국회 경호공무원의 보상공정성 지각에 따른 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

국회는 여러 집단이 첨예하게 대립하는 장소로서 이에 대한 질서유지업무를 담당하는 경호공무원의 직무스트레스는 일반공무원에 비해 그 정도가 심할 것으로 예상됨에도 불구하고 아직 우리 학계에서는 국회 경호공무원의 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실증적인 연구가 없었다. 그러므로 이 연구에서는 보상공정성 지각에 따른 경호업무 종사자의 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 국회 경호공무원을 대상으로 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 국회 경호공무원의 직무스트레스 수준은 역할갈등, 물리적 환경, 역할과다, 역할모호 순으로 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 역할갈등 스트레스는 규범적 몰입에만 유의한 영향력이 있었으며, 역할모호 스트레스는 조직몰입 중 정서적 몰입, 지속적 몰입에 유의한 영향력을 보였다. 반면, 역할과다 스트레스는 조직몰입 중 규범적 몰입에 유의한 영향력을 미쳤으며 타 직무스트레스 요인과 달리 정(+)의 영향력을 보여 일정 수준의 역할과다 스트레스는 조직몰입에 오히려 순기능적 역할을 하였다. 셋째, 보상공정성에 따른 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직무스트레스와 조직몰입의 관계에서 보상공정성의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 조직에서 보상공정성 요인을 잘 관리한다면 조직구성원들의 직무스트레스 완화와 조직몰입의 향상을 기대할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. The stress levels of the security officers at the National Assembly in which conflicts between opposing party members break out on a regular basis are expected to be higher than those of the comparable public officials. However, comprehensive and empirical studies on the effect of work stress of the National Assembly security officials on their organizational commitment have not been conducted. Therefore, the author utilized a complete enumeration method with 182 security employees from January 21st to 30th, 2013 and the following results were obtained. First, role-conflict is found to the most stressful factor followed by physical environments, excessive workload, and role-ambiguity. Specifically, role-conflict stress had a statistically significant effect solely on the normative commitment of the security officers while role-ambiguity stress significantly affected the their affective commitment and continuance commitment. On the other hand, the stress from excessive workload had a significant positive effect on the normative commitment. demonstrating that a moderate amount of stress from excessive workload positively affected organizational achievement. Furthermore, an analysis on the impact of work stress on organizational commitment according to perception of pay equity revealed that pay equity had a moderating effect. This result suggests that if an organization can manage the factors related to pay equity effectively, it can help alleviate the stress of the employees and improve their organizational commitment. Finally, policy measures that promote stress management planning in the aspects of institution and policy must be implemented.

민간경비원의 사회적지지가 안전교육만족도 및 서비스성과에 미치는 영향

Pupose: Private security officer’s successful service at multi-use facility leads to higher work performance. Private security officers should provide customer service for users in multi-use facility and safety service for those in an efficient way. However, training programs and safety education for them have been shown insufficient; which would be the serious concern in regard to those who work at multi-use facilities. Therefore, this study aimed to study the relationship between the private security officers’ satisfaction level on safety education and their work performance. Also in organizational sector, study on how the association among social support, satisfaction level, and work performance are associated is necessary. Methods: The research object for this research was the private security officers at multi-use facilities located around the metropolitan area of Korea. Two hundred and twenty questionnaires were given to the objects and collected; finally 219 answer sheets of given questionnaire results were analyzed for the research, with exclusion of a dishonestly answer sheet. For the analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. Structural equation model was used for the hypothesis verification. Conclusion: From the analysis above, social support positively influenced on satisfaction level and work performance. Satisfaction level on safety education brought about the positive effect on work performance; but also partially mediated on social support and work performance in terms of customer and safety service. 연구목적: 다중이용시설에서 근무하는 민간경비원이 서비스를 성공적으로 수행할 시 경비업무 관련 직무성과를 높일 수 있다. 오늘날의 민간경비원의 서비스는 다중이용시설 이용자를 응대하는 응대서비스와 민간경비업무로 볼 수 있는 안전서비스를 효과적으로 제공해야 한다. 하지만 오늘날 민간경비원에 대한 교육이 제대로 이루어지고 있지 못한 실정이다. 뿐만 아니라, 민간경비원의 안전교육도 제대로 이루어지고 있지 못한 실정이라는 맥락에서 볼 때, 다중이용시설 민간경비원에게 심각한 문제로 제기되고 있다. 따라서 민간경비원에 대한 안전교육만족도와 서비스성과의 관계를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 아울러 조직에 대한 사회적지지, 안전교육의 만족도, 서비스성과의 관계를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 수도권에 위치한 다중이용시설에서 근무하는 민간경비원을 대상으로 하였으며, 220부의 설문지를 배포한 후 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 219부를 연구에 활용하였다. 분석에는 신뢰도분석, 탐색적, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 실시하였다. 결론: 연구가설을 검증한 결과 사회적 지지가 안전교육만족에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 서비스 성과에도 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 안전교육만족도가 서비스 성과에도 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 지지와 응대서비스 및 안전서비스 성과에 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

Examination of the Treatment of Female Offenders in the British Criminal Courts

The purpose of this paper is to assess the treatment of female offenders in the British criminal courts. To do so, the relationship between the traditional stereotypes about women in British society and the treatment of criminal women in court is explored. Furthermore, issues including women's responsibility in society, the concept of double deviance, chivalry and 'evil women' theories are discussed. Additionally, the related laws and how the courts serve the special needs of women and take unique issues like 'Battered Woman Syndrome', infanticide and hormonal imbalances into account are reviewed. Finally, the author analyses the cases that show how female offenders are treated differently from male criminals by the court based on the existing stereotypes. Specifically, diminished responsibility defense, supported by the argument that female offenders are much more likely than male offenders to suffer from mental health problems, is examined and the attitude of the British courts of law towards such defense is studied.

淫羊藿 藥鍼이 난소적출 흰쥐의 골다공증에 미치는 영향

Objectives & Methods : The purpose of this study is to observe the effects of herbal-acupuncture with Epimedii Herba extract (EH-HA) at KI10 (Eumgok) on osteoporosis in ovariectomized (OVX) ddY mice. We carried out several experimental items to analyze the changes in body weight, uterine weight, uterus index, tibial length, the ash bone weight, tibial BMD, serum ALP, serum osteocalcin, serum Ca, and the levels of Ca, P, Ca/P ratio in tibia, and we performed histological and histomorphological analysis as well. Results : 1. The tibial length and ash bone weight were insignificant, while BMD was significantly increased by in EH-HA in comparison with control group. 2. Serum ALP and serum osteocalcin were decreased and serum Ca was increased by in EH-HA in comparison with control group, But all were insignificant. 3. Ca and P level in tibia were significantly increased in EH-HA in comparison with control group, while Ca/P ratio was insignificant. 4. Osteoclast like cell in tibia was significantly decreased in EH-HA in comparison with control group. 5. In the histological study in tibia, TBV was significantly increased, TBT was insignificantly increased and GPL was significantly decreased in EH-HA in comparison with control group. Conclusions : These results suggest that EH-HA at KI10 has a therapeutic effect on osteoporosis in OVX mice.
