        연속 연소장치에 있어서 화염의 안전성에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study was made of flame stabilization in unconfined turbulent swirling propane gas flames using various degrees of swirl and equivalence ratios. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of swirl number and equivalence ratio on the flow characteristics and the combustion characteristics in both nonreacting and reacting flow field of the model combustor which symplifys the continuous type combustor for the practical use.

        하대정맥 평활근육종 : 증례보고

        A 29 year old woman with unresectable leiomyosarcoma of the inferior venal cava extending into the right atrium of the heart was presented. The upper and middle inferior vena cava was involved and there were both intrinsic and extrinsic and extrinsic tumor growth components. The upper and middle inferior vena cava was involved and there were both intrinsic and extrinsic tumor growth components. The diagnosis was made by a combination of radiological studies including ultrasound, CT, inferior vena cavography and arteriography and the diagnosis was confirmed by ultrasound guided tumor biopsy. The clinical and radiological presenting features were reviewed.

        방사성동위원소를 이용한 뇌조조영술의 진단적 의의

        Radionuclide cisternography has the ability to show the CSF dynamics and it can be used to differentiate the various forms of hydrocephalus. The authors reviewed 52 cases of RI cisternography by using Tc-99m-DTPA. The following results are obtained. 1. RI cisternography has been used to differentiate 38 cases of communicating hydrocephalus and 13 cases of noncommunicating hydrocephalus. 2. Gradings of communicating hydrocephalus according to Harwood-Nash classification show the zero case of grade 1, 2 cases of grade 2, 10 cases of grade 3 and 26 cases of grade 4 Among these 8 cases of grade 3 and 4 show symptom improvement after shunt operation. RI cisternography of noncommunicating hydrocephalus shows normal finding in 13 cases among but shunt malfunction was identified in 1 cases. 4. 2 cases of porencephalic cyst and 1 cases of arachnoid cyst show accumulation of radioactive-ity at the cyst in delayed scan. In conclusion RI cisternography is useful to differentiate communicating from noncommuni-cating hydrocephalus and to evaluate cerebral atrophic change and circulating disturbance of CSF in combination with Brain CT. The degree of CSF flow disturbance evaluated by RI cisternography can be used to plan the treatment which require shunt operation. RI cisternogra-phy can also be applicable to study the patency of shunt arachnoid cyst porencephalic cyst. and site of CSF leakage.

        오태석 연극에 나타난 '과거 혼의 구조' 와 '이중적 정서의 구조'

        Oh, Taesuk is evaluated as one of the leading playwrights in modern Korean Theatre. Most of Korean critics have praised him for his unique experimentation that modernizes Korean traditional performances. This paper, attempted to inquire into the true nature of Oh, Taesuk's plays from the new perspective, employs the following research method. This study adopts Susanne K. Langer's theory that sees the artistic form as a Gestalt of experience. In other word, arts take the form of human experience which is either imaginative or real. In case of drama, its peculiar form is a virtual history that creates an image of human life. The total structure of dramatic actions, therefore, can be described as a virtual history in the mode of dramatic action. The dramatic mode is 'the mode of Destiny.' Adopting Langer`s idea, this study attempts to find out the sense of life or the vision of life expressed in Oh, Taesuk's plays by analyzing the rhythm of actions. Based upon the above method, this paper studies ① the structural features of Oh, Taesuk's plays and ②the sense of life revealed in dramatic constructions. Oh, Taesuk's plays employ 'the structure of past soul' in macro-structure, and 'the structure of double emotion' in micro-structure. Here the past soul means 'the dead soul' and 'the past history' that appear frequently in Oh, Taesuk's plays. The structure of past soul is composed of five main structural elements: ①the appearance of past soul, ②ctisis, ③chaos, ④communication with past soul, ⑤denouement Arranging these elements in its own way, each play produces a specific rhythm of dramatic actions as follows: 표 'Communication with past soul' is involved in the part of 'the appearance of past soul' in Sansuyu, and in the part of 'crisis' in case of Bicycle. The three plays, therefore, include all of five structural elements. Oh, Taesuk's plays composed of five structural elements reveal the similar pattern of action rhythm. The past being the root of the present causes trouble, because it is 'the history of sin and regret.' In other word, the emergence of dark history in the form of past soul drives the present into the state of crisis and chaos. The appearance of past soul, however, does not end with disaster. It cures the wounded mind of living people and dead soul, as they communicate and reconcile each other. Sansuyu and Baekma River, solving the rancor, end with harmony and rebirth. Bicycle, however, finishes with the state of unsolved problem because the past wound remains uncured. Consequently, Oh, Taesuk's plays can be characterized by the structure of past soul. Past soul is structurized in Oh, Taesuk's plays in such a way that it is a cause and a solution of problem at the same time. The stricture of past soul revealed in macro-structure expresses a specific sense of life. It is related to the Korean shamanist way of thinking in that the dead soul remains in the present life and communicates with living people. This idea is extended to history. The history in Oh, Taesuk's plays never dies away. It resurrects and communicates with the present, even exerting influence on the life of living people. In Oh, Taesuk's plays, the dead soul is a spirit of rancor, and history is nothing but a past of resentment. Thus Oh, Taesuk's plays reflect the Korean shamanist idea that insists a dead soul remains in this world and attempts to affect the life of living people until it solves its rancor. The dead soul in Oh, Taesuk's plays is not a fictional existence but a real thing. In micro-structure, Oh, Taesuk's plays are constructed by double emotion. The comic actions deviated from the main tone of seriousness are structurized in several scenes. For instance, joke bursts out at the moment of fear, and playful action is juxtaposed with tragic situation. Consequently, Oh, Taesuk's plays produce the effect of double viewpoint. The mixture of joke and fear not only creates an absurd feeling but also evokes the image of vitality overcoming pain and darkness. The juxtaposition of playful action and tragic situation, on the other hand, leads us to see the history of the national ruin with criticism and sympathy simultaneously. If we reorganize the analysis so far discussed into the binary opposition of the present and the past, the result is as follows: Here crisis and chaos arise in case that the present and the past conflict each other. The rancor of the past causes trouble and harms the present life. But the reconciliation between the present and the past brings a new vitality to the living people. The present is the subject of atonement, and the past is the subject that forgives the present and cures its pain. The present, therefore, is always a sinner to the past of regret, and the only way to cure the pain is to calm down the anger of the past. Consequently, Oh, Taesuk's plays are colored by the Korean shamanist fatalism, in which Destiny is dominated not by human effort but by some mysterious power.

        STS 304 파이프 내면의 자기연마법에 있어서 WA-BF-Fe 자성입자가 표면거칠기에 미치는 영향

        An internal finishing process applying Magnetic Abrasive Finishing (MAF) was proposed to produce smooth inner surfaces of tubes at a high rate. Since this process uses the tube rotation system, it has been considered applicable only to tubes which are rotatable at high speeds. Here development of the stainless tube(STS 304) rotation system to extend the scope of the application of the internal finishing process applying MAF was made. By the stainless tube(STS 304) rotation system, the abrasive magnetically attracted by the poles is rotated along the inner surface of the tube by magnetic force together with fixed poles, finishing the inner surface of the tube. The main results obtained are as follows : 1) The magnet abrasive finishing minimized influence due to external force because non-contact finishing, 2) The profile of surface roughness decreased very good in 11.4m/min range because abrasive size and speed, 3) The profile of surface roughness by flux density decreased in finishing speed 28m/min, 4) The profile of surface roughness by fled rate decreased in 0.16mm/rev and 0.18mm/rev.
