Recently, countries around the world have brought an economic crisis caused by COVID-19. This study investigated the impact of the organizational culture of sustainable social enterprises in the endemic era on social performance. Through this, we tried to suggest implications for organizational operation and efficient performance by identifying what the core of social performance is in the organizational culture of social economy enterprises. If education is provided to create a relationship-oriented and innovation-oriented organizational culture that affects the organizational performance of social economic enterprises, and institutionalization of social performance to promote voluntary participation of stakeholders improves professionalism in terms of efficient organization operation and management, it can greatly contribute to high organizational performance, sustainability and development. Through differentiation, it will be possible to secure a competitive advantage with other companies.

The tourism service industry, compared to other industries, is a field remarkably dependent on human services. In order to nurture manpower to be engaged in the tourism service industry, it is necessary to not only obtain knowledge and information, but to also improve practical competencies. Tourism education is intended to nurture professionalism in the tourism service industry where human resources are fundamentally important. Therefore, education is incomparably mandatory. However, the foundation of university tourism education needs to revolve around both education that delivers theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge in order to achieve positive results. This study was conducted on tourism industry workers who graduated from a four-year tourism-related department in Gyeonggi Province in 2021. The degree and second is a basic step for the development of specialized tourism education in university. This demonstrates the relationship and theoretical considerations on the degree of influence of students that are the object of education and who have completed university courses on job satisfaction from the perspective of the actual inputted tourism industry workers.
커피 박람회 체험이 회상과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -체험경제이론(4Es)을 중심으로-

This study applied the four sub-factors of the experiential economic theory and recollection as antecedents of behavioral intention toward the coffee exposition to identify the influence relationships between variables. Based on the research results, we aim to present useful practical implications for establishing marketing strategies to continuously attract visitors to the exposition. The coffee exposition targeted for sampling was selected as the Seoul Cafe Show. The survey subjects were selected as men and women living in Korea who had visited the Seoul Cafe Show, and an online survey was conducted. As a result of the study, among the four factors of coffee exposition experience, educational experience and aesthetic experience were found to have a positive effect on recollection, and educational experience was confirmed to have the greatest influence on recollection. On the other hand, entertainment experience and escapist experience were found to have no significant effect on recollection. In addition, recollection was found to have a positive effect on revisit intention and word-of-mouth intention. These research results contribute to the literature on exhibitions and expositions and will serve as the basis for future customer experience research on exhibitions and expositions.
