        정보기술아키텍처 구축 사례 연구 - 해양수산부문을 중심으로

          It was on the rise importantly to provide the efficient management process of the organization for dealing with the change about information and business management quickly and consistently. It was suggested with the architectural model on information technology to provide it in theoretically. The Federal Government and budget organization of the USA used it on actual business and the terms of EA (Enterprise Architecture) and are raising the efficiency of management. NCA (National Computerization Agency) of Korea published the book - "The Research about establishing ITA (Information Technology Architecture) and appling the standards". After being applied the model on MOGAHA (Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs) and MIC(Minisstry of Information and Communication), the concrete case was made. MOMAF (Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries) drove the leading model. The report ascertained the basic contents of ITA and researched the case of USA, MOGAHA, MIC, and tried to analyze the contents of appling maritime and fisheries area. The report contained the definition of purpose through analyzing environment and establishing the vision and the principles based on them. The report also contained the contents of architecture based on the standard of NCA - "The Government Standard Meta Model version 2.0" - and researched the MOMAF"s Reference model using Government Reference model. The report established the investment architecture and the process of information technology asset management. It ascertained the characteristic of maritime & fisheries area and the subject of developing the MOMAF"s ITA sustainably.

        전사 아키텍처(EA)의 기능 정의 및 측정지표에 관한 실증적 연구

        최근 국내에서는 공공 분야는 물론 민간 분야에서도 전사 아키텍처(Enterprise Architecture, EA)의 도입 및 활용이 정보화 분야의 주요한 화두가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 EA 분야에 대한 관심사를 학문적으로 뒷받침하고 관련 지식의 축적을 가능하게 하기 위해 EA 분야에서 가장 중요한 개념 및 연구 변수 중의 하나인 EA 기능을 측정하는 측정지표를 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 EA 기능에 대한 문헌 고찰을 통해 개념적 정의를 하였으며 그 후 이러한 정의를 측정하기 위한 조작적 정의를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 총 24개의 항목이 도출되었으며 이들에 대한 측정지표 개발 및 검정 절차를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 5 개 EA 기능의 하위 영역(sub-dimension)이 나타났으며, 이들은 '인프라 체계화', '통합 관리', 'IT 거버넌스 지원', '개발 및 운영관리', 그리고 '투자 관리' 등이다. 본 연구 결과는 EA 기능에 대한 측정지표를 개발하고 검증함으로써 향후 EA 기능을 주요 변수로 하는 더 많은 EA 관련 실증 연구들이 본 연구에서 개발된 측정지표를 이용하여 수행될 수 있는 토대를 제공한다. Recently, Enterprise Architecture (EA) has emerged as the important keyword in both private and public sectors. With this phenomenon, there are tremendous need for the measures of EA functions, one of the key EA research variables, to provide academic insights and accumulate research findings in this area. Thus far, multiple definitions and concepts for EA functions exist, causing confusion among observers. Thus, in order to clarify the conceptual meaning behind the term "functions of EA" once and for all, this study reviews previous literature and provides conceptual definition. Then, we identify 24 items and rigorously develop and validate the measurement instrument for EA functions, which results in five domains: Infrastructure Systemization, Integration Management, IT Governance Support, Development and Operation Management, and Investment Management.

        IT 거버넌스의 개념적 정의 및 측정도구 개발

        최근 IT 거버넌스가 정보화 현장에서 새로운 화두로 등장하고 있다. 그러나 정보화 현장에서는 IT 거버넌스에 대한 정의 및 개념에 대한 보다 명확한 논의를 필요로 하고 있어 본 연구에서는 여러 연구자들이 제시하고 있는 다양한 의견들을 종합적으로 분석하여, IT 거버넌스의 개념을 정리하고 개념 영역을 구성하고 있는 항목들을 도출하여 IT 거버넌스를 측정할 수 있는 측정 도구를 개발하였다. IT 거버넌스의 세부 영역은 'IT 자원 및 성과 관리', 'IT 프로젝트 관리', 'IT 서비스관리' 등의 세 영역으로 나타났으며 총 20개의 측정 항목이 검증되었다. 본 연구 결과는 IT 거버넌스에 대한 최초의 측정치를 개발하고 검증하였다는 의미가 있으며 향후 본 연구를 기반으로 더 많은 연구 변수들이 보완되고 이와 관련된 실증 연구가 수행될 수 있을 것이다. Recently, IT Governance has emerged as the new keyword in the IT world. However, the multiple definitions and concepts that exist for this word are causing confusion among observers. Thus, in order to clarify the conceptual meaning behind the term 'IT Governance' once and for all, this study reviews previous literature and defines the sub construct of IT Governance. Then, we develop the measurement instrument for IT Governance, which results in three domains: IT resource and performance management. IT project management, and IT service management.

