In the high speed driving conditions, the vibrational phenomena with relation to chassis system are becoming more important factors in chassis design and development. In this paper, to verify the effects of a body structure in brake judder, body structure is modeled in flexible. Mode shapes and frequencies are obtained from Commercial FEA program in the same condition of experimental test. Commercial dynamic program is used to model and analyse a middle size bus for brake judder phenomenon. The simulation results are compared to the experimental results and summarized

This paper present using the CAE to give Structure & Thermal Stress Analysis of a Brake Oil Reserver in Commercial Vehicles for pre-design test of Strength test and Thermal shock test. Brake Oil Reserver is the important component of brake system for vehicle safety. So it need sufficient design investigation according to test standard. CAE(Computed Aied Engineering) is essential to test and evaluate at design phase, because if design exchanged more time and expense will be wasted after production.

Recently, the virtual test techniques using computer has widely been used to reduce cost and time during vehicle component development period. So the analysis and test technique is required to predict, estimate, and validate the design specification such as forces acting to parts in the level of developing and designing. In this paper, we applied this virtual testing method to an analysis of strength test and thermal shock test of brake oil reserver in used commercial vehicles. In oder to analyze the stress of this component, we need to conduct structure & thermal Finite Element Analysis and techniques study. First, this research have dealt in analyzing process according to test standard. Then the brake oil reserver for sufficient strength has been investigated.

Recently, weight reduction for an automobile component has been sought to achieve fuel efficiency and energy conservation. So many automobile components is producted by engineering plastic. Therefore this parts is important safety evaluation. In this paper, we presents effectiveness of leaking tester for safety evaluation in battery case made by injection molding. In oder to analyze the stress&displacement of this component, we need to conduct structure Finite Element Analysis. Test condition was decided using this work. And leaking tester is tested using test system, tester function was evaluation. Finally, it was conclude decision standard through results of test. Additionally, safety of impossible test condition is evaluated through FE analysis.

In the part of break system components, the oil reservoir bracket is installed and related to the safety under various driving and thermal conditions including different ranges of acceleration. The robust design is required to predict the life cycle of the bracket. This paper presents VPD(Virtual Product Development) technique used to analyze the durability of an automotive oil reservoir bracket using CAE(Computer Aided Design). Since the durability test was performed using the dynamic model of oil reservoir & bracket, dynamic stresses are applied to predict the life cycle of component by MSC. Fatigue. Finally, the life cycle are obtained for the design modification of the automotive oil reservoir bracket.
