        탈네모틀 글자꼴 ‘샘이깊은물체’의 가치와 의의

        Since the debate on the mechanization of Hangeul initiated, there had been demands for further studies on the De-squared letterform, the letters deviated from squared structure. Gong Byungwoo, who as a pioneer invented the three-piece typewriter, greatly influenced on the study of De-squared letterform. Formative studies on the De-squared letterform began in earnest by Cho Youngjae in 1976m Kim Incheol in 1977. ‘Semi Gipen Mool’ by Rhee Sangchol in 1984 was an output distinct from previous studies. Cho Yongjae had proposed the initial module for De-squared letterform based on the typewriter, whereas ‘Semi Gipen Mool’ was a systematic letterform that was based on the consideration of mechanization, especially computer. The first case the letterform being commercialized was by being used as a masthead of a magazine and this contributed to the success of the branding of the magazine. Ahn Sangsoo announced Ahn Sangsoo font in 1985, and as the typeface was used in the computer system in 1991, various De-squared letterform based computer fonts were developed. Designers such as Songhyun, Kim Jinpyung and Seok Geumho brought forth the problems on squared letterforms while highlighting the significance of the De-squared letterforms. Development of Semi Gipeun Mool font was a good example of a commercialized case. Han Jaejoon pointed out that Semi Gipeun Mool font had a simple structure which differentiated from the previous studies, and the magazine «Semi Gipeun Mool» successfully was branded using solely Hangeul and typography. Rhee Sangchol, the designer of Semi Gipeun Mool font mentioned the attempt to differentiation from previous studies based on the typewriter. With the researches on digital type, he emphasized that there was also a study to develop this letterform as a text type. Though this study, I found out that there was an active study on developing Semi Gipeun Mool font as a digital type. As the magazine «Semi Gipeun Mool» is much appreciated in the Korean design history, it is necessary to reexamine the value and significance of the letterform Semi Gipeun Mool font as well.

        라벤다 오일의 농도변화가 뇌 활성에 미치는 영향

        To evaluate the effect of the concentration of the lavender oil on brain activity, the changes ofelectrocephalograms (EEG) in subjects were investigated. EEG evaluation was assessed in 30 healthy femalesubjects who is in 20s and had normal sense of smell. The subjects with eyes closed were exposed underfour concentration of lavender oil (0.1, 1, 10, and 100%) during 20 sec, and EEG was recorded from 19 scalppositions of the international 10-20 system. EEG was evaluated based on the coefficient variation of brain (CVB)and the deviation compared to the background EEG induced under unstimulating condition. The lavenderactivated more alpha and theta waves on the ventral region (Fp1-F7-T3-T5-O1-O2-T6-T4-F8-Fp2) than thedorsal region, especially on the bitemporal (T3, T4), but it deactivated beta and gamma waves. The lavenderoil is either more activated or less deactivated major EEG indices such as relative brain powers, ASEF50,SEF50, and SEF90 on scalp regions showed lower activities compared to on other positions in backgroundEEG. The brain indices were significantly influenced with the concentration of lavender oil. With increasingthe concentration, gamma and beta waves were decreased, alpha waves were increased. The alpha waveand sensorimotor rhythm (SMR) were most activated by the Lavender Oil. In more than 1% oil concentrationthese phenomena appeared prominently, and especially both SEE50 indicating the state of arousal and SEF90indicating were decreased.