        Analytical Prediction of Bearing Life and Load Distribution for Plugin HEV

        The transportation is almost dependent on a single fuel petroleum with transportation energy dilemma. Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) technology holds more advantages on efficiency improvements for petroleum consumption at the transportation. And bearing is recognized as the important component of gearbox. Gearboxes for HEV transmission have been ensured the highest reliability over some years in withstanding high dynamic loads. At the same time, the demands of lightweight design and cost minimization are required by thought-out design, high-quality material, superior production quality and maintenance. In order to design a reliable and lightweight gearbox, it is necessary to analyze bearing rating life methods between standard and different bearing companies with calculation methods for modification factors. In this paper, the influence of life time of bearings will be pointed out. Bearing contact stress and load stress distribution of HEV gearbox are obtained and compared with Romaxdesigner and BearinX. And the unequal wear of the left bearing for the gearbox intermediate shaft is investigated between simulation and test.

        원통기어의 다단면 치형 측정평가

        Gears are reliable and efficient power transmission elements. They have been widely used in all kinds of machinery. Nowadays, resource conservationㆍenergy conservationㆍenvironmental improvements from the request of the compact, light weight, high efficiency, low costㆍHigher efficiency is required. Tooth root and bottom profiles of cylindrical gears affect bending fatigue life, but they are hard to measure with conventional gear measuring machine(GMM), because GMM is normally customized to measure only gear working flanks. The authors try to develop a new type of GMM by installing an extra 3D scanning probe and control software to measure tooth root and bottom profiles. First, in order to measure in various directions, a 3D scanning probe has been attached to the GMM developed. Next, calibration algorithm has been developed. Deviations of the calibration results are measured and it is found that systematic error must be caused by heat from driving motors. A new alternative GMM with driving motors generating less heat was designed and two GMMs are compared. Finally, 3 Dimension measurement of tooth root and bottom profiles of cylindrical gears is described.

        IT거버넌스의 영향요인 분석 - ITA/EA 기능 중심

          In this paper, the function factors contributing to ITA/EA functions in their organizations, are suggested. Also the reasons to the construction of IT governance system and their effects on the their organizations are discussed and the relationships are verified by empirical model.<BR>  From the survey, the data of the 227 respondents were collected and regression analysis was performed for validating the research model. ITA/EA functions consist of the IT infrastructure systemization, ITA/EA business process support, IT investment efficiency factors. And the factors of IT resource and performance management, IT process management, IT service management are included to IT governance. The main analysis results described significantly are shows as follows. At first, IT resource and performance management factor is effected by the ITA/EA business process support factor and IT investment efficiency factor. In similarly, IT service management factor is also affected by the factors such as ITA/EA business process support, IT investment efficiency, and IT infrastructure systemization. In additional analysis, IT investment efficiency factor in official sectors, ITA/EA business process support factor in private sectors respectively are described as the significant factors on the IT governance.

        A Study on Optimization of Tooth Micro-geometry for a Helical Gear Pair

        Nowadays, modern gearboxes are characterized by high torque load demands, low running noise and compact design. Also durability of gearbox is specially a major issue for the industry. For the gearbox which used in wind turbine, gear transmission error(T.E.) is the excitation that leads the tonal noise known as gear whine, and radiated gear whine is also the dominant source of noise in the whole gearbox. In this paper, tooth modification for the high speed stage is used to compensate for the deformation of the teeth due to load and to ensure a proper meshing to achieve an optimized tooth contact pattern. The gearbox is firstly modeled in Romax software, and then the various combination analysis of the tooth modification is presented by using Windows LDP software, and the prediction of transmission error under the loaded torque for the helical gear pair is investigated, the transmission error, contact stress, root stress and load distribution are also calculated and compared before and after tooth modification under one torque condition. The simulation result shows that the transmission error and stress under the loads can be minimized by the appropriate tooth modification.

