        한국 육군 범죄자에 대한 연구

        The features of crimes, their causes and backgrounds of 70 army delinquents, comparing with the controls, were studied from Nov. 1st, 1976 to Nov. 20, 1976 The results were as follows: 1. Most of the delinquents were from the adverse circumstances i. e. low education level, poor economic status, farmers and had got married. 2. The majority of the delinquents occurred within the first 2 years of the enlistment. 3. The rate of the parent-loss of the criminals was definitely higher than that of the controls. (48.6%) 4. Escapers from military service were over the half of them, and violence, steal and embezzlement were followed. The motivations of the escape from the military service was mostly domestic problem and illness; but a lot of the criminals also escaped for amusement and pleasure. 5. The prognosis of them was relatively favorable and constructive.

      • 연제련 작업자들에서의 혈색소, 혈중연 및 혈중 Zinc protoporphyrin에 관한 연구

        For the purpose of obtaining cn effective biological monitoring data, study to evaluate the health consequences of lead absorption was conducted using lead smelter workers who have been exposed to lead occupationally. The study population was the 90 lead-exposed workers and 115 non-exposed workers who were working in the lead smelting. The biological parameters chosen for this study were as follows ; blood lead(PbB), hemoglobin (Hb), zinc protoporphyrin in whole blood (ZPP), urine lead (PbU), coproporphyrin in urine (CPU), δ-aminolevulinic acid in urine (ALAU), δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase acitivity in whole blood (ALAD). The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The average work duration were 138.3 ±63.2 months and 131.1 ±62.9 months in lead exposed smelter workers and non-lead smelter workers, respectively. In lead-exposed smelter workers and non-lead smelter workers, the average age were 39.0 ±7.8 years and 38.1 ±7.8 years, respectively. 2. The mean value of blood lead level were 48.3 ±12.4㎕/100ml in lead-exposed smelter workers and non-lead workers, respectively. 3. The mean value of zinc protoporphyrin were 64.1 ±28.2㎕/100ml and 35.6 ±6.4㎕/100ml in lead-exposed smelter workers and non-lead workers, respectively. 4. The mean value of hemoglobin were 14.27 ±0.67g/100ml and 14.95 ±0.29g/100ml in lead-exposed smelter workers and non-lead workers, respectively. 5. There was very significant correlation between PbB and ZPP(r=0.8668 ). While there was significant increase of correlation coefficient between PbB and log transformation value of ZPP(r=0.9025). 6. There was statistically significant correlation between PbB and Hb(r=-0.732). 7. There was statistically significant correlation between ZPP and Hb(r=-0.687). 8. The only significant difference between workers with longer and those with shorter duration of lead exposure was found in ZPP levels, the other differences did not reach the level of statistical significance. 9. With above results measurement of ZPP could be recommended as one of good reliable screening test method to replace the very difficult measurement of PbB in industrial setting.
