심의 방문형 복지서비스 역할을 중요하게 감당하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 시기에 통합사례관리사를 대상으로 서비스 제공 경험을 탐색하며 위기상황 이해 및 대응상황을 파악하여 위기상황에서 통합사례관리의 효율적 운영과 전달방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구수행을 위해 통합사례관리사 4인을 대상으로 일대일 심층면담을 실시하였고 면담자료를 질적사례연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 4개의 대주제가 도출되었다. 대주제는‘컨트롤 타워 기능 부족’,‘비대면에서 클라이언트의 상황적 공감 파악의 한계’,‘자원 불균형 현상과 의료서비스 지원의 어려움’,‘위기발생에 대한 부담감과 지지체계 부족’이었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 코로나 코로나19와 같은 위기상황에서 취약가구, 복지 사각지대 발굴에 대한 원활한 통합사례관리 서비스 지원을 위한 컨트롤타워 기능 재점검 및 강화, 단계별 위기대응 매뉴얼 구축, 자원공유를 위한 가상 네트워크 구성의 필요성을 제언하였다. Integrated case management plays an important role as a community-centered visit-type welfare service. The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of providing services to integrated case managers during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to understand and respond to crisis situations in seeking efficient operation and delivery plan of integrated case management. In this study, one-on-one in-depth interviews were conducted with four integrated case managers, and the interview data were analyzed using a qualitative case study method. As a result of the study, four major themes were derived. The main themes were lack of control tower function , limitation of client s non-verbal communication and situational empathy by non-face-to-face contact , resource imbalance and difficulties in medical support , and responding to the COVID-19 crisis alone . Based on the results of this study, this paper suggests the need for reexamination of control function of integrated case management and its capacity building, response manual by crisis level and virtual network for resource sharing to discover vulnerable households and welfare blind spots, and support smooth integrated case management services in a crisis situation such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study was to suggest the roles of social enterprises in maintaining healthy life of the socially vulnerable by creating a customized care environment through chronic disease diet management targeting the elderly at home in need of care in the community. As for the subjects of this study, 102 in-home elderly people aged 65 or older (14 males & 88 females) who needed care in the community were provided with a diet management lunch box delivery service customized for chronic diseases. Theoretical education and cooking class on chronic diseases were provided to 15 volunteers with 10 sessions, and customized lunch boxes were provided to the elderly with chronic diseases at home on that day. In conclusion, it is believed that only by increasing the level of knowledge about chronic diseases and nutritional knowledge of the elderly will it be possible to establish a proper meal plan. Since the role of volunteers is important, it is necessary to systematically seek nutritional education methods for volunteers.
