본 논문에서는 Fe를 내부확산하여 도우핑한 Fe:LiNbO₃ 광도파로의 광굴절 특성을 연구하였다. 먼저 Fe:LiNbO₃의 광굴절 특성을 Fe를 도우핑하지 않은 LiNbO₃와 비교하여 Fe를 도우핑하였을 때 회절효율과 감도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 분위기 가스를 달리하여 내부확산한 시료의 경우, 순수 아르곤 가스에서 내부확산한 Fe:LiNbO₃ 광도파로의 회절효율 및 감도가 가장 크며, 감쇠시간은 가장 짧은 결과를 얻었다. 따라서 Fe 내부확산이 아르곤 가스를 분위기 가스로 사용하는 것이 광굴절 효과를 이용한 광 스위치의 좋은 특성을 얻을 수 있다. In this paper, we study the photorefractive properties of Fe indiffused LiNbO₃ waveguides. Comparing the photorefractive properties of Fe:LiNbO₃ with those of LiNbO₃, we confirm the increase of the diffraction efficiency and the sensitivity by Fe doping. Also for the photorefractive properties of Fe:LiNbO₃ waveguides with different ambient gases, the diffaction efficiency and the sensitivity of Fe:LiNbO₃ indifused in pure argon gases are the highest and its decay time is the shortest. Therefore, it is recommended that pure argon gases be used in Fe indiffusion process for good optical switches with photorefractive effect.

본 논문에서는 광굴절 특성을 나타내는 파라메타중 회절효율의 전도도비 (σ_d/σ_p) 의존성에 관해 연구하였다. 전도도비는 입사빔의 세기에 의존하며, 암전도도 σ_d 가 광전도도 σ_p에 비해 무시할 수 없을 때 입사빔의 세기에 따라 전도도비가 변화되고, 전도도비의 변화는 결정 내의 정전기장에 영향을 주게 된다. 정전기장의 변화는 전기광학효과에 의해 굴절율을 변화시키고, 굴절율의 변화는 회절효율과 관계한다. 개방회로 상태에서 0.1%/mole Fe:LiNbO₃ 결정과 LiNbO₃ 웨이퍼에 Fe를 증착시킨 LiNbO₃에서 두 입사빔의 세기비와 입사빔세기의 합을 다르게 할 때 회절효율을 측정하고 이론값과 비교하였다. In this paper, dependence of the diffraction efficiency upon incident light intensity is studied. The conductivity ratio, which is dependent upon the incident light intensity, changes the static electric field in a crystal. This change of the static electric field modulates the refractive index via linear electro-optic effect. And the change of the refractive index affects the diffraction efficiency. It is found that experimental results with Fe:LiNbO₃ crystals are in good agreement with the theory.

변혁적 리더십과 팔로워십이 조직구성원의 성과에 미치는 영향

리더십이 조직성과에 미치는 영향이 크지만 대부분의 조직성과는 리더십이 아닌 팔로워십에 의해 결정된다고 한다. 이런 관점에서 이 연구는 변혁적 리더십과 팔로워십이 함께 근로자의 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로 이 연구의 목적은 팔로워십이 변혁적 리더십과 개인성과 사이의 관계에서 조절효과 변수로 작용하는지 아니면 매개효과 변수로 작용하는지를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 8개 회사 및 기관의 직원 195명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 회귀분석방법으로 자료를 분석한 결과, 변혁적 리더십과 개인성과(직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행위, 혁신행위) 사이의 관계에서 팔로워십의 조절효과는 전혀 없었으며, 대신 통계적으로 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지금까지 하나의 연구에서 변혁적 리더십과 조직성과 사이의 관계에서 팔로워십이 조절효과를 가지는지 아니면 매개효과를 가지는지를 동시에 검증한 연구는 없었다. 본 연구가 이 두 가지 효과를 동시에 검증한 결과 매개효과가 있음을 검증한 것은 학문적으로 의미 있는 시도였다고 생각된다. 그리고 이 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향에 대한 논의를 결론부분에 제시하였다. Although leadership has significant effect on the performance of an organization, most of that performance is said to be determined not by leadership but by followership. On that note, this study investigates what kind of effects both transformational leadership and followership have on individual performance. Specifically, the purpose of this study is to determine whether followership acts as a moderator or a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and individual performance(i.e., job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, innovative behavior). For this purpose, a survey was conducted upon a total of 195 employees from 8 companies and institutions. The results of the regression analysis show that followership has mediation effects between transformational leadership and individual performance rather than moderation effects. There has been no study so far to investigate whether followership has a moderating or mediating effect in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance in a single study. I think it was an academically meaningful attempt to have come to a conclusion that there exists a mediation effect, when both moderation and mediation effects were simultaneously examined. The limitations of this research and future research direction have been presented in the conclusion.
