In order to demonstrate the effect of specific serum IgG antibody on the adherence of Streploco- zcus witarrs to smooth surface and the mechanism of effective adherince inbibition by IgG antibody, in the prepent study authors obtained purified 1'gG from different immunogen preparatiohs of S. mufans KCTC I04.49 (serotype c) and observed the effect of each IgG preparation on the adherence of each,S, virstans strain cultured in different conditions. In additiov, the presen( study was under- taken to observe the cross-reactivity of IgG and the eftect of sucrose concentration on the adherence of S. )eutpns in vitro non-growth conditian. The adherence of S. mutans to glass surface was effective]y inhibitecl by serum IgG antibody. At the same IgG concentrations, anti-2Fo fructose grown/1 N NaC1 washedI S. mutans NCTC lp449 cell showed greater a'dherence inJubitory effect to S. mutans strains .than anti 2Zo sccrose grown- .and anti-S. ruutans NCTC 10449 cell wall, and the greater inhibitory effects of Ig6 preparations were observed ia assay using 2z fructose grown S. mutans celI preparations tban using 0. Ip; uarose grown cell preparations. These results suggest that the more effective adherenee inhibition by serum IgG antibody is due to the reaciion with S. mutans cell surface antigens rather $lt;bpn glucan and celI-associated gIucosyltransferase. The greatest adherence inhibitory effeci. Of IgG to S. mulans strains was observed on homologous NCTC 10449 strain ancl the inhibition crogs-reactivities were observed betweein serotype c, e, and f strains. 본 연구에서는 Rayleigh-Ritz method를 사용하여 타원형(원형 포함) 평판의 자유 진동 문제를 해석한다. admissible함수로서는 단순 다항식의 곱(products of simple polynomials)을 사용한다. 이 함수는 다항식의 첫 항의 차수를 0,1 또는 2로 함으로써 각각 자유, 단순 지지 또는 고정인 경계 조건을 간편히 처리할 수 있게 하며, 에너지식에 포함된 적분값을 계산함에 있어서 점화식을 유도하여 사용함으로써 계산을 매우 간편히 수행할 수 있게 한다. 본문의 이론 해석은 직교 이방성 타원형 평판에 대해서 제시된다. 그러나 수치 결과는, 이방성의 다양한 조합에 대한 많은 결과를 제시하는 것은 그다지 의미가 없는 관계로, 등방성 평판에 대해서 주어진다. 등방성 평판의 여러 가지 세장비에 대한 결과는 설계 데이터로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 덧붙여 대표적으로 세장비가 0.5인 평판에 대해서 nodal pattern이 그림으로 제시된다. While the vibration of circular plates were considered by many researchers, rather less attention is given to elliptical plates. In the present paper, the Rayleigh-Ritz mothod is used to obtain an eigenvalue equation for the free flexural vibration of thin elliptical plates having the classical free, simply suported or clmped boundary condition. Circular plates are included as a special case of the elliptical plates. Products of simple polynomials are used as the admissible functions and a recurrence relationship facilitates the evaluation of the necessary integrals. The analysis is developed for rectilinear orthotropic plates but the numerical results are given for isotropic plates with various aspect ratios.

This study suggests the applicability of an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to improve the validity and fairness of evaluation index to assess the defense core-technology R&D projects. This study focused on the design of the proposal and performance evaluation index to structure them into a hierarchy using AHP which can be applicable to take the opinion of the defense R&D experts. Using the refined evaluation index, we propose a technique to enhance the reliability of the defense R&D projects evaluation system.
