        국산 블루베리 농가의 유기농 전환의향 연구

        The objective of this study is to analyze the willingness to change into organic blueberry and the activating strategies on domestic products. For the activation of domestic blueberry, it is necessary to get the quality certification, especially organic certificate and develop the technology for increasing production. It is investigated that the smaller product, younger farmer and higher price expected, the higher willingness to change into organic blueberry. The results and finding of this study can be used to build-up the technical and marketing supporting system that reflects the rapid change of customer’s preference on blueberry.

        갓(Brassica juncea) 추출물의 항균활성 검색

        천연 식품보존료 개발의 일환으로 우리나라에서 옛 부터 김치재료, 조미료 및 향신료 등으로 널리 이용되고 있는 십자화과 엽경채소류 중의 하나인 갓(Brassica juncea Coss.)을 대상으로 물과 에탄올로 항균성물질을 추출하여 몇 종의 병원균과 식중독균, 식품과 관련이 있는 세균 및 효모 등 15균주에 대하여 항균활성을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 갓 에탄올 추출물은 실험에 사용된 대부분의 균주에서 항균효과가 나타났는데, 특히 Bacillus subtilis 와 Bacillus natto의 최소 생육저해 농도가 10㎎/ml로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 그러나 물 추출물은 세균과 효모에 대해 항균활성을 나타내었으나 최소 생육저해 농도는 40~60㎎/ml로 나타나 항균효과는 에탄올 추출물에 비해 1 / 3~1 / 6 정도에 지나지 않았다. 또한 갓 에탄올 추출물 중의 항균활성 물질은 121℃에서 15분간 가열한 후에도 활성이 유지되었으며 pH의 변화에도 영향을 받지 않았다. To develope natural food preservatives, ethanol and water extracts were prepared from the leaf mustard (Brassica juncea Coss.) and antimicrobial activities were examined against 15 microorganisms which were food borne pathogens and / or food poisioning microorganisms and food-related bacteria and yeasts. Ethanol extract exhibited antimicrobial activities for the microorganisms tested, especially, minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) for Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus natto were as low as 10㎎ / ml. MIC of water extract was 40~60㎎ / ml for bacteria and yeast. The ethanol extract showed the antimicrobial activity by 3~6 times higher than the water extract. Antimicrobial activity of the ethanol extract was not destroyed by the heating at 121℃ for 15min and not affected by pH.

        전업주부의 운동참여 및 여가활동참여가 우울감소에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of the consecutive physical activity and leisure activity on depression a full-time housewife. Subjects of this study were consisted of 18 housewife participating in physical activity, 18 in the leisure activity group and 18 as a control group. Among the selected subjects the physical activity group participated in the swimming program for 12 weeks, scheduled 3 time pre week, 40-50 min/pre session, 50-60 VO2nax, mean While, the leisure activity group performed art flowers and calligraphy for the some period,, scheduled 3 time per week, 40-50 min/per session. To test depression of subjects, Self-Bating Depression [SDS], developed Zung and Durham(1965) was used in this study. The measurement point was divided in to the three stage pre measurement in the initial baseline, mid-term measurement after 6 weeks and post measurement after 12 weeks. To analyze data obtained in the study, three-way factorial ANOVA with repeated measures design was applied. The results indicated that the participating in the consecutive physical activity remarkably decreased the depression level of a full-time housewife. In addition, results revealed that participating in the consecutive leisure activity decreased depression of a full-time housewife. The findings of the study will be useful to apply for decresing and curing depression of a full-time housewife as a fundamental data more importantly. This study provides a substantial motivation to more participate in sound and healthy physical activity and leisure activity.