        무체외순환 관상동맥우회술을 시행 받는 환자에서 Isosorbide Dinitrate의 예방적 지속 정주가 심근보호 및 혈역학에 미치는 영향

        Background: Multi-vessel off-pump coronary bypass surgery (OPCAB) imposes cumulative myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury, which may be attenuated by continuous infusion of nitrate. However, nitrate infusion and consequent decrease in preload may be hazardous during heart displacement which causes restrictive filling of the ventricles. Therefore, we evaluated the effect of nitrate infusion on myocardial protection and hemodynamics in patients undergoing OPCAB, in a prospective, randomized and controlled trial. Methods: Fifty patients with stable angina and left ventricular ejection fraction > 40% undergoing elective, isolated, multivessel OPCAB were enrolled. Patients were randomized equally to either continuous infusion of isosorbide dinitrate 0.5μg/kg/min or same amount of normal saline during the surgery. Operative data including hemodynamic variables, intraoperative ST segment changes and postoperative cardiac enzyme release (creatine kinase-MB, troponin T) were compared. Results: Patients characteristic and operative data including ST segment changes and use of vasopressors were similar between the groups except the total amount of infused crystalloid during the surgery which was significantly higher in the nitrate group. Postoperative variables including cardiac enzyme release were also similar between the groups. Conclusions: Prophylactic continuous infusion of nitrate during OPCAB exerted no additional benefit in terms of myocardial protection. It also, was not associated with accentuated decrease in cardiac output during heart displacement, and the decrease in preload seems to have been nullified by modest increase in fluid therapy.

      • 마음챙김명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료가 유방암 환자의 우울과 불안 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        마음챙김명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료가 유방암 환자의 우울, 불안 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. OO시 OO대학병원 유방암 센터에서 암 수술 후, 이환기간 1년이 지나 자조모임에 참석 중인 만 35세에서 65세까지의 유방암 환자 60명 중 무작위로 24명을 선정하여 실험집단 12명과 통제집단 12명으로 무선 할당하였다. 실험집단은 주 1회 90분씩 총 15회기로 마음챙김명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료를 시행하였으며, 통제집단은 무처치하였다. 평가척도로는 성인용 성격평가질문지중 우울과 불안의 하위척도를 사용하였고, 삶의 질은 유럽암학회에 의해 개발된 한국어판 암 환자 삶의 질 평가도구를 사용 하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 동질성을 알아보기 위해 독립 t-검정을 실시하였으며, 마음챙김명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료의 효과를 알아보기 위해 2x2 반복측정 혼합변량분석을 실시하여 집단 간의 차이, 측정시기 간의 차이, 집단과 측정시기 간의 상호작용을 확인하였다. 마음챙김명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전 동질성 검증은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 우울은 실험집단이 통제집단에 비하여 집단 간 차이, 측정시기 간 차이, 집단과 측정시기 간의 상호작용 효과에서 모두 유의하게 감소하였다. 셋째, 불안은 실험집단이 통제집단에 비하여 집단 간의 차이, 측정시기 간의 차이, 집단과 측정시기 간의 상호작용효과에서 모두 유의하게 감소하였다. 넷째, 전반적인 삶의 질은 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 집단 간의 차이, 측정시기 간의 차이, 집단과 측정시기 간의 상호작용 효과에서 유의하게 향상하였다. 다섯째, 기능적 삶의 질은 신체적, 인지적, 사회적 기능에서 실험집단이 통제집단에 비하여 집단 간의 차이, 측정시기 간의 차이, 집단과 측정시기 간의 상호작용 효과에서 모두 유의하게 향상하였다. 여섯째, 증상적 삶의 질은 실험집단이 통제집단에 비하여 피로, 메스꺼움, 고통, 변비, 설사, 불면증에서는 모두 유의하게 감소하였으나, 호흡곤란, 식욕부진, 재정적 어려움은 일부에서만 유의하게 감소하였다. 마음챙김명상을 기반으로 한 집단미술치료 프로그램이 유방암 환자의 우울과 불안을 감소시키고 삶의 질을 향상시켰다. 향후 유방암환자의 삶의 질을 향상시키고 우울과 불안을 감소시키기 위한 유용한 심리사회적 프로그램으로 사용될 수 있다고 여겨진다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness meditation based group art therapy on the depression, anxiety and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. 24 patients were randomly selected among 60 patients with breast cancer, aged 35 to 65 who underwent surgery at least 1 year before, completed chemotherapy or radiotherapy and now attending a self help group. They were randomly assigned to either an intervention group (90 minutes of Group art therapy per week for 15 times) (n=12) and control group(no action)(n=12). Korean Personality Assessment Inventory was used to assess the effect of therapy on depression and anxiety. Korean version of European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-C score was used to assess quality of life. By utilizing a t-test, the homogeneity between the intervention and control groups was tested. 2x2 repeated measures mixed ANOVA used to compare any significant differences in depression, anxiety and quality of life between the two group, pre and post state difference after 15 sessions. The results of this study are as follows 1) There was no significant difference in the homogeneity of the two groups. 2) Depression was significantly reduced in mindfulness meditation based group art therapy compared to the control group. It also significantly improved for the art therapy group after 15 sessions. Significant interaction effects between time and group were found. 3) Anxiety was significantly reduced in mindfulness meditation based group art therapy compared to the control group. It also significantly improved for the art therapy group after 15 sessions. Significant interaction effects between time and group were found. 4) Global quality of life was significantly improved in mindfulness meditation based group art therapy compared to the control group. It was also significantly improved in art therapy group after 15 sessions. There was a significant interaction between group and time. 5) In functional quality of life, physical, cognitive and social functions were significantly improved in mindfulness meditation based group art therapy compared to the control group. They also significantly improved in art therapy group after 15 sessions. Significant interaction effects between time and group were found. Role function was significantly improved in mindfulness meditation based group art therapy compared to the control group but did not significantly improved in art therapy group after 15 sessions. Significant interaction effects between time and group were found. 6) In symptomatic quality of life, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, constipation, diarrhea and sleep disturbance were significantly improved in mindfulness meditation based group art therapy compared to the control group. They were also significantly improved in art therapy group after 15 sessions. Significant interaction effects between time and group were found. Dyspnea, appetite loss, financial problem were significantly improved but only in somewhat. Mindfulness meditation based group art therapy is effective to reducing depression and anxiety as well as improve quality of life in patient with breast cancer. Mindfulness meditation based group art therapy can be a useful psychosocial care program for breast cancer patients.

