        건강운동관리사 자격증에 관한 인식 탐색

        목적: 본 연구는 건강운동관리사 자격제도와 취득에 대한 인식을 조사하여 자격제도의 문제점을 발견하고 개선방안을 제안하는 데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 방법: 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 혼합연구방법으로 질문지법과 면담법을 활용하였다. 먼저 자격증 취득자 및 취득 준비생 334명에 대해 설문조사를 진행하여 최종 328명의 자료에 대해 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 교차분석을 실시하였다. 면담의 경우 자격증 보유자 여섯 명과의 면담을 진행하였으며, 면담 자료는 질문분석법에 의해 분석되었다. 결과: 연구결과, 자격증 취득의 필요성에 대해 대부분(80.8%)이 동의하고 있으며 자격증 취득의 목적으로 취업(82.6%)이 가장 높게 나타났다. 자격증 취득 후 희망 근무처로는 공공기관(30.5%), 병원(25.4%)이 높았고, 자격증 취득 후 취업현황은 미취업이 55.9%로 나타났다. 자격증 취득의 효용성은 긍정적 평가(64.2%)가 부정적 평가(13.7%)에 비해 높게 나타났다. 한편, 자격증 시험에 대한 인식으로서, 자격증 취득까지의 응시 횟수를 조사한 결과 1회가 60.5%, 2회가 27.5%로 나타나 대부분이 응시 2회 이내에 자격증 취득에 성공하는 것이 확인되었다. 자격시험의 난이도는 보통이다(49.5%)가 높았고, 자격증 시험 빈도에 대해 현행 연 1회가 적당하다는 의견이 다수를 이루었다. 자격시험 과목 중 불필요한 과목으로 스포츠심리학이 선택되었고, 연수교육과 관련하여 현장 활용성의 경우 부정적인 응답(38.4%)이 긍정적인 응답(27.5%)보다 높았으며, 자격증 보수교육의 필요성에는 필요하다(87.1%)가 높게 나타났다. 결론: 건강운동관리사 자격제도 개선을 위해 자격증에 대한 인식개선 방안과 연수프로그램 개선의 필요성을 제안하였다. 이와 같은 노력을 통해 건강운동관리사 자격증 및 취득에 대한 인식과 관심, 중요성 등을 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 건강운동관리사 자격에 관한 제도적 보완의 근거자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the perception on the health exercise manager certificate in attempt to provide improvement plans. Methods: To collect data, a survey and interview were conducted by adopting a combined research method. The survey was conducted on 328 certificate holders and students preparing for acquisition of the certificate. After data collection, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and crossover analysis were conducted. In the interviews, six certificate holders were invited to open-ended and semi-constructed interview. The interview data was analyzed using question analysis method. Results: As a result, most of the research subjects (80.8%) agreed on the necessity of obtaining the certificate, and employment (82.6%) was the highest as the goal of obtaining the certificate. Public institutions (30.5%) and hospitals (25.4%) were the preferred work places after obtaining the certificate. However, 55.9% of the research subjects were unemployed. In regards to the effectiveness of the certificate, positive evaluation (64.2%) was higher than negative evaluation (13.7%). On the other hand, as a perception of the certification exam, as a result of examining the number of exams until certification acquisition, 60.5% of the first and 27.5% of the second showed that most of them succeeded in acquiring the certification within the second try. The difficulty of the qualification test was moderate (49.5%), and the prevailing opinion was that once a year is appropriate as an evaluation frequency of the qualification test. Sports psychology was selected as an unnecessary subject among the subjects of the qualification test, and negative responses were higher than positive responses on the usability of the training program. Lastly, the necessity of continuing after-course education for certificate holders was high (87.1 %). As suggestions for improving the health and exercise manager qualification system, a plan to improve the awareness of qualifications and the necessity of improving the training program were suggested. Conclusion: Through these efforts, the awareness, interest, and importance of the health exercise manager qualification and acquisition are expected to be confirmed, and based on this, it is expected that it will be used as a basis for systemic supplementation regarding the health exercise manager qualification.

        12주간 복합트레이닝 수행이 프로산하 고교축구선수의 신체조성 및 슈팅 스피드에 미치는 영향

        The study was aimed the effect of combined training performance on the body composition and shooting speed of professional high school soccer players. To this end, 40 soccer teams from Y High School in S city were divided into 20 players each using random extraction methods, and 20 players from combined training and 20 players from general sports were extracted and a total of 40 players were compared and analyzed. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a combined group and a general group were established, and the differences between the groups were identified through each training for 12 weeks. Based on the above research methods and research model verification, the results derived from this study are as follows. First, in the case of body composition according to the combined group, there was no significant difference in both groups and periods in the case of body fat, but in the case of change in muscle mass, there was a significant difference between groups (p<.05). Second, in the case of shooting speed according to the combined group treatment, a significant effect was found in the significant group and timing, and the interaction between the group and timing was also significant. Shooting speed, which gives the most important meaning through these results, is the same result as in previous studies, and the complex program has a significant effect on explosive actions such as sprint, direction change, jump, and ball shooting speed, which are important determinants of a soccer match. They said they were crazy, and supported the results of this study. Therefore, if technical training and physical training are conducted in consideration of shooting speed and accuracy during actual games, it is expected that they will be able to provide better performance, and it will be the basis for useful training for soccer players in future training operations.

        하지 운동프로그램이 직장 여성의 하지 부종과 통증에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of 8 weeks of lower extremity exercise program on lower extremity edema and pain in women with working in office. Twenty-woman officers worked in sitting posture participated in this study and were randomly assigned into the exercise group (n=10) and the control group (n=10) according to order of registration for this study. The lower extremity exercise program was consisted of strengthening and stretching exercise and conducted using the participant"s weight at workplace. The exercise group performed the modified exercise program with three times a week for 8 weeks. In results, there was a significant different in muscle mass (p<.01), edema in calf (p<.05) and ankle (p<.01), and pain of calf (p<.001) after exercise intervention. This result suggests that lower extremity exercise program is a beneficial intervention to reduce lower extremity edema and pain in women officers with longstanding sitting position.

        중년성인의 C-반응성 단백질과 상대악력 간의 연관성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether obesity indicators are mediated in the association between muscle strength and inflammation levels, and further confirm the association between muscle strength level by sex and age and inflammatory levels. Methods: In this study, 3,234 adults living in rural areas were surveyed from 2007 to 2015 and the data was finally analyzed on 2,149 adults. To identify that obesity indicators are mediated in relation to the association between relative grip strength and C-reactive protein (CRP) level, odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated using logistic regression analysis (p<0.05). Results: As confounding variables were adjusted, the odds ratio for high inflammatory conditions was lower at a high (OR, 0.58; 95% CI, 0.40-0.85) or medium (OR, 0.64; 95% CI, 0.46-0.90) level of relative grip strength than a low level of relative grip strength. However, there were no significant results if the body fat percentage was added for the confounding variable. When the association between relative grip strength and inflammatory conditions was divided by sex, for women, the odds ratio about high inflammatory conditions was gradually decreased as the relative grip level increased (medium level: OR, 0.55; 95% CI, 0.35-0.87; high level: OR, 0.49; 95% CI, 0.30-0.82). The association of relative grip strength with inflammatory conditions was shown differently in age groups. Conclusion: In conclusion, improvement of muscle strength is a factor that can lower the level of inflammation, and it is important to lower the level of inflammation that can cause cardiovascular disease through resistance exercise differentiated by age and sex.
