Nowadays the technology and the fare policies of TGV in Korea is a hot issue. This paper is to find out the solving strategies for running safely in high speed along the new tracks. The initial fare policies and the change of those policies according to the travel demand fluctuation in French TGV system has been investigated to apply to the operation of Korean TGV system in the near future. As a result of researching the French High Speed Rail system. it is noticed that the line capacity has been increased by reducing the travel time from 3 hours and 50 minutes to 2 hours in Sud-Est region. The increase of the traffic capacity have taken a vital role to degrade the productive cost to operate the system. An advanced technnnology involving the rail geometry also have taken an effect on reducing the travel distance have brought out the financial enhancement. It is represented that the financial enhancement are deeply related to the fare policy. The way of applying the experience of fare policy in French TGV system to the Korean TGV has been investigated in this paper. The demand movement between travel modes according to the TGV introduction has been analyzed in terms of social economics and environment aspects.

Recent advances in phylogenetics indicate that reticulate evolution has played an important role in the emergence of Isoëtes species in the North Pacific region. However, the biogeographical origin of the North Pacific Isoëtes species remains contentious. We present a fossilcalibrated phylogeny of species from the North Pacific region based on molecular data. Within this framework, we discuss their ancestral areas and biogeographical history. North Pacific Isoëtes are divided into two clades: clade I, consisting of East Asian, Papua New Guinean, and Australian species, and clade II, consisting of West Beringian and western North American species. Within clade I, Australian Isoëtes species were an early divergent group, and Papua New Guinea’s species form a sister clade to the East Asian species. Biogeographical reconstructions suggest an Australasian origin for the East Asian species that arose through long-distance dispersal during the late Oligocene. Within clade II, I. asiatica from West Beringia forms a clade with I. echinospora and I. muricata from Alaska. Western North America was the area of origin for the dispersal of Isoëtes species to West Beringia via the Bering land bridge during the late Miocene. Our study identifies the biogeographic origin of the North Pacific Isoëtes and suggests long-distance dispersal as the most likely explanation for their intercontinental distribution.

Exposure of scattered x-rays, at 135' and a distance of 1 m from the central ray of the primary beam, was measured at the back of all radiation shielding materials. Cement brick. Fire brick-red color, Fire brick-black color and Lead plate, for a 30×30㎝ field size. Scattered x-rays were measured from 125 to 200 kvp for 0-2mm Cu+1㎜Al added filter in the primary beam for an x-ray deep therapeutic unit, and obtained the results as follows: 1. The ability to absorb the radiation of the shielding materials were greatly depended on the used added filter. 2. The quantity of produced scattered x-rays had an influence upon the used added filter. 3. The rate of the scattered ray increase was carried away by the tube voltage and the used added filter.
