New aerodynamically adjustable mechanical V.A.V unit is developed. The new unit consists of by-pass duct with movable vane. The movable vane moves actively between main flow and minor flow, and it also regulates static pressure and constant air volume. It maintains static pressure and constant air volume despite of external changes.

수맥파 뿐만 아니라 인체를 구성하는 세포, 조직, 장기 및 근골격 도 각기 고유한 파동이 있고 질병의 원인이 되는 독소나 바이러스 박테리아 같은 파토겐도 고유한 파동이 있다. 이러한 파동은 근반응검사라는 사람의 기감 능력으로 검사가 가능하고 시계열적으로도 검사가 가능 하다. 따라서 시기 별로 질병의 발생 시기, 진행의 정도, 잠자리의 수맥 여부, 시기, 통과 부위 등을 고찰한 결과 수맥파에서는 폴로늄 등 5개 독소 파동이 감지되며 수맥위에 잠자리를 가지면 수맥파가 신체의 모든 관절에 침착되고 있음이 발견되었다. 이로 인하여 신경계 장애나 신경전달물질의 부족 등을 초래하고 수맥 통과 부위의 암, 파킨슨병, 크론병 등 여러 지병을 악화시키고 있었다. 가장 중요한 폐해는 심리적 역전을 초래하여 건강해 지려는 표면 의식의 의지와 다르게 무의식에서는 병 들기를 바라는 부정적 신념이 각인되어 지병은 빠르게 악화되고 치유를 어렵게 만든다. 체내에 침착된 수맥파는 수맥파의 역위상 색채 파동에 의하여 상쇄 소멸 시킴으로써 제독되며 제독 후 심리적 역전은 즉시 사라지고 건강과 병세가 점차 호전됨을 발견할 수 있었다. This paper describes the fabrication and characterization of a differential pressure type integrated mass-flow controller made of stainless steel for reactive and corrosive gases. The fabricated mass-flow controller is composed of a normally closed valve and differential pressure sensor. A stacked solenoid actuator mounted on a base-block is utilized for precise and rapid control of gas flow. The differential pressure flow sensor consisting of four diaphragms can detect a flow rate by deflection of diaphragm. By a feedback control from the flow sensor to the valve actuator, it is possible to keep the flow rate constant. This device shows a fast response less than 0.3 sec. Also, this device shows accuracy less than 0.1% of full scale. It is confirmed that this device is not attacked by toxic gas, so the integrated mass-flow controller can be applied to advanced semiconductor processes which need fine mass-flow control corrosive gases with fast response.
