역경지수가 신규간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 현실충격의 매개효과를 중심으로

Purpose: This study was done to identify the effect of adversity quotient and reality shock on the turnover intention among new nurses in general hospitals. Methods: Participants were 158 new nurses in general hospitals. A survey was used and data were collected in April 2019. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: The significant predictors for the turnover intention of new nurses were training status (β=.38), age (β=.19) and reality shock (β=.51). These variables explained 46.3% of the variance in turnover intention of nurses. Also, reality shock had a total mediating effect on the relationship between adversity quotient and turnover intention. Conclusion: Findings indicate that adversity quotient and reality shock are important factors for turnover intention of new nurses in general hospitals.

페로니켈슬래그(FNS)가 토질 및 수질오염에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 FNS의 공학적 특성을 평가하고, 소형 및 대형 모형토조를 통하여 원지반과 유사한 조건으로 FNS 매립시에 주변토양에 미치는 환경적 영향을 평가하고자 하였다. 주입액은 담수, 산성, 해수를 사용하였으며 모래와 실트시료를 사용하여 각각 상대밀도(40%, 60%)와 다짐도(90%) 조건을 선정하여 실험하였다. 소형 및 대형 모형토조에서 배출되는 용출액은 pH 분석을 실시하였으며, 주입이 완료된 후에 샘플을 추출하여 토양오염분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 모래보다 실트에서 pH의 오염도가 더 높게 나타남을 확인할 수 있었고, FNS가 주변 토양에 미치는 환경적 영향은 미미한 것으로 나타나 향후 천연골재 대체재로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of the study is to evaluate engineering properties of Ferro Nickel Slag (FNS) and to investigate the effects of FNS on potential contamination of surrounding soil and water through small and large chamber tests. Soil conditions in the chamber tests were made as closely as possibile to the field conditions. In order to simulate different types of water, we used fresh water, acidic water and seawater. Sand soils were made with relative densities of 40% and 60%, and clay with the degree of compaction of 90%. After flushing water through the FNS in the chambers was completed, the PH test was performed for the water flowing out of the chambers and the soil samples were collected for soil pollution analysis. Based on the results of the chamber tests, although the pollution level was slightly higher in the silt than in the sand, the environmental effect that FNS causes the surrounding soil was found to be very minimal. This indicates that FNS can be used as construction material in place of natural aggregates.

현대소설에 나타난 추리적 쓰기와 읽기 : “탐정-작가”조합을 중심으로

김탁환의 백탑파 시리즈에 등장하는 탐정으로서의 김진 캐릭터는 거의 ‘완벽한’ 탐정이 다. 그리고 그 원형에는 셜록 있다. 다만, 셜록이 사건 해결을 일종의 개인적 도락으로 여기 는 것과 달리 김진의 추리는 자신이 속한 사회와 역사로부터 자유롭지 못하다. 사건을 해결 해 나갈수록 김진 그리고 이명방이 느끼는 감정은 죄의식과 책임감에 가깝다. 김진이 방각 옥살을 해결하고, 열녀문의 비밀을 풀어내고 열하광인을 잡아내고 마지막에는 반드시 정조 에게 거침없이 진언하는 장면은 범인이 잡히고 은원이 풀리는 곳에서 절정을 맺는 기존 추리소설의 기법을 한참 벗어난 방법이다. 하지만 김진이 셜록과 다른 점이 바로 여기에 있다. 그가 해결한 사건들은 당시 조선 그 자체였고, 역사이면서 현재라는 점에서 시사점이 있다. 이처럼 셜록에게 시작된 탐정들은 각자 속한 담화공동체 안에서 인간 본연의 욕망과 시 대적 모순이 충돌하는 지점을 드러내는 작업에 몰두한다. 그러면서도 서사가 가진 가장 매 력적인 요소들을 정치하게 그리는 것으로 진실의 온전하게 드러내야 한다는 일종의 산문정 신을 승계하고 있다. The Kim Jin character as a detective in Kim Taek-hwan’s “Backtop series” is almost a ‘perfect’detective. And the prototype is Sherlock. However, Sherlock disputes the case resolution as a kind of personal deception, and Kim Jin’s reasoning is not free from his society and history. The more Kim Jin and Lee Myungbang feel about the incident, the closer they are to guilt and responsibility. The scene in which Kim Jin solved the Banggag case, solved the mystery of the Yeolnyeomun, Yeolhamadman, and finally made a mystery to Jeongjo at the end, was a way to escape the technique of the conventional mystery novel that climaxes where the criminal is caught and the silver circle is released to be. But here Kim Jin is different from Sherlock. The events he solved were the Chosun itself at the time, and there is an implication in that it is history and present. Sherlock’s detectives are now engaged in the work of revealing the point where the desire of human nature and contradictory contradictions collide with each other in the communal communities to which they belong. Yet, it inherits a kind of prose spirit that must reveal the truth of the truth by drawing politics of the most attractive elements of the narrative. area of liberal education more and more important in university education, and the boundary is more expanding.