        분무열분해 공정에 의한 폐액으로부터 니켈 페라이트 나노 분말 제조

        In order to efficiently recycle the waste solution resulting from shadow mask processing, nano-sized Ni-ferrite powder was fab-ricated through spray pyrolysis process. The average particle size of the powder was below 100nm. In this study, the effects of the reaction temperature. the concentration of raw material solution and the injection speed of solution on the properties of powder were respectively investigated. As the reaction temperature increased from $800^{\circ}C$ to $1100^{\circ}C$, average particle size of the powder significantly Increased and power structure became more solid, whereat its specific surface area was greatly reduced. Formation rate and crystallization of($NiFe_2$$O_4$) phale increased along with the temperature rise. As the concentrations of iron and nickel components in wastere solution increased, particle size of the powder became larger, particle size distribution became more irregular, and specific surface area was reduced. Formation rate and crystallization of $NiFe_2$$O_4$ phase increased significantly along with the increase of the concentration of solution. As the inlet speed of solution increased, particle size of the powder became larger, particle size distribution became wider, specific surface area was reduced and powder structure became less solid. As the inlet speed of solution decreased, formation rate and crystallization of $NiFe_2$$O_4$ phase significantly increased. 본 연구에서는 새도우마스크 제조공정 중 발생되는 Fe-Ni 계 폐산용액을 효율적으로 재활용하기 위하여 폐산용액을 자체 제작한 분무열분해 system을 이용하여 분무열분해시킴에 의해 평균입도 100nm 이하의 니켈 페라이트($NiFe_2$$O_4$)나노 분발을 제조하였으며 반응온도, 용액의 농도 및 용액 유입속도의 반응인자들의 변화에 따른 생성된 분발의 특성변화를 파악하였다. 반응온도가 800∼$1100^{\circ}C$ 로 증가함에 따라 분무열분해 공정에 의해 생성된 분말의 평균입도가 현저히 증가하였고 점점 치밀한 조직을 나타내었으며 비표면적은 크게 감소하였다. 반응온도의 증가에 따라 니첼 페라이트 상의 생성비율 및 결정성이 증가하였다. 원료용액의 농도가 증가됨에 따라 분말의 평균입도는 점점 증가하고 비표면적은 감소하는 반면 입도분포는 더욱 불규칙하게 나타났다. 용액의 농도 증가에 따라 니켈 폐라이트 상의 생성비율 및 결정성은 현저히 증가하고 있었다. 용액의 유입속도 증가에 따라 분말들의 평균입도는 현저히 증가하고 비표면적은 감소하는 반면 입도분포는 불규칙하게 되며 조직의 치밀성도 감소하였다. 용액의 유입속도 감소에 따라 니켈 폐라이트 상의 결정성 및 생성비율이 현저히 증가하고 있었다.

        청소년 특기·적성 교육의 참여동기와 만족도의 관계

        The aim of this research lies in inquiring of the students` participation in a curriculum(extra-class activity) for developing their specialities and qualities in school, and of the relations of their participant motivation and satisfaction presenting differently in a few variable elements. The target group for this research is the one including 960 middle and high school boys and girls` in Seoul, Kyonggi, and Inchon area. And the actual analysis data are based on 905 boys and girl`s valid papers for questions (questionnaire) except incorrectly answering papers. In this research, the method through the papers for the questions (questionnaire) was used as a measuring instrument, consisting of the motivation, extent, and satisfaction of the participation. The papers of the questions (questionnaire) filled in only correctly were used as the basic data, but excepting them filled in incorrectly-double and no answering. The valid sample data were processed with a coding system throughout the guidance of the coding. The analysis methods used for analyzing various data in this research are validity analysis, factor analysis, standard multiple regression analysis. The following are the results acquired through the mentioned above methods, process, and data analysis. this research shows that the participant motivation affects the participant satisfaction.