      • 디자이너 이상철을 통해 본 1960–1970년대 초반 한국 디자인

        한국의 디자인사에서 1960년대는 국가 차원 디자인 진흥 정책의 일환으로 ‘대한민국상공미술전람회’(1966) 개최와 ‘한국디자인포장센터’(1970)가 설립되었으며, 이에 따라 기업의 공채 디자이너가 처음 등장하고, 각 기업에서는 제품디자인 부서를 신설한 시기로 기록하고 있다. 그러나 이 연구를 위한 기초조사에서 당시 디자이너들의 증언과 문헌을 통해 국가 주도 외에도 기업 활동과 출판을 통한 다양한 그래픽 디자이너들과 전문디자인 회사들의 활동이 1960년대부터 한국 디자인 현장에서도 활발히 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구에서는 이상철의 한국산업은행의 재직기(1962–1970)와 한국브리태니커의 재직기(1971–1973)를 중심으로 그의 주요 작업을 분석했으며, 관련 인물의 구술면접자료와 문헌자료를 확보하고, 이를 토대로 이 시기 한국 디자인의 현장 상황 전반을 파악했다. 이 연구를 통해 1960–1970년대 초반 한국 디자인계는 국가 산업진흥정책의 일환으로 다양한 디자인 프로젝트가 있기도 했지만, 1960년대 한국의 대학에서 디자인교육을 받은 디자이너들이 사회로 진출하면서 기업의 디자인실과 디자인 전문 스튜디오가 자생적으로 생겨나기 시작한 시기였음을 파악할 수 있었다. 이상철의 작업을 제외하고는 아직 당시 활동 결과물을 많이 찾아내지는 못했으나, 기록과 증언만으로도 이런 사실을 확인할 수 있었고, 이 내용을 토대로 관련 연구를 확장할 예정이다. 이 연구가 한국의 1960년대 디자인을 좀 더 다양한 시각으로 연구할 수 있는 단초가 되었으면 한다. For Korean design, the 1960s and early 1970s was a period when the Commercial and Industrial Design Exhibition (1966) was first held and the Korea Design and Packaging Center (1970) was established as part of a national design promotion policy. As a result, designers began to be publicly recruited by companies, and each company established product design departments. However, the testimonies and literature materials of designers at the time, which this study is based on, showed that various activities by graphic designers and design companies started to appear in Korean design scenes from the 1960s, and centered around diverse design projects through business activities and publications, not just design projects led by the government. This study analyzed the major works of Rhee Sangchol while he was working for the Korea Development Bank (1962-1970) and Britannica Korea (1971-1973). Based on oral, in-depth interviews with related people and literature materials, I discerned the overall flow of Korean design in those days. Through this study, it was confirmed that in the 1960s and early 1970s, a variety of design projects emerged as part of the government’s industrial promotion policy, and that as trained designers from Korean universities started working, corporate design departments and specialized design studios also began to emerge at this time. Except for Rhee Sangchol’s works, I have not yet found many results of the activities from those days, but records and testimonies confirmed the above facts, and I will continue to expand this study based on this content. I hope this study will serve as a basis to study the 1960s’ Korean design from more diverse perspectives.

