저자들은 중독성 표피 괴사융해증과 동반된 질 폐쇄 1 예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Toxic epidermal necrolysis is a fatal disorder in which oral and genital mucosal erosions, ocular inflammation and cutaneous bullage may follow the ingestion of certain drugs. Unpleasant sequelae including residual scarring have been reported, and death may occasionally result from infection or renal failure. Severe scarring can cause blindness and infrequently the obstuction of genital tract is involved. We reported a patient who developed complete vaginal obstruction following toxic epidermal necrolysis.

신생아는 생후 약 3∼4주가 지나야 구호흡이 가능하므로 양측성 후비공 폐쇄의 경우 조기에 진단하여 기도확보를 해야한다. 저자들은 분만 직후 발견한 선천성 양측성 후비공 폐쇄1예를 치험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Newborn infant under 3∼4 weeks absolutely breathe nasally, and obstructive lesion in nasal cavity of pharynx can cause total airway obstruction. Choanal atresia is the congenital failure of one or both posterior nasal apertures to communicate with the nasopharynx. Because congenital choanal atresia in newborn carries a high risk of brain damage due to hypoxia and aspiration, immediate diagnosis and proper management is essential. Primarily in the delivery room, temporal measurements such as inserting an oral airway or a gavage tube are usually sufficient to establish satisfactory respiration. The authors have experieced a case of congenital bilateral choanal atresia associated with congenital heart disease in neonate with good result by immediate diagnosis and management.

저자들은 연세대학교 원주의과대학 원주기독병원 산부인과학교실에서 단안증 및 낭포성 수활액낭종을 겸한 기형아의 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Cyclopia is a rare congenital fetal occular anomaly in which the eyes are fuse together and located in a single orbit. A proboscis-like structure is situated above the orbit. It is commonly associated with hydrocephalus, anencephalus, polydactyly, hermaphroditism, hernia, and etc. We have experienced a case of the chromosome mosaicism in a fetus with cyclopia and cystic hygroma observed in a 26-year-old primiparous woman, and report it with a brief review of related literatures.