        위암환자에서 대장과 직장의 질환에 대한 분석

        목적: 위암으로 진단 및 치료를 받은 환자들의 생존율이 향상됨에 따라, 재발과 함께 다른 부위에 발견되는 질환 중에 대장병변의 발생이 정상인에 비해 증가되어 있다는 보고가 있다. 본 연구에서는 위암으로 진단되고 수술한 환자들에게서 대장병변의 발생율과 그 특성을 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2000년 3월부터 2010년 5월까지 서울의료원에서 위암으로 진단을 받고 수술을 한 244명의 환자들을 대상으로 하였고, 이들 중에 대장에 대한 검사를 받은 병력이 있는 104명의 환자들을 의무기록지와 병리조직검사결과지를 후향적으로 조사하였다. 44명의 환자들에서 대장병변이 있었으며, 대장병변의 발생양상과 병리조직학적 특징들을 조사하였다. 결과: 전체 204명 환자들의 평균 연령은 62.6세(범위: 34-90세)였으며 남자와 여자의 성비는 2.6:1이었다. 대장에 대한 검사를 받은 104명의 환자들 중에 44명(42.3%)에서 대장병변을 관찰되었다. 용종이 28명(63.6%), 괴양성 대장염 2명(4.5%), 대장암 9명(20.5%), 대장게실 및 기타 질환 5명(11.4%)으로 진단되었다. 28명의 용종환자들과 9명의 선암종 환자들에 대한 병리조직학적 형태를 분류하였다. 결론: 위암환자들에게서 대장병변의 발견율이 높다는 것을 확인하였다. 위암으로 진단되는 경우 수술을 시행하기 전에 대장내시경 검사나 3차원 CT 대장조영술을 시행하여 대장병변을 확인하여야 한다. 수술 후에도 환자들에 대한 정기적인 추적검사에 대장에 대한 검사를 추가하여 대장병변을 조기에 발견하고자 하여야 할 것으로 보인다. Background and Objectives: Stomach cancer is the most common, showing the highest prevalence in Korea. In stomach cancer patients, the coincidence of colorectal diseases is reported in an increasing frequency compared to normal people. In this study, the incidence and characteristics of colon diseases in patients who had been diagnosed and treated with stomach cancer were analized. Subjects and Methods: From September 2000 to October 2007, 244 patients who had been diagnosed with stomach cancer and received operation were subjected. 104 patients of those had colon evaluation before or after the operation and they are studies further. We investigated retrospectively the pattern of the occurrence of colon neoplasia and non-neoplasia and their histopathological characteristics. Results: The mean age of the 244 patients was 62.6 (34~90), and the ratio of males to females was 2.6:1. Of the 104 patients with colorectal examinations, lesions were observed in 44 (42.3%), of which 28 (63.6%) were polyp, 2 (4.5%) were ulcerative colitis, 9 (20.5%) were colon cancer, and others were 5 (11.4%). The cases of adenocarcinoma were classified with sex and their characteristics. Conclusions: The incidence of colon neoplasia and non-neoplasia is high in stomach cancer patients. Accordingly, patients who are diagnosed with stomach cancer should be strongly advised to do colonoscopic examination or 3- dimensional CT colonography, before and after the operation. It should be examined actively for early detection of colon cancer.

        Cellulase를 생산하는 Aspergillus niger MAN - 831과 Aspergillus wentii MAW - 538의 원형질체 형성 및 융합

        섬유성 biomass의 효율적 이용을 위하여 CMCase, avicelase 분비력이 높은 균주(A. wentii MAW-598)와 β-glucosidase(A. niger MAN-831) 분비력이 우수한 균주의 포자를 이용한 원형질체 형성ㆍ재생조건 및 융합을 실시하였다. 원형질체 형성 및 재생의 최적조건은 5일 성숙한 포자를 30㎍/㎖ 농도의 2-DG로 4시간 전배양하여 0.7M KCl 삼투압 안정제, novozyme(7.5㎎/㎖)+driselase(2.5㎎/㎖) 혼합효소로 5시간 반응시키는 것이 효과적이었다. 원형질체 융합 조건은 CaCl₂ 15mM, 25% PEG 4000, pH 6~7, 36℃에서 25~30분간 처리하였을 때 효과적이었으며, 융합빈도는 7.94×10(^-4)로 나타났다. FA-208 융합주는 친주에 비하여 각각 1.5, 1.3, 1.2배 효소활성의 증가를 나타내었다. For the effective utilization of cellulosic biomass, conidial protoplast fusion between Aspergillus niger MAN-831(β-glucosidase) and A. wentii MAW-538(CMCase and avicelase), which produced potently cellulolytic enzymes was carried out. Optimal conditions for formation and regeneration of protoplast were conidiospore age-5 days, 2-DG-30㎍/㎖, preincubation time-4 hours, osmotic stabilizer-0.7M KCl, novozyme(7.5㎎/㎖)+driselase(2.5㎎/㎖) and reaction time of enzyme-5 hours. Optimal conditions for protoplast fusion were obtained by treatment of protoplasts with 15mM CaCl₂ and 25% polyethylene glycol 4000(pH 6~7) as fusogenic agent at 36℃ for 25~30 minutes. The frequency was then 7.94×10^(-4). CMCase, avicelase and β-glucosidase activity of fusant F-208 strain was 1.5, 1.3, 1.2 times higher than those of parental strains, respectively.

        연령이 반응계획과정의 반응시간과 동작시간에 미치는 영향

        At present, the most widely accepted explanation for these changes is that they result from a slowing in central information process stage. The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in RT and MT according to age of programming process. The subjects were at the age of 7, 11, 20, the task was about simple choice reaction and the apparatus was multipurpose reaction timer. This study established the research hypothesis to be difference between age and programmingprocess on RT and MT. Analizing the affects of RT and MT according to age of programming process revealled that RT and MT decrease as the age becomes higher. The results can be summerized as follows. First, Reaction Time decresed as the increase of Age [F (2,21)=113.84, p<.0001] second, Movement Time decresed as the increase of Age.[F(2,21)=40.00, p<.0001]
