        일본의 사례를 통해 본 한국 간병서비스의 문제점 및 개선방안 연구

        As Korea is currently becoming a aging society together with urbanization and industrialization, the trend toward the nuclear family and women"s advancement in society are frequently shown. The role and function of family are reduced, and it"s difficult for family member to care the patients of family, therefore so-called "care-givers" to care the patients have worked since the 1980s and a high quality care-giving service is needed and important in this society. The current care-giving service system of Korea includes many problems as the above. The above-mentioned problems should be solved as soon as possible, so that care-giving service can be provided reasonably in the social circumstances of Korea.

      • 주거환경 개선수단으로서의 재건축 제도에 관한 연구

        요약문본 연구는 기존 재건축제도의 문제점 분석과 아울러 이에 관한 개선방향을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하고, 이를 위하여 선행연구의 고찰과 재건축과 관련한 현행 법규 및 새로 개정된 건축법을 분석하였다. 또 기존 통계자료의 분석을 통하여 장래 주택 재건축의 수요 를 추정하였다. 연구결과 주거환경 개선수단으로서 재건축제도가 활성화되기 위해서는 적정 개발밀도의 적용, 개발부담금 제도의 도입, 건축물 수명측면에서의 신 주택관리기법의 도입, 그리고 사업규모를 기준으로 하여 일정 규모이상의 재건축사업을 재개발로 전환하는 등에 대한 적극적인 검토가 필요함을 알 수 있었으며, 끝으로 주거환경 개선수단으로써 재건축과 역할과 기능에 관한 장래연구의 방향을 제시하였다.AbstractThe purpose of this study is twofold. One of which is to get a better understanding about the nature of multi-family housing reconstruction process in Korea. The other purpose of this study is to examine the function and usefulness of current housing reconstruction system as a mean to enhance dwelling environment. To accomplish these purposes this study not only reviews previous studies but the current administration process and newly revised Architect Law in terms of housing reconstruction process. In addition, this study examines the potential of the housing reconstruction market in the near future based on the secondary data collected from various statistical reports. Basis on these data this study identifies various problems of the current housing reconstruction system and shows that in order to maximize the usefulness of housing reconstruction system it is necessary to consider adaption of the optimum development density for each project site, development fee, new housing management techniques based on building life-cycle approach, and transition of housing reconstruction project to redevelopment project according to the project's physical and spatial size. Finally this study proposes future research direction regarding to the research issues examined by this study.

      • 地域施設 計劃에 關한 硏究

        This study aims to investigate actual conditions of the supply of community facilities of cities in Korea and Japan, by surveying the number of facilities per unit population, and to obtains fundamental data for regional planning in Korea through comparative analysis. Followings are the results of above investigation ; 1) High correlations are found between population and number of facilities. 2) Facilities original unit are classified into four types according to the size of population and population density. 3) In general, facilities original unit and population per unit facilities stand higher level in Japan than in Korea, but some kinds of facilities stand almost the same level.

      • 승용디젤엔진에서 연소실 형상 변화에 따른 성능 및 배기 특성

        The main objective of this study is to investigate the effect of aspect ratio of combustion bowl. The aspect ratio is defined as the ratio of a torus diameter to a depth. In order to understand the effect of the aspect ratio on engine performance and emissions, four piston bowls with different aspect ratios were tested. The experiments were carried out on a single cylinder direct injection diesel engine equipped with a high pressure common-rail injection system. Engine power output, emissions and cylinder pressure were obtained and analyzed. Tests were performed at various injection timings with 7-hole injector under medium load and speed conditions. Also, different protrusions and injection angles of injectors were tested. Optimized aspect ratio of combustion bowl, injector protrusion and injection angle was sought to reduce the particulate emission and to improve the power output.

      • 浦項市의 開發을 위한 立地的 機能分析

        In dieser Arbeit wird die Siedlungsstruktur der Stadt Po-Hang im Hinblick auf die Standortent-Scheidung undersucht, und die Steuerungsmoglichkeit fur die funktionsgerechte Flachennutzung und die Raumgestaltung des heutigen Stadtgebietes vorgeschlagen. Fur diese Vorshlage werden, (1) die naturraumlichen Gegebenheiten auf die Siedlungsstruktur, (2) die bisherige Entwicklung von Bodennutzung and Bebauung, (3) die Ausstatuung der Infrastruktur, (4) die rechitlichen und planerischen Maβnahmen fur die Gestaltung der siedlungsstruktur analysiert. In der Darstellung der Vorschlage werden die jeweiligen Unterpunkte im Bezug fur die Grund-lagen der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung beschrieben, da diese fur die Entwicklung der Siedlungs strucktur entscheidend ist.

      • 주택지구개발에 관한 연구 : A Case Study of Daegu 대구도시계획권역의 공영개발사업지구를 대상으로

        요약문 본 연구의 목적은 택지개발사업이 가지는 특성과 문제점을 살펴보고 이의 개선방향을 제시하는 것이다. 주택지구의 규모와 각 기반시설 및 편익시설들의 규모에 대한 결정은 수용가구수와 각 시설들 사이의 상관관계에 의해서 유도된다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 용도시설별 토지면적을 전체사업지구면적에 대한 비율로 산정하여 이를 목적변수로 삼고, 전체계획지구면적, 가구수, 가구밀조를 각각 설명변수로 하여 각 용도시설별 면적비율과의 상관관계에 대한 분석을 행하였다. 그 결과로 공영개발사업 역시 지금까지의 주택정책과 마찬가지로 주책의 양적인 공급을 우선으로 하는 고밀개발을 하고 있었고. 공공시설용지의 배분이 시설기준에 의해 적정한 수준으로 이루어지지 않고 있었으며, 사업주체의 개발방식의 차이에 의해 공공시설용지의 배분비율이 상이한 차이를 나타내었다. 향후의 바람직한 주거환경조성을 위해서는 첫째. 계획지구의 개발밀도의 상한선을 제도적으로 제한할 필요가 있고, 현행 공동주택건설용지의 비율기준을 하향조절하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 공공시설용지에 대해 적절한 규모수준을 제고시키기 위해서는 현재의 설치기준보다 상회하는 수준으로 공공시설동지를 배분할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 적정한 수준의 상업시설용지의 배분이 요구되며, 단독주택의 용도전환을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있도록 단독주택의 위치에 따라 필지의 건폐율과 용적율에 대한 차등적용을 통하여 규제를 할 필요가 있다. Abstract This study aims to analyze the characteristics and problemes of current site development project, and to propose improvement direction of public development project. It is induced by correlation between household numbers and facilities that decides the scales of residential district and infra-facilities and service facilities. On this point, this study compare independent variable which has the scales of district, the numbers of household and household densities with dependent variable which has the scales of district, the numbers of household and household densities with dependent variable which has each facilities rates. According to the result of analysis, site development project also takes precedence of quantity than quality as well as housing policy until now. Such high density developments bring many damages on the aspect of physical and mental owing to increase establishment charge of other facilities. And public facility area wasn!t distributed rightly by the facility standards based on statutes, and the distribution rate of the public facility area was showed different result according to the development style of the business object. The following items should be proposed to improve the direction of public development project in the juture First, to sublate high density development needs lawal limitation on the maximum. Also, it is necessary that the rate of multi-family housing is lower. Secondly. in order to maintenance standard of public facility areas!s scale, we try to distribute a public facility area more than the present install standard. Thirdly, it demands that distribute of commerce facility area appropriately and in order to control the conversion of detached house effectively, according to location of detached house, it was needed limit, throughout the grade application of floor area ratio and floor space of lot.
