초등학생과 대학생의 태권도 앞굽이 동작에 대한 운동학적 특성 분석

본 연구의 목적은 초등학생과 대학생의 태권도 앞굽이 동작을 운동학적 측면에서 그 특성을 분석하여 과학적 타당성과 신뢰성을 얻는 데 있다. 이를 위해 초등학생 45명, 대학생 30명을 선정하고, 이들을 대상으로 앞굽이 동작의 특성을 분명히 밝히고자 전방과 측방에서 사진촬영을 실시하였으며, 촬영 후 디지타이징 작업을 통하여 실측거리로 환산된 데이터를 근거로 분석하고 자료화하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 안정된 앞굽이의 보폭에서 초등학생은 신장의 36%로 나타났으며, 대학생은 신장의 38%로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동성과 순발력 측면에서 앞굽이의 보격은 초등학생의 경우 신장의 14%로 나타났으며, 대학생은 신장의 16%로 나타났다. 그리고 보격의 기준이 한발뒤꿈치에서 다른 발뒤꿈치로 했을 때 보격의 좁아짐 현상이 사라지며, 동작의 균형성, 안정성도 크게 높아질 것으로 생각된다. 셋째, 초등학생, 대학생 앞굽이 비교에서 먼저, 보폭 비는 초등학생, 대학생 두 집단 모두 앞굽이 보폭 비는 각 발의 틀림에 영향을 거의 받지 않는 한발뒤꿈치에서 다른 발뒤꿈치까지를 기준으로 하는 것이 적당하며, 크기는 신장 비의 51%로 나타났다. 다음으로 보격 비는 뒷발의 내각에 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 나타나 뒷발에 영향을 거의 받지 않는 한발뒤꿈치에서 다른 발뒤꿈치까지를 기준으로 하는 것이 적당하다고 생각되며, 그 크기는 초등학생 신장의 15%, 대학생은 신장의 14%가 되는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the kinematic characteristics of elementary school students and undergraduates’ Taekwondo AP-gubi and obtain academic validity and reliability. To address the goal, 45 elementary school students and 30 undergraduates were selected, and to understand the characteristics of their AP-gubi clearly, they were photographed in the front and the sides. After taking the photos, values were converted into the data of actual distance through digitizing for analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: first, regarding the step length of stable AP-gubi, elementary school students indicate 36% of their height while undergraduates show 38% of their height. Second, concerning the step width of AP-gubi in terms of motility and agility, elementary school students indicate 14% of their height while undergraduates show 16% of their height. Also, when the reference of step width is moved from one to another heel, the phenomenon of step width narrowing will disappear, and the stance’s balance and stability will increase considerably. Third, according to the results of comparing elementary school students and undergraduates’ AP-gubi, first, regarding the step length ratio in both elementary school students and undergraduates’ groups, the forward inflection step ratio is appropriate to take as the reference from one to another heel that is hardly influenced by each foot’s twisting, and the size is found to be 51% of the height ratio. Next, because the step width ratio is greatly influenced by the interior angle of the foot in the back, it would be appropriate take as the reference from one to another heel that is hardly influenced by the back foot, and the size is found to be 15% of the height in elementary school students and 14% of the height in undergraduates.
