고속 무선 통신을 위한 반복 복호 직렬 연쇄 시.공간 부호

본 논문에서는 대역폭 효율적 고속전송이 가능한 직렬 인쇄 시·공간 부호(Serially Concatenated Space-Time Code; SCSTC)를 제안하고 성능을 분석한다. 제안된 직렬 연쇄 시·공간 부호와 외부의 컨볼루셔널 부호를 인터리버를 사용하여 직렬로 연결한 구조이다. 제안된 부호는 시·공간 부호의 장점인 고속전송 특성을 유지하면서 단점으로 낮은 BER 성능을 향상시킨다. 제안된 시스템의 성능은 기존의 대역폭 효율적 트렐리스 부호 방식인 직렬 연쇄 트렐리스 부호 변조(Serially Concatenated Trellis Coded Modulation; SCTCM) 및 병렬 연쇄 트렐리스 부호 변조(Turbo-Trellis Coded Modulation; Turbo-TCM)와 비교하였으며 이에 비해 향상된 BER 성능을 얻었다. This paper suggests and analyzes the Serially Concatenated Space-Time Code(SCSTC) with the possibility of a efficient high-speed transmission in a band limited channel. The suggested code has a structure that uses the interleaver to connect the space-time code as an inner code and the convolutional code as a outer code serially. This code keeps the advantage of high-speed transmission and also has the high BER performance. The performance of the suggested system is compared with the conventional bandwidth efficient trellis coded modulation, such as a Serially Concatenated Trellis Coded Modulation (SCTCM) and a Turbo-Trellis Coded Modulation(Turbo-TCM). The results show that the suggested system has a 2.8dB and 3dB better BER performance than SCTCM and Turbo-TCM respectively in case of the transmission rate 2b/s/Hz in fading channel.

From now on the housing problems have to be handled on the stage from development and distribution of national life toward mutual balance to promote social welfare. From this point of view, the rental house system is regarded as a desirable system because it can work as a tool for residing stability but also as holdback against increase in home purchase prices. Moreover, this system can work against new emerging large demand of housing requirement. This study is to settle the problem of the rental house system against problem in current system at the point of supply, support, adminstration of these three sides, by pointing out the problems and then focus it toward increasing in supply from private industries. The summaries of short and long term point of view are as follows. First from long term point of view, these have to be new laws and restrengthen in current law to enable solid investment foundation which will bring private investment so that rental condition can be more practically developed and concerning special branch of goverment office has to be estabilished and hope it can serve as a function to stabilize the housing problem for homeless masses. From the short term point of view, public organization and private oranization can be controlled to the system of rental house supply by financial system, tex privileges as incentive for better price of land for housing and many other positive support have to be prepared at the same time.

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES Considering the characteristic of REITs that invest to commercial real estate, it needs to improve the index reflected the accurate value of commercial real estate. In this study, hence, it will be discussed about proper valuation of commercial real estate in order to evaluate the REIT sexactly and possibility of applications of index. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Literature Review & Hedonic Function ⑶ RESEARCH RESULTS Contrary to the expectations of REITs, there are some negative stuff against developing real estate market. Because of the lack of earning rate index, it is getting late to extend the market. 2. RESULTS Considering the fact that those variables affect the value of REITs assets, It is possible to evaluate the REITs with Hedonic Pricing Model by finding out the variables, which effect on the valuation. It could be possible to make. Through the result of Hedonic Pricing Model, it could be possible to make rent index and rate of return index of commercial real estate.