        플러그인 HEV용 변속기전달오차와 하중분포에 관한 연구

        In recent years, world is faced with a transportation energy dilemma, and the transportation is dependent on a single fuel - petroleum. However, Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) technology holds more advantages to reduce the demand for petroleum in the transportation by efficiency improvements of petroleum consumption. Therefore, there is a trend that lower gear noise levels are demanded in HEV for drivers to avoid annoyance and fatigue during operation. And meshing transmission error(T.E.) is the excitation that leads to the tonal noise known as gear whine, and radiated gear whine is also the dominant source of noise in the whole gearbox. This paper presents a method for the analysis of gear tooth profile and lead modification, and the predictions of transmission error and load distribution are shown under one loaded torque for the 1<SUP>st</SUP> gear pair of HEV gearbox. The test is also obtained before tooth micro-modification under the torque. At last, the appropriate tooth modification is used to minimize the transmission error and load distribution under the loaded torque. It is a good approach which the simulated result is used to improve the design in order to minimize the radiation gear whine noise.

        웹 접근성 강화를 위한 유저 인터페이스 감리 프레임워크 설계

        웹 기반 정보시스템에서의 유저 인터페이스는 사용자가 시스템에 접할 수 있는 매개체이다. 유저 인터페이스는 정보시스템의 접근성과 사용성을 높이는 수단이며, 웹 기반 정보시스템에서의 중요한 핵심 구성요소이다. 이에 본 논문은 웹 기반 정보시스템에서 사용성과 접근성을 강화하는 유저 인터페이스 감리 프레임워크를 기존 정보시스템 감리점검 프레임워크의 3대 축을 준용하여 개발하였다. 먼저 감리시점으로는 국내 주요 웹 개발방법론의 단계 비교 분석을 통해 도출된 분석, UI설계, UI제작, 테스트의 UI중심 프로세스를 정의하였다. 감리영역은 유저 인터페이스를 구성하는 요소의 분석을 통하여 정보, 디자인, 기술로 정의하였고, 감리관점 점검기준은 사용성, 접근성, 호환성으로 정의하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 프레임워크를 통해 도출된 점검항목을 실제감리가 수행된 사례에 적용해 봄으로써 제안된 프레임워크를 검증하였다. The user interface is the medium, which provides the users to have an access to the web-based information system. The user interface is the means of improving usability and accessibility for the user, as well as being the core component in the web-based information system. In this paper, the audit framework of the user interface was developed to upgrade the usability and accessibility; it was based on the three basic components of the current audit framework in the web-based information system. At the time of an audit, the UI process of the 'Analysis', 'UI Design', 'UI Production', and 'Test' was defined, which was analyzed through the web development methodology. Also, for the area of an audit, the 'Information', 'Design', and 'Technology' were defined by the analysis of the components that makes up the user interface, From the view of an audit, the standard criteria of an assessment were set as 'Usability', 'Accessibility', and 'Cross Browsing'. Through the framework that was proposed in this paper, practical audit applies the performed examples. By this, the efficiency of the proposed framework was verified.

        웹 컨텐츠 및 디자인 중심의 감리모형 연구

        The current information system audit merely inspects a web based information system by focusing on checking items that are extracted from structured and information engineering model and object-oriented component model. As a result, the checking item of web contents and design is inadequate. This paper aims to extract audit framework in order to strengthen the audit of web contents and design during the development of the web based information system and to suggest checking items based on audit framework. For this, the web development process and web site evaluation model were studied, compared, and analyzed with the current information system development audit. From a result of the survey, it was found that the adequacy of the suggested audit framework and audit checking items is above the average value. It is believed that the suggested audit framework is helpful for the audit of web based information system.
