This paper describes a measuring method of vibration mode shapes by the Electronic Shearography. This method called the speckle interferometer has many merits in practical use, such as low sensitivity to environmental noise, low limit of coherent-length and simple optical configuration. In this study, we developed Michelson-type shearing interferometer provided with a phase stepping mirror and with a bias modulation mirror to quantify the vibration gradient fields. Results of application to a simple cantilever plate show that the vibration amplitude fields obtained are in good agreement with those of the electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI).

Objective Agriculture is a hazardous industry. However, previous studies have focused on injuries to agricultural workers without comparison with injuries to nonagricultural workers. Therefore, we compared the clinical characteristics and outcomes of injuries reported at an emergency department (ED) between agricultural workers and nonagricultural workers.Methods We established a prospective ED-based agricultural injury surveillance system at a tertiary university hospital. Adult patients visiting the ED for an injury were divided into farmer and non-farmer groups depending on their engagement with agriculture. Using an adjusted multivariate analysis and propensity score matching (age, sex, inhabitant, and insurance type), we compared the clinical characteristics and outcomes of injuries between the farmer and non-farmer groups.Results In total, 38,556 injured adult patients (37,746 in the non-farmer group and 810 in the farmer group) were available for the unmatched sample analysis. The 1,620 matched subjects were equally classified after one-to-one nearest-neighbor propensity score matching. A multivariate logistic regression analysis of the unmatched sample revealed higher adjusted odds ratios (ORs) for intensive care unit admission (adjusted OR, 1.752; P=0.003) and overall surgery (adjusted OR, 1.870; P<0.001) in the farmer group. In contrast, univariate logistic regression analyses of the propensity score–matched sample found a higher OR in the farmer group only for overall surgery (OR, 1.786; P<0.001).Conclusion Injuries of agricultural workers had higher odds only of requiring surgery; differences in injury-related mortality between groups were not statistically significant in either the matched or unmatched sample analyses.

ESPI(Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) is new optical measuring method to be able to measure the dynamic deformations of engineering components and materials in industrial areas. Conventional measuring methods by accelerometers have many difficult problems such as contact and point-to-point measurement. But ESPI that is noncontact. whole fleld measuring method can overcome previous disadvantages. The speckle pattern to be formed with interference phenomenon of scattering light from rough surfaces illuminated by laser light have phase information of surface. In this study we used this interference phenomenon to measure the vibration mode of disk brake. together with the use of digital equipment to process the information contained in the speckle pattern.<br/>
CFI 2030 추진에 따른 재생에너지 출력제어 전망과 그린수소 P2G의 정책시사점

본 연구는 CFI 2030 추진에 따른 2024년부터 2030년까지의 제주지역 태양광과 풍력발전의 출력제어 규모를 단계별 가정을 통해 예측하고, 출력제어 전력을 활용하여 생산 가능한 그린수소의 양을 산출하였다. CFI 2030의 신재생에너지 발전설비 도입 목표가 2024년부터 계획대로 달성된다고 가정할 경우, 2030년 제주지역의 태양광과 풍력 발전의 출력제어량은 1,069GWh로, 출력제어 비율은 18.2%가 된다. 2023년 12월에 완공되는 제3연계선의 실시간 역송을 적용할 경우, 출력제어량은 474GWh, 출력제어비율은 8.1%로 감소한다. 제3연계선의 실시간 역송을 적용하지 않은 출력제어 전력으로 생산 가능한 그린수소의 생산량은 16,626톤이다. 이를 4,000원/kg으로 환산하면, 약 655억원의 가치를 갖는다. 그린수소의 생산은 제주지역 출력제어 문제를 해결할 수 있는 근본적인 대안이 될 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 인센티브 제도 정비 등 정책적 장치 마련과 CFI 2030의 추가 보완계획 수립 검토가 필요하다. This study predicts the scale of output control of solar and wind power generation in Jeju from 2024 to 2030 under the CFI 2030 through step-by-step assumptions, and calculates the amount of green hydrogen that can be produced by utilizing output-controlled power. Assuming the CFI 2030s goal of introducing renewable energy generation facilities is achieved as planned from 2024, the power control amount for solar and wind power generation in Jeju in 2030 is projected to be 1,069GWh, with an output control ratio of 18.2%. If real-time reverse transmission is applied to the third interconnection line, scheduled for completion in December 2023, it is predicted that the output control amount will decrease to 474GWh, with an output control ratio of 8.1%. The amount of green hydrogen that can be produced with the output-controlled power without applying the real-time reverse transmission from the third connection line is 16,626 tons. When converted at 4,000 won/kg, this has an approximate value of 65.5 billion won. The production of green hydrogen can be a fundamental solution to Jejus output control challenges. To achieve this, it is necessary to establish policy devices such as the establishment of an incentive system and to consider establishing an additional complementary plan to CFI 2030.
