「자유학기제」예술·체육 모형 운영학교 체육 프로그램의 문제점과 개선방안

이 연구는 2016년부터 전국 모든 중학교에 자유학기제가 전면 시행됨에 따라 정책연구학교의 자유학기 예술·체육 프로그램 운영에서 나타나는 문제점을 알아보고 그에 따른 개선방안을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 D광역시에 소재하고 있는 S중학교를 대상으로 사례연구를 하였다. 연구참여자는 유목적 표집법을 이용하여 남학생 7명, 여학생 5명, 체육교사 2명, 스포츠강사 2명, 학부모 4명을 선정하였다. 자료수집은 참여관찰과 심층면담을 통해 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료에 대해 Creswell(2013)이 제시한 질적 연구 자료분석 방법 6단계를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, S중학교 체육 프로그램 운영의 문제점으로는 스포츠 관련 진로·직업에 대한 정보 제공 부족, 학교스포츠클럽대회와 연계성 부족, 수요자 맞춤 프로그램 편성과 선택권 문제, 체육시설 문제 그리고 지나친 승부욕에 의한 탈 스포츠 맨쉽 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육 프로그램 운영에 대한 개선방안으로는 스포츠 관련 진로·직업 탐색 기회 및 체험장 확대, 자유학기 학교스포츠클럽 대회 신설, 자유학기 운영 전담 인력 보강, 다양한 체육시설 인프라 확충 그리고 인성 함양을 위한 체육 프로그램 운영 등을 제시되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 자유학기 예술·체육 프로그램 운영의 문제점에 대해 이해할 수 있었으며, 문제점이 지니고 있는 요소들에 대한 해결책을 도모하는 주요 요인을 제공할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify the problems with those programs, and finally to suggest solutions for dealing with them with full implementation of free semester in all middle schools in Korea from 2016 onward. For the purposes of this study, students in the S-middle school in D-Metropolitan city were interviewed in-depth in the case study. The research results were as follows. Firstly, several problems arouse in the management of the physical education programs in S middle school. First of all, there are insufficient provision of information about career path related to athletics, its loose connection to the school sports club contest, organizing customer-tailored programs and their choices, and weakened sportsmanship due to excessive competitiveness. Another point is that it is suggested that the management of physical education programs will be improved through expanded opportunities for exploring jobs relating to sports, establishing new school sports club contest for free semester, having additional staff for managing free semester, expanding infrastructure for sports activities, and emphasizing character education during physical education programs.

The effect of Dipterex: 0,0-dimethyl 2, 2, 2-trichloro-l-hydroxyethyl phosphonate on 106 cases of ascaris infection was investigated. The drug was given for two days with the doses of 15-20 mg/kg daily. The results are summarized as follows: 1. 62.3% of the cases passed all of their ascarides as a result of the treatment and the egg count reduction was 94.3%. 2. Mild xromiting was observed in a few cases just after the drug administration. 3. Hematology, blood chemistry and urinaalysis Were done in 6 cases before and after the drug administration and no abnormal finding was observed. 4 The drug was given to two dogs with the doses of 20 mgkg, 70 mg/kg respectively, but no pathological finding in liver lung and intestine was observed.

본 연구에서는 프로야구 선수의 방출경험 의미와 사회적응방식에 관해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 질적연구를 실시하였다. 연구참여자는 눈덩이 표집법을 이용하여 프로야구선수로서 방출 경험이 있는 선수 6명으로 선정하였다. 심층면담, 관련 자료수집을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 텍스트 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 프로야구 선수들은 냉정한 프로의 생활을 경험하면서 불안감 속에서 선수로서의 삶을 살고 있었다. 이러한 상황 속에서 구단으로부터의 일방적인 방출통보를 받게 되고 말로 설명할 수 없는 충격으로 인해 좌절하였고, 삶의 의미마저 상실하게 되었다. 또한, 미래의 삶에 대한 아무런 대비책 없이 그들이 경험하는 새로운 사회로부터 소외되고 고립되어 정상적인 사회적 활동을 하지 못하였다. 하지만, 연구참여자들은 사회에 적응하기 위해 다양한 방면으로 삶에 대한 의지를 다져나갔다. 독립리그나 신고선수로서의 재도전, 지도자, 사업가, 직장인으로서의 삶을 통해 사회적응을 시도하였으며, 사회인야구를 통한 또 다른 세계와의 만남을 만들어 가고 있다. 한편, 연구참여자들은 다양한 방식으로의 사회적응과정에서 나타나는 사회의 높은 벽을 실감하기도 하였다. 그렇지만, 가족과 친구 등의 정신적 지원은 사회적응에 있어 큰 원동력으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 한국 프로야구 선수들이 겪는 방출경험의 의미와 사회적응전략에 대해 살펴보았으며, 나아가 한국프로야구의 구조적인 문제에 있어 작은 과제를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to understand The meaning of released korean professional baseball player and their system to adjust to korean society. For this, this study performed a qualitative research method. We choose who released korean professional baseball players of korean professional baseball players by snowball sampling. Finally, six participants were participated in this study. To achieve the above goals, in-depth interview were employed and all data were analyzed by textual analysis. The results were as follow. Korean professional baseball players are living in great anxiety and facing harsh reality of pro world as a professional player. In such circumstances, if a player received a discharge notice from the team he or she was filled with a deep sense of loss. He tried to be a professional player again. But the plan for his dream failed after all suffering external conflict. Study participants who were professional baseball players were spending time making adjustment to society, but never quite find sweet spot. Support from family and friends make them motivated to adjust to korean society. Study shows the meaning of released korean professional baseball players and their strategies to adjust to korean society. Furthermore, it could be a key for the solution of Korean professional baseball`s structural problem.
