        여행사의 축제여행상품 개발전략에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to establish the development strategy of festival travel product. In order to achieve the above purpose, I have run parallel analysis with both of the documentary study and empirical study. In case of the empirical study, I have adopted a questionnaire which is based on a documentary study basically. The target of this research was travel agents worker who were in Seoul. According to the result of this study, I can present the development strategy of festival travel product. First, by operation, in case of domestic tour, opportunism strategy and cooperation strategy are valid in case of outbound tour, innovation strategy is valid, and inbound tour, technique application strategy is valid. Second, by position, most of travel agent's worker thinks the most proper strategy is technique strategy.

        이창배 명창의 예술활동과 선유가의 음악구조 고찰

        본 연구의 목적은 이창배 명창의 12잡가중 선유가 사설 내용 분석 및 선율구조 를 연구하는데 있다. 이창배 명창은 경기소리의 핵심인물로 경기소리 발전에 크게 기여 했음에도 불구하고 연구가 미비하다. 또한 경기12잡가중 선유가 1곡으로만 연구된 자료가 없기 때문에 이 곡으로 연구를 하였다. 이창배 명창 著 『가요집성』 을 중심으로 사설내용을 분석하고, “이창배의 예술세계”CD음원에서 선유가곡을 채보하여 선율구조를 연구하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 이창배 명창 선유가의 사설은 두 가지 후렴구가 교대로 반복하는 매우 독특한 구조를 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었고, Bb본청 Sol(F), La(G), Do(Bb), Re(C), Mi(D) 선법으로 경토리로 이루어졌 음을 알 수 있었다. 장단은 6박의 도드리장단이다. 이러한 연구를 통해 경기소리가 좀 더 쉽게 대중화 될 수 있도록 학문적으로 도움이 되고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the lyrics contents and melody structures of “Seonyuga”-one of 12-Japga based on Lee, Chang-bae’s version. Master Lee, Chang-bae; one of the top core musicians in the genre of “Kyeonggi traditional Music” has not been studied enough in spite of his great contribution to “Kyeonggi traditional Music” and especially the study case of “Seonyuga” is very scarce. That's the reason I chose this subject. I will analyse the lyrics contents on the basis of “Gayogipsung” written by Lee Chang-bae and “Seonyuga” melody structure abstracted from the sound of CD titled “Art World of Lee, Chang-bae”. The outcome of this study is summarized as follows. His “Seonyuga” has exclusive structure of alternative repetition of two choruses. His “Seonyuga” belongs to <Gyeongtori> in the aspects of Bb basic sound Sol(F), La(G), Do(Bb), Re(C), Mi(D) melody mode. The rhythm belongs to 6 beat “Dodry”. I hope this study help “Kyeonggi traditional Music” more popular and familiar with people.

        항공사 e-business 마케팅 변화와 여행사 대응전략 연구

        The purpose of this study was to present a strategy for travel agencies to cope with the change of airline’s e-business marketing. In sum, there are three strategies to cope with issues such as reduction and/or discontinuance of the commission that airlines provide for travel agencies, internet air-tickets, and airlines’ sales reinforcement of e-tickets. In other words, three strategies are i) travel agencies’ strategic affiliation, ii) development of differentiated travel products iii) travel agencies’ strategies of convergence and divergence. First, as for travel agencies’ strategic affiliation, there are M&A, consortium, business affiliation, etc., second, travel agencies can make the market diverged by developing differentiated travel products and develop profitably effective products by prescribing a differential level of society for their target market. Finally, travel agencies should make a good choice from either exclusive transactions with one or two target airlines under the situation given, or a divergence strategy dealing with a number of airlines.

        여행사 카운터 종사원의 직무만족에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is what factors affect travel agency counter staff's job satisfaction. In this research, the theory of job satisfaction is generally reviewed, and empirical research is performed with travel agency counter staff. This study shows that the factors affecting counter staff are job itself, pay, supervision, opportunities for promotion, working conditions, human relation behaviors of supervisors or co-workers. In those of factors, the factors affecting counter staff job satisfaction are job itself, pay, work time, conditions of working place and co-worker relations. I propose that presidents should manage employees who work experience is very short for one or two years and recognize that counter staff need higher pay and improve working time being compared with other company.

        확장된 계획행동이론(ETPB)을 적용한 여행관여도와 국외여행 의도 연구

        This study aimed to present academic and practical implications by providing basic data and results appropriate for establishing marketing strategies in the Korean travel aviation industry by empirically analyzing the relationship between travel involvement and attitude subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, applying ETPB. for college students majoring in tourism who will have a profound impact as important potential customers or key tourism workers in the tourism industry in the future. The analysis results are as follows. Travel involvement and attitude (β=.721), subjective norms (β=.519), perceived behavior control (β =.269), overseas travel intention (β=.684), etc., and attitude in the relationship between ETPB and overseas travel intention (B=.603), subjective norms (B=.169), and perceived behavioral control (B=.147) appeared, all of which were found to have significant effects.Based on the analysis results, academic and practical implications are proposed as follows. First, the relationship between ETPB and overseas travel intention was investigated by applying travel involvement as an independent variable. It is significant that two of the ETPB explanatory variables, attitude and subjective normative items, were newly developed and analyzed to present ETPB explanatory variables as different criteria. Third, the key words of travel involvement and attitude appear as value, meaning, attractiveness, interest, and happiness for travel or overseas travel. It is also an issue that must be considered when planning travel products or establishing marketing strategies in the travel industry.

        여행사 직원의 유리천장 인식이 조직공정성 지각에 미치는 영향

        This study is to identify the relationship between the perception of glass ceiling and organizational justice perceived by employees of travel agency. Through various theoretical approaches to glass ceiling, the concept was established to set up a research model, and the significant differences and influences between the recognition and organizational justice of glass ceiling were to contribute to the travel agency's right personnel organization culture and provide basic data on human resources management. Questionnaires were distirbuted a total of 200 copies from January 30 to 30 March, 2019. The number of collected copies was 177 in total, from which 23 ineffective copies were excluded. Total 177 copies were used for an emprical analysis with SPSS 22.0 and hypotheses were examined using multiple regression analysis. The theoretical background of the study and the results of the study through empirical analysis are as follows. Analysis of the impact relationship between the perception of glass ceiling and organizational justices of travel agents showed that 'procedural justice' had a negative effect on the 'welfare' factor and 'distributive justices' had a negative effect on the 'promotion' factor, respectively. The results of this study suggest practical implications by providing basic data on how travel agents should utilize and develop female human resources and what they need to do so.

        계획행동이론을 적용한 국외여행 의도 연구

        This study attempted to present practical and academic implications for the entire tourism industry hit hard by COVID-19 by empirically analyzing explanatory variables such as attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control for college students majoring in tourism. The questionnaire was distributed to 250 people during the second semester from September 2021 to May 2022, and a total of 230 copies were analyzed, excluding incomplete and insincere responses and missing values. The collected data were verified by performing frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis through the IBM SPSS 22.0 program. The analysis results are as follows. The hypothesis was adopted because The Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Attitude (t=8.604, β=.490, p<.001), Subjective Norms (t=3.011, β=.174, p<.001), and Perceived Behavioral Control (t=5.735, β=.270, p<.001), all had a significant influence on the intention to travel abroad.
