        The characteristics of electrical resistance, mechanical properties, chemical stability and fireproof properties of mica have been studied since 1803. The mica powder was one of the most Critical War Materials in the and World war. The mica powder which was made by the chemical method was from 100 to 325 mesh. Lately, the binding agents of silican, glass, polyester, and epoxy system were developed, and the mica products have also made great progress. Several kinds of specimens of mica(so-called Korean Mycalex) were made by using polyester, three longie, phenalic resin and Pb(BO2)2·H2O in different ratio, pressure and temperature, respectively. The invesitigation on the above specimen was carried out in terms of permitivity, & tandδ on high frequency and temperature, the breaking doint of insulations, volume and surface resistance, absorption power, and fireproof properties. The results obtained by this study are showen from Fig.1 to Fig.8. By dint of these merits, mica products will be available as industrial materials for insulation, fireproof, mechanical work matercals,

        청소년의 e-Sports 참여정도가 몰입경험 및 스포츠가치관에 미치는 영향

        In recent years, a lot of adolescents are spending their leisure time participating in computer games. e-Sports is a genre of the games. The enjoyment provided by these e-Sports has meant that a lot of adolescents have experienced of become involved in the e-Sports. All e-Sports are based on real world sports but the computer games exist only in cyberspace. The problem lies however with the possibility of cyberspace transferring to the real world especially in the case of violence. Then what is the influence of e-Sports played in cyberspace on the participants? The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the adolescents` participation and on their Sports Sense of Values in e-Sports. For this study, the survey instrument contained four factors:the degree of participation in e-Sports, sport involvement, flow experience, and Sports Sense of values. 506 of middle & high school students were selected to examine the relationship among participation of e-Sports, flow experience, and their Sports Sense of values. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the degree of participation in e-Sports(participation duration, participation frequency, and participation intensity) significantly influenced the flow experience. Second, the degree of participation in e-Sports(participation duration, participation frequency, and participation intensity) significantly influenced the Sports Sense of values.

      • Mica를 基材로 한 Phenolic Resin 成形材의 誘電特性

        Dielectric characteristics of the Mica and phenolic resin mixture produced in Korea were investigate from 50 KHz to 15MHz and at several sets of temperature and pressure. For this study the theoretical basis stood on the Debye formula. From the results, it has been confirmed that when the ratio of the mica vs. phenolic resin is 1:2, ε and tan σ take their minimum values. Thus, this ratio represents a better one for the insulating materials, among several combinations studied.

      • 强靭鑄鐵의 熔接性에 關한 硏究

        The matrix of ductile cast iron are welded by pre-heating it at 300℃ in the room temperature. Through the mechanical, non-desbructive testing and analysis of the composition. the possibility if arc welding of ductile cast iron are studied as follows; 1. L electrode is the best among them in weldability, impact value and machinability. The next is LB electrode followed by S electrode. C electrode is last. However, the tensile strength showed in the following order: LB, S, L, C. 2. LB, S, L, C, all are available for the welding of cast iron. 3. The above experiment showed that L and LB are good in general. In addition LB is low in price, we therefore prospect that it will be widely used as the electrode for cast iron.

        PEG를 가소제로 사용한 장용성 연질캡슐의 코팅 품질 특성

        본 연구에서는 장용성 연질캡슐 코팅가소제로서 PEG(polyethylene glycol)의 활용가능성에 대하여 알아보고자 PEG의 분자량 및 첨가 농도에 따른 코팅 품질을 확인하였으며, 기존에 보고된 가소제인 AMG(acetylated monoglyceride)와 triacetin을 사용하여 코팅된 장용성 연질캡슐의 품질 특성을 비교하였다. PEG 분자량(400, 4,000, 6,000)에 따른 코팅 품질에는 큰 차이가 없었으나 PEG 첨가 농도의 경우 고형분 대비 5% PEG를 사용한 코팅에서는 연질캡슐피막 접착부에서 코팅 필름 갈라짐이 발생하였으며, PEG 첨가량이 낮을수록 인공장액에서의 붕해시간이 연장되고 백색도가 증가하는 결과를 나타내었다. 용출시험에서 용출의 초기 구간(30~90분)에서는 PEG의 용출 속도가 상대적으로 빠른 모습을 나타내었으며, PEG, AMG 및 triacetin 간의 유의적 차이가 일부 시점에서 관찰되었으나 전체적인 용출 양상은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 또한 PEG 코팅에 비해 AMG와 triacetin 코팅의 경우 백색도가 유의적으로 높았고 가속조건인 고온다습한 환경에서 2개월간 보관 후에 코팅 필름이 갈라졌으며, 붕해시험에서 부적합한 결과를 확인하였다. 결론적으로 우수한 물리?화학적 특성으로 의약품 등에 널리 사용되는 첨가제인 PEG는 장용성 연질캡슐 코팅가소제로서 활용가능성이 충분하다고 판단하였다. We investigated the applicability of polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a plasticizer in enteric-coated soft capsules based on determination of quality characteristics according to molecular weight and concentration of enteric-coating PEG solution. There was no difference according to molecular weight of PEG, whereas a low PEG concentration in the enteric-coating solution was associated with higher whiteness index and slower disintegration time in pH 6.8 media. Brittleness was observed in the coating film at seam areas in 5% PEG enteric-coating solution after 2 weeks of storage at room temperature. The enteric-coating properties of PEG were compared with those of acetylated monoglyceride (AMG) and triacetin, which are enteric-coating plasticizers. Enteric-coated soft capsule containing PEG as a plasticizer showed a lower whiteness index and faster dissolution profile than AMG and triacetin. Moreover, enteric-coated soft capsule containing AMG and triacetin as plasticizers showed coating film brittleness at seam areas after 2 months of accelerated storage [40°C, relative humidity (RH) 75%] but no difference at room temperature storage (25°C, RH 60%). The present study suggests that concentration of PEG is important to determine enteric-coating quality, regardless of the molecular weight of PEG. In conclusion, PEG has potential as a plasticizer due to its transparency and storage stability in enteric-coated soft capsules.
