충남 시군별 창조산업 가치사슬별 산업구조특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this thesis is to provide the characteristics of the value chain of the creative industry in Chungnam Province and present the current problems of the industrial development policies which best fits the value chain of the regional creative industry. According to the analysis results, the manufacturing process of the creative industry value changing process was large in size compared to other businesses in Korea, and the degree of the specialization was relatively high compared to other value chains, the speed of the industry growth and industry structure changing speed was the fastest, it also showed that it had the highest competition and the job creation was the highest in Korea. However, when we analyzed the rest of the value chain, with the exception in the manufacturing process, the rest of the value chain process of the industry environment was poor. In general, the creative industry in the Chungnam accounts very low in the industry compared to other regions. Therefore, the creative process which comes before the manufacturing process - which is the active process should be recognized as the core active process, in which requires cooperation and strategic application with related industry resources centering the emerging industry area. This will lead to a more secured growth foundation, then connected to mass production and distribution which is considered to create a virtuous cycle providing the best service to the customers thus creating a value added products.

최근 산업 전반의 패러다임이 변화함에 따라 ICT기반의 기술 융합 과정을 통해 새로운 형태의 연구가 만들어지고 있다. 건축과 다른 학문을 별개의 영역으로 생각하던 시대는 지나고 급변하는 IT기술의 발달을 통해서 상호 다른 분야의 전문지식과 접목하는 과정은 논리적이고 독창적인 창작성을 이끌어 내며 건축 환경에서 부족했던 부분에 센서를 활용해 스마트한 환경으로 변화를 주고 있다. 스마트한 환경 속 각종 편의 장비에 의한 센서 장비의 대중화가 지속되면서 인간의 삶은 ‘센서의 파놉티콘’ 시대를 맞이하며 개인의 생활 패턴과 환경 정보들이 개인의 행위에 따른 패턴화된 정보는 건축 분야뿐 아니라 다양한 분야에서 적용하기 위한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 건축 기술 기반 주요 화두인 연구의 원가 절감과 생산성 향상과 같은 경제적 관점에서 벗어나 뇌파를 읽는 센서를 활용해 사용자의 심리상태를 응용한 건축 기술 운용에 관한 연구이다. 특히, 사전 연구된 쉘터의 운용 방법을 분석하고 쉘터의 상황별 목적을 고려한 뇌파 패턴의 항목별 특성을 분석한 로그 데이터의 정리 과정을 정의한다. 로그 과정을 통해 누적된 데이터의 표준적인 측정 가이드 지침의 부재에 따라 문제점을 개선하기 위해 건축 디자인 과정을 지원하기 위한 보다 실용적이고 구체적인 방안이 요구된다. 건축 캐드시스템의 실용적인 활용 가능성을 모색하기 위해 파라메트릭 시스템 방법론을 적용하여 자동화 설계 환경을 구축하고 파라메트릭 시스템의 삽입 변수인 파라미터에 사용자의 심리적 상태를 대변하는 뇌파의 정량적 변수를 활용하고자 한다. As the paradigm of all industries changes, a new kind of research is being made through a process of convergence of ICT-based technologies. The era where architecture was considered to be separate from other fields of study is long past. A logical and ingenious creativity is obtained by integrating architecture with open-source based expertise from other fields through rapid developments in IT. Shortcomings in architectural environments are being compensated by use of sensors to realize smart environments. Inside these smart environments, as sensors become increasingly utilized in all kinds of convenience devices, humanity is facing the era of “Sensor Panopticon”. In this era, there are attempts to apply patterned data obtained from the life patterns of individuals and environmental information not only to architecture, but also to various fields. The purpose of this research is to study the operation of architectural technologies that apply the user’s mental state using brainwave sensors, breaking away from economical perspective of cost reduction and productivity improvement, which was the main topic of existing research on architectural technologies. In this research, the previously studied operation method of shelters is analyzed, and log data organization process that analyzed the properties of brainwave patterns considering contextual purpose is defined.

농촌 마을만들기 거버넌스의 활성화를 위한 주요 쟁점 및 정책 개선방안에 관한 연구: 충남지역 내 민간위탁형 마을만들기 중간지원조직 설치 지역을 사례로

This study is intended to derive the key issues on vitalization of the governance of rural area development for 6 cities and counties in Chungcheongnam-do where privately entrusted intermediary support organizations have been established and to present their improvement plans of policy. The findings of the study have shown the governance for the case regions is still being characterized with a very formal governance being dominated by the strong administrative initiative and expediency. What have been presented as the improvement plans of policy are as follows: First, core provisions of the ordinances must be strengthened to mandatory regulations, and some ways to check and supplement such as monitoring, policy forums by public-private partnership, etc. are required for the sake of the effective operation of the ordinances. Second, in relation to the bases of competence according to the roles of core governance players, it is necessary to overcome the limitations of job rotation system, align the administrative support systems, expand the functions of a policy committee based on public-private cooperation and operate it effectively in the case of administration, and to strengthen a footing of a civilian community and the perspectives of political incubation in administration and provide support projects contributing to the growth of the corporations in the case of the entrusted corporation, and to align the operating systems of the centers, review the introduction of a system with a full-time center head, continuously provide specialized education and improve the working environment in the case of the support centers.
