거래소시장과 코스닥시장간 상호의존성과 동적관계에 관한 실증연구

본 논문의 목적은 거래소시장과 코스닥시장의 상호의존성 및 동적관계가 존재하는가를 규명하데 있다. 이를 위하여 2001년 1월 2일부터 2011년 4월 29일까지의 KOSPI주가지수 및 KOSDAQ주가지수의 일별수익률 자료를 사용하여 VAR모형을 통한 거래소시장과 코스닥시장의 상호의존성 및 동적관계의 검증과 충격반응함수분석을 실시하였다. 아울러, 전체기간에 대하여 증권선물거래소의 출범에 따른 자본시장의 통합화 전후와 국제금융위기 이후의 3개 하위기간을 설정하여 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체 분석대상 기간(Panel 1)에 대한 분석결과 코스닥시장의 경우 거래소시장의 3일전 수익률과 코스닥시장의 1일전 수익률에 유의미한 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 하위분석기간에 대한 분석결과 Panel 2의 경우 거래소시장과 코스닥시장간 상호의존성 및 동적관계가 존재하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, Panel 3에 대한 분석결과 거래소시장에 대한 코스닥시장의 영향력은 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타난 반면, 코스닥시장에 대한 거래소시장의 영향력은 -2차와 -3차에서 관찰되어졌다. Panel 4에 대한 분석결과 KOSPI와 KOSDAQ 주가지수 수익률간 상호의존성 및 동적관계가 존재하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 충격반응함수 분석을 통한 분석결과 거래소시장에 충격이 가해지는 경우 코스닥시장은 상대적으로 크게 반응하는 데 반해 코스닥시장에 충격이 가해지는 경우 거래소시장에 미치는 영향은 미비한 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper is to investigates the relationships between KOSPI and KOSDAQ Markets using daily data for the time period from JAN, 02, 2001 to APR, 29, 2011. Throughout the term, three subordinate periods, based on time segments. This analysis method employs correlation test, VAR and Impulse Response, which are designed to measure the effect of dynamic relationships between KOSPI and KOSDAQ Markets. The outcome of the research is summarized as follows. First, in the analysis of overall term(2001.0.1.02~2011.04.29), VAR analysis shows that the KOSDAQ market is influenced by the past movement in the KOSPI market. Second, in the analysis of subordinate periods, Panel 2(2001.01.02~2005.01.26) analysis shows that each market is influenced by the past movement in the other market. The result implies that a dynamic relationships has exists in both market. And then in the analysis of Panel 3(2005.01.27~2009.03.02), the empirical result shows that the KOSPI market changes has played some important role in the KOSDAQ Market, but the effect of KOSDAQ Market on the KOSPI is not found. Finally, in the analysis of Panel 4(2009.03.03~2011.04.29), the result shows that a dynamic relationships has not exists between KOSPI and KOSDAQ Markets. Third, impulse response function result shows that the KOSPI shock's effect on KOSDAQ is greater than the KOSDAQ shock's effect on KOSPI
Confocal Microscopy Study of Arabidopsis Embryogenesis Using GFP:mTn

Embryogenesis in transgenic Arabidopsis plants with GFP:mTn, a chimeric fusion of soluble shifted green fluorescent protein and a mouse actin binding domain, was studied. Confocal laser scanning microscopy was used to determine patterns of formation and cellular responses during asymmetric cell division. Before such cells divide, the nucleus moves to the position where new cell walls are to be formed. The apical–basal axis of the embryo develops mainly at the zygote to octant stage, and these events are associated with asymmetric divisions of the zygote and hypophyseal cells. Formation of the radial axis is established from the dermatogen to the globular-stage embryo via tangential cell division within the upper tiers. Bilateral symmetry of the embryo primarily happens at the triangular stage through zig-zag cell divisions of initials of the cotyledonary primordia. Background : This study was to investigate effect of hot and cold water for the hand dexterity. Methods : A total of 37 subjects having hemiplegia(men=6, women=11) and normal(men=10, women=10) were participated in this study. After both hands was soaked in the small tube for 1 minute, we measured 'making dots in circles(BOTMP)', 'lifting small objects(JHFT)', 'disk turning(MMDT)' test. Results : In the case of normal's dominant hand, there were statistically significant differences in all tests after soaked in the hot water but there were statistically significant differences in 'disk turning' test after soaked in the cold water. In the case of hemiplegia's unaffected hand, there were statistically significant differences in 'disk turning' test after soaked in the hot water but there were statistically significant differences in 'making dots in circles', 'disk turning' test after soaked in the cold water. In the case of hemiplegia's affected hand, there were statistically significant differences in 'lifting small objects', 'disk turning' test after soaked in the hot water but there were statistically significant differences in 'making dots in circles', 'disk turning' test after soaked in the cold water. Conclusion : The hot and cold water were affected in the hand dexterity. Especially, in the case of both normal and hemiplegia, there were statistically significant differences in 'disk turning' test after soaked in the cold and hot water. Therefore, We were founded that affected in gross movement than fine movement.
