치근면 활택 방법 및 수종의 치근면 처리 약제의 효과에 대한 비교 연구

The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of tetracycline HCL, Citric acid and PrefGel applied on the root surfaces that planed with periodontal curret with Roto bur. In this study, 20 extracted teeth with advanced periodontal disease were used. The teeth were root planing with periodontal curette and Roto bur. Following root planing, each agents was burnished on the prepared root surface for 3 minutes to find opened dentinal tubules. And then, each specimens were investigated using scanning electron microscope. Amount of remained cementum by loss of tooth substance index and the number of opened dentinal tubules were evaluated to each specimens The results were as follows. 1. Groups treated with periodontal curette were almost seemed no removed. Other groups treated with Roto bur showed partially opened dentinal tubule orifices. 2. Loss of tooth substance index were compared between groups. There was no statistically difference between periodontal curette groups. Between Roto bur groups was alike. But there were statistically differences between periodontal curette and Roto bur groups. 3. At comparing with various root conditioning agents, Tetracycline HCL group took statistically higher than Citric acid and PrefGel in opened dentinal tubules. On the other hand, there was no statistically difference between Citric acid group and PrefGel group. As a result of this study, groups treated with Roto bur showed more cementum removed than groups treated with periodontal curette. In a treatment for regeneration of periodontal tissue, it was regarded that Roto bur should be used and that Tetracycline HCL would be more effective as chemical root conditioning agent.
코로나19 이후 중등 특수학급 특수교사의 원격수업 경험이 갖는 교육적 의미

이 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 인해 원격수업을 진행한 중등 특수학급 특수교사의 원격수업 운영에 대한 경험과 이 경험이 갖는 교육적 의미를 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 코로나19 이후 원격수업을 경험한 중등 특수학급 특수교사 9명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 2020년 4월부터 6월까지 면담을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 포괄적 분석절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과, 중등 특수학급 원격수업 운영에 대한 특수교사의 경험과 의미는 ‘특수교육에 잔인한 코로나19’, ‘고군분투하는 특수교사들’, ‘Post Corona 준비하기’의 3개 상위범주, 6개 하위범주, 12개의 의미단위로 분석되었다. 도출된 주제를 토대로 교육적 의미와 시사점을 제안하면 다음과 같다; 첫째, 원격수업에 유의미한 수업전략과 보편적 학습 설계에 기초한 교육자료 개발이 필요하고, 둘째, 국립특수교육원을 포함한 여러 전문적인 교육지원기관(KERIS, KEDI, EBS 등) 간의 협력과 학부모 등 조력자 참여방안이 마련되어야 하며, 셋째, 포스트 코로나 시대를 대비하여 특수교사와 장애학생의 디지털 리터러시 역량강화가 요구되며, 장애학생 원격수업 기반 마련을 위한 국가차원의 종합적 정책 수립이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to examine experiences of special education teachers in charge of secondary special education classes who have conducted online classes after COVID-19 and the educational implications of the experiences. For this purpose, interviews were conducted from April to June 2020 for nine research participants who have experienced online classes and the collected interviews and supplementary data were analyzed according to comprehensive analysis procedures. As a result of the study, the experiences and meanings of the secondary special education teachers in the operation of online classes were analyzed in three upper categories: ‘Corona 19 cruel to special education , Special education teachers struggling against Corona-19 , and Preparing for Post-Corona , 6 subcategories and 12 semantic units. Based on these derived themes, the educational meaning and implications are suggested as follows. First, it is necessary for online educational materials to be developed based on meaningful instructional strategies and universal design for learning. Second, cooperation among various national-wide specialized educational support institutions should be prepared and a plan for participation of assistants such as parents must be prepared. Third, it is necessary to adopt digital literacy skills as essential competencies in online classes, and to establish a comprehensive national-level policies for the foundation of online classes for students with disabilities.
