베벨기어는 수송기계의 동력전달장치에 사용되고 있는 중요한 기계요소이다. 베벨기어와 같은 고정밀 기계부품은 일반적으로 밀폐단조에 의해 제조되고 있으며, 베벨기어의 밀폐단조는 고품질 및 우수한 기계적 성질을 제공하며 생산 원가를 감소시키는데 좋은 제조법의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 베벨기어의 적절한 밀폐단조공정 설계를 위해 3차원 유한요소해석 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 그 해석결과를 실험결과와 비교 검토하였다. Bevel gears are important mechanical parts to transmit power in transportation system. High precision parts like bevel gears are in general manufactured by closed die forging process for the determination of th exact geometry. The closed die forging of bevel gears offers the high quality and good mechanical properties and also leads to considerable cost saving. To determinate the proper closed-die forging process of bevel gear forms, three-dimensional FEM simulation for progressive forging processes was carried out and also the simulation results were compared with experimental results.

사회교과서 경제영역 분석에 따른 문제점과 개선방향 : 제7차 초등사회과 교육과정을 중심으로

본 연구는 제7차 사회과 경제영역의 교육과정과 교과서를 분석하여 초등학교경제교육의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방향을 제시하는 데 의의를 두고 있다. 먼저 사회과 교육과정의 수업 시수 확보가 재고되어야 한다. 고학년의 경우, 타 교과의 생성과 유입으로 인해 연간 수업 시수가 줄어드는 추세에 있다. 민주시민의 자질을 배양하는 데 필요한 연간 수업 시수를 늘리지는 못하더라도 축소시키는 것은 바람직하지 못하므로 수업 시수의 원상회복이 필요하다. 다음으로 교과서 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기초와 미시개념은 충실하게 다루어지고 있으나 거시, 국제, 측정개념과 방법들은 소홀히 취급되고 있었으며, 둘째, 가격론과 가격이 결정되는 변수인 수요와 공급은 미시경제에서, 국민소득론의 국내총생산과 국민총생산은 거시경제에서 핵심적인 개념들인데 소홀히 다루어지고 있다. 셋째, 학생들의 눈 높이 수준에서 관심과 흥미를 가지고 참여하여 체험할 수 있는 프로그램이나 학습의 장에 개발이 부족하여 올바른 경제마인드를 심어주기에 미흡하다. 넷째, 소비중심의 교육에서 벗어나 다수의 기업가가 조기에 길러질 수 있는 생산 위주의 교육으로 전환되어야 한다. 결론적으로 초등학교시기부터 경제기본개념들을 고루 접할 수 있도록 교재내용을 구성하되 생산중심의 경제교육을 지향해야 하며, 한국경제의 미래를 위해 선진경제들의 일반적인 추세처럼 학교교육에 정부의 적극적인 관심과 행·재정적 지원이 더 필요하고 민간단체나 기구들의 창립과 협조가 요구된다. 그리고 경제전문가와 학자들은 학생들에게 올바른 경제마인드와 가치를 심어줄 수 있는 소프트웨어의 연구·개발에 가일층 노력 할 때, 우리 나라의 경제는 그 장래가 밝게 될 것이다. For these the duty of school economic education understands objective and systematic economic elementary concepts, principles, actual economic problems and implant an analysis power to economic phenomenon, rational consumption life, responsible decision-making skill etc., sound economic consciousness. On the ground of these cognitions, this study is an significance that analyzes the curriculum and textbook of the 7th social studies economic area and extracts the point at issue and presents the improvement directions. First of all, the security of teaching hours number should be reconsidered an occasion of the 5th, 6th grade, on account of the creation and inflow of other a course of study, a yearly teaching hours number in inclined to diminish. To cultivate responsible, citizenship and civic competence in a democracy, the restoration of a yearly teaching hours number is needed. The next, the result of textbook analysis is as following. The first, the basic and micro concepts is treated faithfully, but macro, international economy, measurement concepts and way is treated negligently. The second, the price theory and demand & supply in variable of price at micro economic, GDP & GNP of national income theory at macro economic are core concepts, nevertheless these are treated negligently. The third, due to short of development about programs and fields of experiences learning, it is insufficient to plant right economic mind to our children. The fourth, to get out of consumer & consumption-centered education, our school economic education should be changed with the producer & production-centered education to cultivate a number of enterprisers in the early stage. In conclusion, for the purpose of Korea economy of future like that general orientation of the advanced economic, our government must give positive interests and administrative, financial aids at school economic education, further the foundation and assistance of civil bodies and organizations are requested. The economic experts and economists should be made an exertion to be planted right economic mind and value to our students through the R&D of softwares.