      • 다양한 장르의 창작활동과 협력수업을 통한 융합역량 발달탐색 : 고등학교 2학년을 중심으로

        본 연구는 여러 가지 창작활동과 협력수업을 하면서 다양한 지식의 활용과 축적 및 이해, 추론, 통합, 창작이라는 과정을 통해 융합 역량을 발전시키고 예술적 감수성뿐만 아니라 올바른 인성을 바탕으로 미래사회를 주도하는 창의적 사고의 발현과 융합 역량발달을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구를 진행하기 위해 융합역량의 발전과 탐색을 위한 총 10차시로 구성된 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 프로그램 실행을 통해 학생들에게 발현되는 융합역량을 관찰하고 설문지와 융합역량 분석표를 통해 학생들에게 발현된 융합역량을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 융합역량 발달을 탐색하기 위해 활동에서 산출된 창작물인 각색 작품들을 융합영역별로 분석하여 작품을 통해 발현된 학습자들의 융합 역량들을 얻을 수 있었다. 둘째, 각색 작품은 프로그램의 산출 결과물이기에 작품을 분석하는 과정을 통해 교수학습 과정안의 성격을 파악 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 프로그램 전체를 통해 발현되는 융합역량은 설문지를 통한 리커트 척도를 통해서 분석하여 수업에 참여한 학생들이 융합역량의 필요성을 인지하고 융합역량이 발현되었다는 결과를 얻었다. 이에 현장에서 아이들을 가르치는 현직 교사는 끊임없이 변화하는 사회와 발 맞춰 미래사회가 요구하는 능력들을 함양할 수 있도록 우리 아이들을 지도하기 위해 끊임없이 연구하고 변화, 성장하는 많은 고민의 자세가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to develop convergence capacity through the process of utilization and understanding, reasoning, integration, and utilization of various knowledge while conducting various creative activities and cooperative classes, and to explore the manifestation of creative thinking and the development of convergence ability to lead future society based on correct personality as well as artistic sensibility. To carry out these studies, the teaching and learning process consisted of a total of 10 times was developed for the development and exploration of convergence capabilities. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, The adaptation works produced from the activities to explore convergence capacity development were analyzed by convergence area to obtain the convergence capabilities of the learners expressed through the work. Second, Because adapted works are the result of the program s output, the character of the teaching course was understood through the process of analyzing the work. As a result, it was possible to analyze that this program contains all of the convergence capabilities, and in particular, it emphasized creativity and content convergence. Third, Convergence capabilities expressed throughout the program were analyzed through the recursive scale by the questionnaire to obtain the results that the students in the class recognized the need for convergence capabilities and that the convergence capabilities were expressed in the class. Through this study, I found out that teachers can get the desired results from learners according to what goals they were designing for. In response, the incumbent teacher in the field are required the need for a lot of constant research, change, and growing concern to guide their students so that they can foster the skills demanded by the ever-changing society and the future society.