구순열(口唇裂)및 구개열성형술에 시행한 마취의 임상적 관찰

We experienced 450 cases of anesthesia for the operation of cleft lip and cleft palate. The observed results were as follows. 1) Ancsthetics for the operation of cleft lip were 200 cases(44.4%), cleft palate were 248 cases(55.1%), naso-ocular fistula correction and oro-ocular correction was 1 case each. 2) Sex distribution was 298 males(66.2%) and 152 females(33.8%). 3) 292 cases(66%) were under 20kg of body weight. 4) The techniques of anesthesia were NRB with Jackson-Rees' modification in 297 casea (66%) and the semiclosed circle absorption system in 153 eases(34%). 5) The main anesthetics were halothane in 431 cases(95.8%) and Valium-Dmerol in 19 cases (0. 42%) 6) The mean blood loss in palatoplasty was 6.4 ml per kg of body weight but it was 10. 7 ml per kg in the 5~10 kg of body weight group, 9. 6 ml per kg in the 10-20 kg of body weight group, and 8. 5 ml per kg in the 20~30 kg of body weight group. 66 cases (14.7%) received blood transfusion. 7) Familial incidence was found in 4.7% (21 cases). 8) Incidence of cleft lip combined with cleft palate was 42.7%(192 csses among 450 cases), and 154 cases(51.7%) were males and 88 cases(25%) were females. 9) The most common type of cleft lip was incomplete left cleft lip(30%), and of cleft palate was complete median cleft palate(52%). 10) lntraoperative anesthetic complication ocurred in 8 cases(1.8%).

Bo-U(?-1565) is a famous Buddhist-Monch in the Meyng-Chong's period of the Cho-Sun-Dynasty. He intended to reconstruct the Buddhist Society finding difficulty in having done with the social crisis out of the confusion of the movement. He had a good possibilities in thought to be in harmony with the conflict between Son Buddhism and Kyo Buddhism, between Buddfism and Confucianism. In defense of the princess Munjeong the reconstruction of Buddhism brought to the Sung-Ka(僧科), the gift of Do-Chup to the Buddhist-Monch, which increased their social positions, and the building of the old-grown temples in all the contries. Buddhist-Munch Bou and princess Munjeong, their death, failed to succeed in the End gave the great contribution to the Korean Buddhist-History.

유압시스템용 Elbow형 Fitting 부품의 강도평가를 위한 유한요소해석

엘보형 피팅은 높은 유압시스템에서 사용되고 있기 때문에 요구되는 강도를 충족되도록 제작되어야 한다. 따라서 구멍가공에서 치수정밀도는 아주 중요하나 가공오차에 따른 강도평가는 부품의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유한요소해석을 수행하여 가공오차에 따른 강도를 평가하였다. An elbow-typed fitting is widely used to transmit power in the hydraulic system of industrial machinery. The hydraulic system has pressure shock or surge to transmit the system operating fluid. The hydraulic system pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure for the fitting part. Pressure shock in the hydraulic system with fittings is used as reference value to determine the strength of the fitting and to establish safety factor. The hole of fitting may machined excessively in dimension and then its strength may lower. In the present paper, finite element analysis was carried out to evaluate the strength of the fitting used in the hydraulic system and also to establish standard for the safety.
